Not bad for a cheap place. It was clean and staff seems nice.

Hotel was great value and very well situated, will use again

We stay here several times a year while passing through Indy. Great price and comfortable room. I have to say I am not fond of the two double bed room, only because there is no couch or chair to relax in. Stick with the King room :)

Not the easiest property to find..Safe neighborhood. Stick to your reservation...I reserved a King non-smoking...when I checked in, the front desk staff shared with me that they were sold out of King non-smoking and that I was upgraded to a Suite Queen non-smoking...That would have been alright if I were alone that weekend....The wife and I can not […] rest on Queen size bed..So the desk clerk...happened to find a non-smoking King room...NOT...what he did was go down the hall to a smoking KIng and place a no smoking sign in the room...However, it still smelled of smoke, not really bad...but it was still a smoking King room...This aint right... I reserved a non-smoking room not for myself but because my mother was staying with me and she has asthma. When I entered the room I could tell someone had smoked in it even though I'm not sensitive to smoke. We turned on the fans but my mother went into an asthma attack after only an hour, so we called the desk to change rooms. The next room was better […] but it smelled like guests were smoking either in other rooms or while walking down the hall. The front desk was attentive when we asked to change rooms and otherwise the hotel was adequate for the money spent, but if you have a medical condition and need a strictly non-smoking space, it seemed to me after visiting two floors of this hotel that it's not likely you will get it. This hotel is in great location just off the highway and is near restaurants. The room was fine, spacious, everything worked and it was clean. Our only disappointment was that I reserved and paid for a king size bed, which is a necessity due toan injury. We checked in and went to the room which had a queen bed. We went back to the front desk and Jason, […] the front desk employee who didn't even get up out of his chair, said they no longer had any king size beds. Approximately two weeks ago the hotel converted all king size beds to double queen beds. After 45 minutes on the phone, Hotels.com resolved the situation but we had to suffer through a night in a small bed. Devamı

I wouldn't stay again. I would spend the extra $25-$50 if I had it to do over again. Horrible stench in hallways, and staff wouldn't accommodate a room change from smoking to non-smoking.

I only had to stay for one night, and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and everything that was included in the room, especially for the price. You get a coffeemaker and coffee, iron and board, full size fridge, full size sink, dishes, bar of soap in the bathroom, and lots of towels in the bathroom. You get towel service once a week. The hotel […] is right by the hospital. Service was not exceptional but it was not unacceptable either. There is no breakfast, but rather vending machines. However, you could just cook food in your kitchen. I would highly recommend this hotel, if you are looking for a cheaper place. Bed was hard, but I would stay there again. Devamı

We've stayed at this extended stay before and that's why we chose to return. The staff was nice, the environment good so no problems there. Walking past the laundry facilities (for the customers) it looked like a bomb went off..dryer sheets & lint everywhere! Our night of sleep which began at around 10:00 was totally a night from hell from the very […] inconsiderate people above us...all night it sounded like the tryouts for the Olympic gymnastics team! We called the front desk in the wee hours but apparently the noise makers thought they were tiptoeing. We'll return but we'll definately request a top floor room! You can't beat the hotel for the money. Room was clean and staff was nice. The bed was hard and they do not provide wake-up calls... wierd.

Being very familiar with the Indianapolis area, we chose this hotel known the neighborhood is a safe and convenient area. The room was just fine, recommend it to anyone.

Good no thrills hotel, good place to sleep, does have a kitchenette thing you can save more money there! Friendly staff.

First impression was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the "Non Smoking Room". Not my most enjoyable stay.

Close to Castleton,,romms ok, very hard bed and uncomfortable pillows. Staff not real friendly. Room was either too hot or too cold.

We were very pleased with our stay, everything was clean, and having a full kitchen was great. No complaints here.

Pros: This hotel is located in a great area of Indianapolis. It's close to restaurants, a CVS, and the mall. So you can't beat that. It's also right across from a buffet-style restaurant, which is really nice. Cons: If you are just coming to lay your head down for a weekend or shorter, this is an OK place to do it. Note that the bed feels like a brick. […] I found hairs on the towels and on the blanket. There are no frills here. The only thing you get in your bathroom is soap. Also, when I first walked in to check-in, their was a girl about 14 sitting on TOP of the counter. I assume this was the front desk clerks daughter. I thought that was very unprofessional. I mean she didn't even budge and he didn't tell her to get down. Ugh! The hallway smelled like apartment living. I also noticed that once person had a fan in their window, but we did have air, so maybe they needed more. The pillows are also horrible. They are the super cheap kind. All in all, I would not stay here again because that bad was just too uncomfortable for me. Like really bad. However, if you need a quick cheap place to stay go for it. Also note that they lock the doors at 11, I think and they close up the front desk. Someone is there, but there is this big partition put up. Again, tacky and unprofessional! Devamı

The hotel was okay. The carpet had multiple stains in it but the few days i was there, that was the only bad thing I encountered. So for the price of the hotel I would go back again.

The bed was hard, and the comforter had an obvious yellow stain, but the rest of the room was OK. There was a large beetle in the bathroom in the morning. The shower was good, but they do not provide you with shampoo or any other toiletries except for soap. Not a bad place for the price, but I wouldn't want to stay here more than one or two nights […] . Devamı

We had a great stay. The hotel was extremely convenient with a fridge, stove, and other great amenities. i would recommend this for anyone wanting to stay cheap but have a great experience.

For starters, I got lost because the car I rented had non-working chargers for my GPX. This had nothing to do with my stay however, I tried several times to call the hotel for directions and no one answered. A guest totally disregarded the fact that we were in a 'no smoking' area, and the mattress was really, really firm.Other than these, I was well […] pleased and will return if I come to the same area. This is all I need, although I would love the cushiness of the other local hotels with the Happy Hour beverages and appetizers...I am not in the room anyway, until late at night, so paying for all the perks really makes no sense. Just wish the bathroom light would operate without the fan, because it is SO loud. Can't hear TV or others in the room talking […] when the light is on in the bathroom. Devamı

Rooms Smelled like Smoke. At night the smell only got worse. Both in the room bathroom, hall way and in the actual room. We were supposed to be in a none smoking room and also floor. Once again the staff is very nice and cordial to me when i come to stay with them which is about every 2 months. I will say that the only negative this time was my room which was a non smoking room smelled of smoke a little bit. Not enough for me to want to change rooms but I could tell someone had smoked in their previously..

The hotel looked ok when we entered. Got to the room and that was ok also. The bed was hard as rock, but we were only there for one night. The room was hot and we turned on the air and left for the afternoon. When we came back it was hotter. I called the desk and he said he would call maintenance. I asked how long that would be and he didn't know so […] I asked to be switched to another room. They didn't have any kings so we ended up in a queen. Again the bed was like a rock with 2 small pillows. I called the desk again and asked for 2 more pillows and he could only give us one which we had to walk to get. The toilet barely flushed and you had to make an effort to do so. Oh and originally we had a smoking room even though we requested non. I would definitely not waste my money here again. Devamı

Awesome - I never knew this was here, and it is so perfectly located to where I go when I am in Indy. For the little time I stay in the room, for the price & having the kitchenette, it is perfect. Who needs the Drury Inn or Hilton?

Decent for the money. Lousy tv channels-who needs 5 espn channels?

No frills, no thrills, just what I was looking for. Was there on a family medical emergency. Used room basically just for showering and sleeping. Thought they would have hair dryers in room so didn't bring one, they didn't, but they have loaners at desk. Wifi, but not free.

Don't expect a lot from this hotel. You get what you pay for: an inexpensive, clean room; that's it. It's nice for a longer stay (we brought groceries and saved money on eating out), but I would probably pay more and get a nicer hotel for my next stay.

The room and layout was nice, but the "non-smoking" room had obviously been smoked in, and the heating unit was loud and cycled a lot. Other than that, the location was good, room was clean.

Everything was great.

The price of the room was great and the room was nice. There is no one at the front desk at night or for early morning check out and they made an error on my requested room.

Everything but the internet connection was outstanding. The Internet access was horrible, they were having issues for the entire month I was there. Other then having to call tech support virtually everday to get the Access Points rebooted it was great!!

i came there for a getaway and was very pleased. We are from Michigan and they dont let you smoke in the hotels anymore so this hotel gave us smoking room and a reason to visit indianoplis. I would come there again even though it was a 41/2 hr drive it was worth it. Thank you.....

need a place to stay, that haas room to live. nothing fancy. no breakfast no gym no pool but a little apartment. for the price well worth it.

the only problem i had was finding eyerings in bed, which would indicate to me that something was not changed.
