This hotel proved to make our stay in Paris very unpleasant. The rooms were excrutiatingly small, the window was broken, and the receptionist was tremendously rude and unhelpful. The "business center" consisted of one, dysfunctional computer. Overall, the hotel offered a poor atmosphere and was definitely not worth the amount of money that we spent. […] Save your money and go somewhere else! Devamı

I searched for hours for a hotel without the renowned small rooms of paris and with modern fresh decour. I was about to give up when I found this place. Great location and brilliant, friendly staff. I will most definitly be reccomending this place to friends and family.

I've traveled in Europe extensively and was reluctant to go to France because of all the bad press about rude people. I have to say I didn't experience anything like that! The staff at the Waldorf Trocadero was exceptional, outstanding, and very helpful. Most spoke very good English but I also tried to use the basic French (Hello, Thank You, Please… […] etc). We were in Paris during Game 7 of the World Series and the staff at the hotel went out of there way to find us a place to watch the game! The rooms are small but no smaller then any other place in Europe. The location is exceptional; located in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The next street over has lots of nice restaurants with English menus. It’s a short walk to the Champs Elysees. I would and will stay here again! Note to self for next trip: Museum pass saves hours of line waiting. Red Tour bus is a good value, stops at all of the museums. residential area within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. My husband and I stayed at the Waldorf on 2 occassions during our honeymoon and were delighted with the hotel. On our second visit we were even able to check in early and upgraded to a suite. It is walking distance to several metro stations and restaurants and only a 5/10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower which can be seen from some of the hotel rooms. […] The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and were a delight to talk to. Our first trip to Paris and we enjoyed every min of it. The hotel staff was friendly and did their best to speak english. The rooms were on the small side but what can you expect in Europe.

This is a great hotel. Think, French boutique-style meets modern flare. My husband and I recently stayed here for 7 nights. Like most reviews, I must agree that it is a little out of the way for good restaurants. It is about a 5-8 minute walk from the closest subway station - Boisserie. The room was small, but perfect for 2 people. (to give you a perspective, […] it would be very crammed if there was a small child). We had a great view of the street. The room was always very clean and the washroom always had shampoo and soaps refilled. I don't which rooms other people stayed in, but our room was facing the main street and it was super quiet the entire time. We had our windows opened daily and we never had any problems with noise. The staff was also very friendly too. They always greeted you when they see you in the hall or lobby. I would definitely stay here again. Devamı

I had the pleasure of staying 1 week in this hotel. The hotel mis very clean and the atmospher is very friendley. Further, the location of the hotel is only 3 mints walk from the effel tower. Woth the money

While not the most convient location, the hotel is located near two subway lines. The walk to the square at Trocadero or to the Arc de Triumph takes about 10 minutes. The hotel is clean, though small. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room (for Paris). I had a nice window out to the front of the hotel. Small but comfortable rooms. Bathroom was very clean. The location of the hotel is very good. We had a 6th floor room and could see the top half of the Eiffel Tower which is about a 15 minute walk. There was a a great bakery across the street for breakfast or light lunch.

My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and the service was very friendly and helpful. We thought that it was a very good value. It is in a great location for walking to the Eiffel Tower or Champs Elysees. The neighborhood is not too exciting, but it is not noisy. This hotel also provided free wireless internet, which we appreciated. Room […] was definitely smaller than anything I'm used to, but we were expecting that. Our experience with this hotel was great. Très bien, beaucoup de confort mais il semble qu'il n'y ait pas de double vitrage, seul point négatif

Dès notre arrivée nous savions que notre séjour serait des plus agréables. Le monsieur à la réception était très sympathique,la déco invitait déjà à la détente et notre chambre ou flottait une odeur de parfum très agréable était très confortable. Un excellent déjeuner nous était servi à tous les matins dans ce même décor unique qui nous avait charmé dès […] notre entrée à l'hôtel. Je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner, surtout que l'hôtel est à quelques minutes à pied de la Tour Eiffel et de l'Arc de Triomphe. Seul bémol, j'aurais aimé y retrouver une cafetière ou une bouilloire comme l'on retrouve dans la plupart des hôtels. Devamı

这家酒店服务很不错，一切都很顺心。护照忘记在前台了，等我找不到的时候，打电话到前台，他们已经帮我收好了。因为是深夜入住，前台的工作人员解释说没有打电话叫醒我。让我随时去拿护照！很感动！ 一切都不错，位置也很好，走不了多久就能达到艾菲尔铁塔。 唯一不好的地方恐怕就是早餐不够丰盛了！这是唯一的遗憾！其他都不错噢！另外就是电梯实在够小！

vi ble møtt av en hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening, servicen og renhold av rommet va veldig bra sjennerelt. Standaren på hotellet er 4stjernes, noe som kan virke sansynlig når du er i resepsjonsområde, standeren på hotellrommet burde trekke såpass ned at hotellet burde ikke hatt mer enn 3stjerner, det var gammelt, slitt, med flekker langs kantene på teppe […] i rommet, fugene i flisene va gule å stygge, og absolutt ikke det enn forventer seg til den prisen, alt for dyrt! frokostbuffeen var i tillegg og alt for dyrt, ca20 euro per person per dag....resten sier deg selv når den ikke var inkludert i resten av oppholde. neste gang velger jeg heller et billig 3 stjerners som ligger litt "usentralt" og tar metroen der jeg vil.
