Fairmont Scottsdale Princess - Scottsdale

Everything was fabulous. Spa was superb.

We had a great experience at the Fairmont Princess. The concierge service is excellent, they were very knowledgeable and working with what our interests were. the Willow Stream Spa is by far the best spa in North America! Will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone

We loved this hotel! The grounds are beautiful, lush and green. There is plenty to do for the whole family. We will be repeat visitors. M

This was our 2nd time staying at a marriott hotel. The princess resort has a Spanish western look. Rooms are spacious with walkin closet and balcony. Bed is comfortable. The service for the hotel was excellent except for their JV Bistro. The service was poor and food was ok, except for the pizza which was amazing, burger not good soup was can like and […] sandwich plain. We are returning next year for our conference to this resort. We have stayed at the Princess several times. First off, the service has and still is excellent! The concierge service, pool service, waiters at La Hacienda were all fabulous as well as the food at La Hacienda. Unfortunately with the exception of the Stone Rose Lounge, and to a degree the Willow Stream Spa, the property needs updating. The casita room […] we were were in was just as it was 6 years ago. While it was very clean and the maid service is great, the rooms are getting "long in the tooth". The bathrooms and the tile work especially show their wear. For the money, the Gainey Ranch is a better choice overall. I really love the staff at the Princess, but the product (rooms) good be much better. Devamı

We loved this hotel and would say it is one of our favorite Fairmont Hotels now. The hotel is set on 65 acres of groomed grounds complete with a pond to fish from and 3 pools to choose from! The evenings were our favorite as there were tons of corners tucked away to enjoy a conversation and a glass of wine. The Evening ambiance was spectacular. This hotel has a great atmosphere, overall, and has excellent amenities and activities such as swimming and golf. The spa is a peaceful oasis and, for a great steak, there's Bourbon Steak. Very enjoyable experience.

The Scottsdale Fairmont was great but there was a very obvious shortage of staff. Whom ever is operating this property is trying to cut costs in all the wrong places.

resort caters to families. nice pool and amentities. the room was a bit small despite square footage. narrow hallway, narrow bathroom and not super clean. overall good place for kids.

First class all the way! A large delux room with a view of the east lap pool out the balcony. All 3 pools were heated and oversized. Great restaurants on site, outstanding steak house and mexican food. But the resort is a must go must stay place the next time you are in Scottsdale. We did not want to leave.

stayed with my wife for the day and night. the spa is first class and a great way to spend the day before going out on the night on the town on scottsdale. cant wait to come back!

I have never written a review good or bad, but I feel like the Princess has a few things to work on to be called a 5 star hotel. I am going to chalk it up to the fact that is was during Spring break and also MLB Spring training and that the hotel was at full capacity. However the service at the pool was marginal at best. It was next to impossible to […] have consistent service and waitstaff was hard to come by. One day our room was not cleaned- yes, the beds were made, but trash was not taken out as well as dishes from room service the day before. To me, that is completely unacceptable. We called to notify them and they offered to come back but it was late that evening and we did not want to be bothered. It would have been nice to come back after a long day and arrive to a check-in ready room. That being said, the overall grounds of the hotel are lovely. The spa was possibly the finest spa I had been to ever! Amazing facility and wonderful staff. Stone Rose lounge was a great outdoor bar that I recommend for a drink before and/or after dinner. I still would recommend this hotel to a friend but with the warning of mediocre service. I am hoping that they were just having an off weekend. Devamı

Beautiful property, excellent food but when they are busy, the staff seems completely overwhelmed. This is a massive hotel and it hardly runs with Disney efficiency or charm. It is good value but the service leaves great room for improvement

Fairmont Princess in Phoenix the most overall successful of my long travel experience. Discreet intelligent service! Beautiful grounds! Restful room and serene balcony! Only false note "hotel food" quality of casual restaurant. Won't keep me away.

We were looking of an affordable and nice place to stay for my birthday! We chose the hotel because the price was great! We were trulyly surprised to find out not only was it a great price, but the hotel was a top notch hotel. The steak house on property was incredible! I ate the Lobster Pot Pie...delicious.. La Hacienda Mexican is convienient and good, […] however, you can find better nearby. The room was very comfortable and the seperate tub & shower were nice. The only complaint I have, if I had one... is the rooms facing the inner courtyard are noisey, because there is a lounge in the center, so request a room away from center courtyard! The hotel was very nice, but the customer service and grounds maintenance wasn't at the same standard as other Fairmont hotels we've stayed in. I'd give the hotel 4 stars.

Love this hotel, the location can't be beat and we have had top notch service with each stay. We always try and stay in a 'gold' suite so we have access to the gold lounge and its amazing staff. The gold lounge offered full breakfast and drinks throughout the day - ending with appetizers and an honour bar. The staff are helpful offering advice on everything […] from day trips to restaurants. The suites are contemporary, very clean and well suited to our family. Lots of room at the pools and an amazing spa and fitness options as well. Loved our meal at La Hacienda! Just the most relaxing resort we've been to so far. Elegant and casual all at the same time. The staff were pleasant and respectful, the grounds immaculate and the peace and serenity unmatched.

This is a beautiful property and the staff is very helpful and friendly. There are a couple of minor negatives however. 1) The property is very spread out and not too well lighted at night. At the beginning of our stay we found it difficult to find our way back to our room. 2) The spa treatments, particularly the massages, are quite expensive.

We have stayed at the Scottsdale Princess before. This is the first time that we have had a small family holiday over the low season during Christmas week. It was never going to be our best Christmas with a recent death in the family and the death of our family dog the week before. By good fortune we adopted a young 5lb Papillon dog as a replacement […] 2 days before our stay. The Princess pet policy allowed our new focus for Christmas to join us and the staff made us all very welcome. The Princess deserves it's 5-star rating. Devamı

I'm not a big fan of hotels that make you walk outside for miles to get from room to lobby or restaurant as if you are on some college campus. I guess the Westin La Paloma is like that in Tucson, but the lobby is warm, inviting, and worth the walk with plenty of places to sit, drink, dine, and relax. The lobby of the Fairmont is far from the restaurant, […] far from the bar, far from the rooms, and the walk between each is unattractive concrete reminiscent again of a college campus...or do I say mental hospital or prison. The pool is enclosed by a fence and is not pretty. There is a nice pond and I have even seen people fishing n it, which is surprising as it is not really very big. You have to pay for wi-fi, which I find ridiculous in a luxury resort. The prices for room service breakfast were ridiculous. Ten dollars for a bowl of cheerios? My room was lovely though, and I had a lovely garden off my patio. Devamı

Excellent property. Clean, friendly/helpful staff, nice amenities, good on-site dining, family friendly. This property is great for business or pleasure.

We stayed in a Casita with our toddler in December and were thrilled with the service and comfort of the resort. The restaurants were outstanding and very kind to accommodate our little one. Again, top notch service.

I loved everything about our room. Large bedroom and separate living room. Had friends in the Casitas that we visited too. Short drive to everywhere in Scottsdale. We would stay here again. All staff were pleasant, although one valet did not recognize our room number building designation (quickly corrected by another).

Over the top location, amenities and luxury. We stayed in a casita which was perfect for our family of four. Only complaint is that over a period of forty minutes we twice requested extra pillows for the sofa bed. Never arrived. We called and cancelled the request and donated two pillows from the main bed. Inexcusable for what you pay. But everything […] else kinda outweighs this. Kids will remember this place forever because they caught their first fish here in the lagoon. Devamı

We stayed at the Princess for three nights beginning on Christmas evening. It was delightful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the hotel and grounds were decorated beautifully for the holidays. Sitting by the fireplaces at night and in the early mornings chased away the chill and the many pools were perfect by day! I enjoyed a day at the […] spa and never wanted to leave! If you stay there, you should definitely take advantage of the one day spa pass and just spend an entire day relaxing! It was wonderful and we didn't want to leave. The Scottsdale Princess was no less than the perfect getaway. I highly recommend upgrading to the Fairmont Gold upon your arrival. This will pay for itself with the members only area, which serves any drink you want plus a free breakfast everyday. Furthermore, you'll get unlimited access to the Spa. it was to be our anniversayr and we could not handle all the family. We booked the Princess and they all loved it; a most memorable trip for them they said. Christmas decor was stunning. Wine was tres cher but a long happy hour was reasonable. From all reports to us the Princess is a winner.

My husband and I were very impressed with the service we received. The LV Bistro had great breakfast options and our room was beautiful. The spa and golf course were equally amazing. This hotel is a must if you are traveling to this area. We will be back and would recommend it to anyone!

We stayed four nights, I have never experienced as nice a stay at a fairmont as my wife and I did this trip. The spa service was out of this world good. The property was decorated for the season and we left feeling relaxed and pampered

One of the most beuatiful hotels we have stayed at. The restaurants were excellent and we were treated well. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family.
