comfortable and cheap...nice place to stay...

The Tub/Shower drained very slow and needs to be repaired!

Hotel was beautiful, clean, staff friendly. Good location, and decent breakfast for guess. Will stay there again when in the area.

"Very friendly and helpful staff"
My wife and I came to Addison to see and visit our granddaughter and our new (one month old) great-grandson. We had a very pleasent stay, with good buffet breakfast each morning, and so close to a lot of wonderful places to eat. Would recommend this hotel.
DEFINITELY WILL STAY AGAIN. This was the best weeknd stay in a long time....no complaints. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality...the hotel is beautiful
"Holiday Inn Express Suite Addison"
I came to this hotel for recreation, relaxation and I was not disappointed at all. I based my decision on a majority positive comments. You can really walk to at least three restrauants or dirve three miles to many others. I give this hotel four stars myself.

"Close to niice places to eat, shopping, etc."
Room was a little small but was very clean and quiet!
"Great value"
The staff was friendly, the rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. There were tons of great restaurants in the immediate area. The continental breakfast was a bit limited but the food that was there was very good.

Very enjoyable stay, breakfast was very high quaility, best coffee I have ever gotten in a hotel as part of the free breakfast buffett.

"Everything is bigger in Texas"
Rooms are really big with 9 foot ceilings. Had a well stocked breakfast buffet including eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, etc. The only negative is that the location is in industrial area. Not to many restaurants, gas stations nearby.

Had enjoyable stay, convenient location with many very good restaurants, many in walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel every morning was also very good.

"Satisfied"
Stayed for a weekend with my husband and two children. This hotel was suprisingly quiet and tucked away just off the highway and a block off the main road. The breakfast was exceptional with several hot choices, not just donuts and coffee, which helps cover the cost of another meal out. Both kids were able to find something they enjoyed. "not up to standard of holiday inn"
I just looked at the name and booked a room because i thought,how wrong could you go with holiday inn? I only needed to stay 1 night and leave the next day for the airport . However on arriving the key card machine was not working and we were told that someone would go up with us every time we wanted to go to our room .Even though the staff were usually […] at the front desk most of the time to take us up,but u do not want to be tied down like this when ur at a hotel . Neither did they give us any discount or any other form of relief for our inconvenience. If it was a small mom&pop hotel i wouldve understood but for a name like Holiday inn u expect better . The machine should have been fixed within the day.Instead we were told it would be fixed after 4 days since this being a weekend. And then the hotel itself was a little seedy looking,musty smell in the corridors from the carpets,low lighting so the overall effect was not really what you would want for a family hotel . I had stayed at a holiday inn in richardson 10 mins away a few times and those stays were splendid . Im not sure if this hotel has been sublet to a family (which they proudly display on the front desk) and holiday inn does not really care about this so taht why theyre so apathetic about it . "Comfortable but not luxurious"
Friendly service at check-in and a clean, comfortable room. Not particularly luxurious or fancy, but I don't expect that from a HIE. Fridge and microwave in room are a good addition over some "nicer" and higher priced places, particularly if you're staying more than a few nights.

The hotel was in a good location for us and was at a great price. Although it was an older hotel, it was clean and well kept. With that price and value, we would be happy to stay there again!

The staffs are wonderful! The area is perfect! It has many restaurants and shopping near this hotel. Westin Galleria Mall is very close! The staffs are very patience with me on communicate because I am deaf person and wrote down notes so they were patience with me! I appreciated that!

I used to live in the Belt Line/Preston area, so our stay on Beltway was close to many restaurants and Dallas haunts I was familiar with. The room was clean, service friendly, and beds tres-comfy. Thanks!

"Weekend getaway"

I went there expecting not to have wifi access as indicated in previous reviews. I chose the hotel because of it's chain name & location. I was pleased to find that they did, in fact, have free wifi. "Very comfortable"
Convenient location to the center of Addison yet off the busy roads. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Awesomely comfortable beds.
"We love Express! Great room in a great area!"
We traveled to Dallas for a family vacation and decided to stay in Addison since it was close to the places we were going to visit. We were traveling with our 2 year old daughter so we stayed in a 2 room executive suite with a king bed. The hotel staff was very friendly and our room was ready right at check-in. The lady at the counter even told us about […] a restaurant within walking distance that offered a free appetizer to the hotel guests. We were on the fourth floor, which was fine, but they only had one elevator that was slow and could at times become crowded Our room was really nice and included a dining table, TV, sofa sleeper, and desk. It had a kitchenette with a mini fridge, coffee maker, sink, and microwave. The bathroom was big and the shower was nice. The bedroom also had a TV and the bed was really comfy. We liked having the seperate bedroom so we didn't disturb our daughter once she went to sleep. The free hot continental breakfast was failry decent. They had all the regulars, such as cereal, yogurt, different bread items. They also had scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, cinnamon rolls, and even a pancake maker. My husband said the gravy and biscuits were pretty terrible, and the second night the juice machine was just dispensing water. Their fresh fruit selection was also limited to bananas, which was a little boring. All in all, it was ok. Addison is a really nice area, with a Starbuck's right around the corner from the hotel and lots of nice restaurant's. It was just a short drive to the Galleria, Northpark mall, and not very far from Grapevine. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Devamı

"Simply nice"
This hotel is right in Addison, less than one mile off the toll road. It's a little older, but has nice amenities. The rooms were very large and clean, and I had a microwave and fridge which was nice. It has a decent free breakfast (powdered eggs, bacon, a pancake machine, plus several cereals, bagels, breads, and yogurt). The only thing I found lacking […] was there was no room service. When I travel for business I often stay in and order room service. However, there were tons of restaurants nearby, including some who delivered. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it for the price. Devamı
