Mark Apart Hotel - Berlin

It is my fourth stay in this hotel .I like the location the hotel staff and the price which is fair. I will come back in my next stay in Berlin.

It was easy to navigate through the neighborhood and access to public transportaion was close by and convenient. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants as well. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. We arrived early in the morning and recieved our room right away although check-in was from 14:00. The staff is very nice and helpful, the room is very comfortable and very clean, there's a U-Bahn train 5 minutes walk from the hotel and some supermarket / pharmacys few minutes away, the famous shopping street KUDAMM […] is 5 minutes walk for the hotel, great for shoppers like us! there's a nice chinese restaurant near the hotel and a great and cheap pizza place, great for night hunger! Breakfast is basic and was always the same but very good!! some bread and bunns, ham, cheese, cornflakes, coffee, fruits and vegies, drinks. We were very pleased and got good value for our money. Everyone working there were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and tidy and location was very close to nice restaurants, public transport and a central shopping street. Would definitely recommend this to others!

Excellent quiet stay at this very efficient high quality hotel. I am a business traveler in the US and was quite suprised in staying at a hotel I was not familar with. Pleasant staff where the rooms were cleaned each day.

We stayed 3 days and had a good experience. A good room with lots of space and a very nice breakfast.

Nice hotel, 6 minute walk from nearest u-bahn which connected you to the rest of the city. Room very clean and spacious. Only negatives was the receptionist who just seemed very grumpy cold, and that the double room was two singles pushed together. Would recommend for those looking for a fairly cheap and clean hotel for a weekend away.

Excellent hotel in the heart of West Berlin (near the Zoo), the bus 109 to Tegel Airport, 15 minutes. Very spacious room with a balcony, a delicious breakfast, a large plasma TV with satellite TV. Independently can set the temperature in the room, large batteries. Staff is very friendly to guests. Near the station Uhlandstraße (Berlin U-Bahn line 1 […] ). Devamı

We were really surprised when we got to our room. In this pricerange we didn´t expect that much. But the room was larger than expected and was clean. The closets had sufficient room for the four of us to leave our clothes and there was still room for more. The minibar had some space for our own bevereges but it should have been colder.

It was my lifetime worst stay; 1) I paid for a business room just because i could get an internett access; they didn't allow. 2) There was a construction in the hotel; which started early in the morning. 3) Room cleaning service disturbed me early in the morning; although I put the "don't disturb" sign outside...

Nice hotel, nice location. Simple and cosy. My only objection is that some snacks in mini bar were expired.

The hotel is really good keeping in view the price.The rooms are clean, staff is very helpful. Internet is extra, but the price is ok as the room price is really very low as compared to the hotel quality. Its better to go by S Bahn rather than U Bahn from Haupthbanof. It will save lot of time and no train change are required.

This hotel is excellent. Staff is superlative.

Mark Apart is a nice hotel. It was roomy and did the job for my 2 night stay. its not that close to the u-bhan but its within walking distance. Its also located in nice area. dont expect luxuary but you can expect a clean decent place to rest your head at night. Convenient for transport and restaurants. Spacious room. Immediate exterior entrance unattractive but possibly undergoing renovation.

The hotel is older but not in bad shape. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. They do have secure parking but the lot is behind the hotel and very small so you better call them and make sure you will have a spot before you drive there. Not very far from the city center and an easy walk to the zoo, aquarium, hard rock cafe, shops, restaurants […] and the sight seeing tour bus stops. The front desk has maps for you and they are eager to help you find anything. Their breakfast is great and well worth the price. My only reccomendation would be to bring your own pillow. Theirs are typical European style and have not much to them at all. Devamı

The Mark Apart Hotel in downtown Berlin is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is conveniently located about six blocks from a train station. The walk to the station is through well lit retail areas, with various grocery stores and restaurants along the way. The beds were so comfortable that it was a struggle to get up every morning! All requests made […] at the front desk were promptly and courteously resolved (eg, extra towels and printout of train schedules). A block and a half from the Uhlandstrasse U-Bahn stop, somewhat more from Savignyplatz neighborhood (and S-Bahn), the location is convenient. Hotels.com gave us better room rates than for anyplace else we stayed in our 17 days in Germany! Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. We were a family of 4 staying in 1 room. Twin beds were comfortable. Fold-out double bed was OK. Room was well equipped. We would have liked the coffee/ tea making kit you normally get in UK - but not crucial. Shower was great but screen was too small and/ or poorly fitted because the floor nearby got quickly soaked (dried up quickly too though). This hotel was undergoing extensive renovations to half of the rooms at the time we stayed there. Our room looked clean, but there was mold in the grout of the bathroom tile. Also, instead of a shower curtain or sliding door to enclose the spray from the shower head, there was a small piece of attached plexiglass that only ran half the length of the […] tub. Needless to say, it was uncomfortable to have to stay confined to a tight corner of the tub area to keep the water from getting all over the bathroom. Also, due to the renovations, the sliding door to the terrace connected to the room was locked and we were unable to utilize the terrace. This wasn't a huge deal, but it was a bit annoying. The location was convenient to the subway, grocery store, and shops along Ku'damm. Aside from the location and relatively low price rate, there isn't much to recommend this hotel. The hotel doesn;t look much from the outside but it's fine. Rooms are huge and quite. Pretty good for the price! the hotel front would need a bit of an upgrade. Location is a little bit out but of town but quite close to good transport links!

great breakfast, friendly staff, good location, even though the U-bahn closest to the hotel was under going construction. Overall very happy with our stay

we have stayed in this hotel before and find it very convenient. The rooms are roomy and the bathroom extremely large and very clean. I would tell anyone to try Mark Apart.....no luxury, just good price and comfort.

The staff was very helpul, and the hotel is very centrally located. We needed to stay close to Tegel airport, but still close enought to the city so that we could walk around and enjoy. I would recommend this hotel, although its not the fanciest, its great for the price you pay.

Vi er begge yderst tilfredse med vores ophold hos jer og kommer helt sikkert igen.Udover det søde og imødekommende personale satte vi også stor pris på de rene og lyse værelser.Vi havde værelse til gården og vil huske at bestille det næste gang - så vi ikke skal bo ud mod vejen.Super morgenbuffet med dejligt varierende udvalg og altid noget grønt - […] dejligt!!!Beliggenhedn er tilpas central så det ikke er noget problem at komme til diverse seværdigheder. 1. nat havde vi et værelse der slet ikke levede op til det vi havde forventet. Bla var sengene ikke lige høje...! Vi fik dog byttet uden problemer den følgende dag. Der svarede værelset til hvad vi havde forventet. Men det var da bare indtil vi skulle sove og 4 grupper af larmende teenager havde sidste aften på hotellet. Kl. 1 og kl. 4 var vi nede og […] brokke os i receptionen, og først sidste gang blev der ro. Det er bare ikke i orden...! Morgenmaden var fin og beliggenheden var god. Devamı

Vi var alle (seks personer) rigtig godt tilfredse med opholdet. eneste anke: Fredag aften (27/4) vendte vi sent hjem til hotellet og bad i receptionen om et askebæger til rygeværelset. Her fik vi en meget sur og uhøflig behandling af pigen i receptionen. Askebægre havde hotellet simpelthen ikke! Dels lyder det lidt besynderligt, dels blev beskeden som […] sagt bragt i en en meget uvenlig tone. Øvrigt personale, som vi traf, var alle venlige og imødekommende Devamı

Overskulighed for S og U-baner er dårlige, endvidere fandt vi ikke nogen oversigt over busruter. Byen Berlin er pragtfuld!

Mycke bra läge nära centrum

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, nähe U-Bahn, Busstation, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und guten und günstigen Restaurants. Die Zimmer und Badzimmer sind grosszügig bemessen und sehr sauber. Badzimmer und Teppich hätten allerdings eine Überholung nötig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und äusserst hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Er veldig fornøyd. Det var kort vei til Kurfürstendamerstr. der det var sightseeingsbusser, undergrunnsbane og tog man kunne ta for å komme seg rundt i byen.

Hotellet ligger meget tæt på alt. Rigtig god morgenbuffet. Venligt oersonale. Ekstremt lille hotelværelse, hvor der kun lige var plads til en seng som man skulle kravle op i fra benenden, ikke engang plads til en håndvask på badeværelset. Man skal ikke lide af klaustrofobi, hvis man skal bo her.

Bra läge, sköna sängar, stort familjerum. Prisvärt. Bättre att boka utan frukost och äta på ett av de närliggande kaféerna.
