Our Hotel room was filthy. Carpets were filthy with stains all over. There were old flat foam pillows on the beds. Toilet paper was very harsh, I don't think it costs anymore to buy a softer kind. Clock did not work. There was no remote, had to call desk and ask for one. Both ice machines were out of order. Don't they have a repairman to come in and […] fix this problem. Other people were very upset also. My husband had to go buy a bag of ice. We went to my folk's to take showers. Kept our shoes on so as not to step on the carpet. There were stains all over not just a few spots. We are up there about 4 times a year to visit the folks and the next time we will get another hotel. Unless you can assure us there will be clean rooms and carpets are clean. Devamı

Room did not have a refrigerator. Every hotel I have stayed at had a refrigerator. Room had a safe that you had to pay $1.50 day to use. Second day of a seven day stay I asked to have access to the safe. Manager indicated that she would contact the individuals to provide access. Five days later still did not have access. Canceled request.

This hotel is a fine place to stay if you are traveling alone. I felt secure and the space, while small, felt comfortable because the lighting was good. It is older so you need to expect the facility to look that way. I would recommend requesting a room in the middle or on the end away from the train tracks. The hotel internet was unreliable at best and the staff could not correct it I had to move out because my phone would receive poor to no signal in the room as well

Right by the train tracks, tv was incredibly old. woman checking me in immediately went back to her cell phone conversation after I checked in. bed was stiff

While we have stayed at nicer hotels, we have also paid triple digits per night. This time around we had several families that had a specific budget. This hotel was excellent for the price. Every room had a fridge and microwave and the rooms were surprisingly large. There was even extra storage, better than the "weekly" rentals I have stayed at. We […] had about 8 families who had kids competing in a athletic competition and we needed to leave the hotel at 4:30am. The staff made sure that the complimentary breakfast (cold items, coffee and carry-out items) were fresh and available for our families by 4:00AM. Staff was VERY accomadating. Kind of old and ran down.. Ordered an ironing board and it was nasty. But it is super close to Emerald Dow.

The hotel was mostly good but unfortunately it is located right beside the freeway and the railway. The biggest problem is the trains that run right past the hotel throughout the night make enough noise to wake even the heaviest sleeper. If you can deal with being woken every hour or so, then this is a fine place to stay.Breakfast was okay, with toast, […] cereal, fresh fruit and waffles as well at coffee and juice. Devamı

This is a great place to stay if you aren't interested in getting any sleep. Everything going on out in the hallway echoes, due to tile floors(at least on the 1st floor. The room smelled clean, however I had my doubts when we walked in and the trash wasn't emptied...which no one ever showed up to take care of. Toilet leaking. Payed for three nights, but was locked out of my room the second night. Had to get room keys redone. Train tracks half a block away. Heard trains every couple of hours thru the night.

Loved this hotel - personell, room, location, convenience, etc. Great price for this accomodation with several nice restaurants very convenient.

Though my 3 night stay was generally a good experience, I was completely disappointed with the quality of the bed. The mattress was clearly damaged on one side, either by continued use over a long period of time, or by an extremely heavy indidual. It had a huge divot that was very obvious and uncomfortable. I can't imagine a manager's inspection allowing […] this mattress to stay in service. Due to full rooms that weekend, I had no choice but to live with it. Devamı

Overall our stay was great. Clean rooms, decent complimentary breakfast. One thing we ran across was the supposed Free Wi-Fi access. The signal did not reach our rooms. So we had to go to the front lobby to get any signal. Also even tho we paid in full when we booked. Front desk still wanted a deposit. Must have been her first day on the job. :)

This hotel is located next to railroad tracks which have frequent trains; a road that must be a truck route; and let's not forget about the airport that is within a few blocks....there is nothing else to say.

Clean and affordable! Don't be afraid of the price. The staff was very helpful. Rooms are small but efficient. Breakfast was typical high carbs but still worth it. We would stay again and recommend it to others. We travel a lot for work and this was a real deal for someone like us who just need a clean place to sleep. If you want frills(jacuzzi, pool […] and etc...) go ahead and pay more to stay else where. But this hotel also has a contractual agreement so that their customers can go to the local health club for working out or use the pool and other amenities. Very nice motel with the best, quietiest, heating/cooling system ever. The train was nearby but did not bother us. We did enjoy walking in the area also.

Staff was very rude. We told them when we booked the room we had dogs. Then when we tried to bring them in the hotel, we were yelled at for trying to sneak them into our room. RIDICULOUS! One day when leaving to walk our dogs, a small poodle started barking at our dogs. Ours dogs growled but never barked in reply. The front-desk clerk yelled at us […] and threatened to kick us out if we couldn't control our dogs. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, some pastries, cereal, coffee, milk, juice. Our room was TINY! The shower and bathroom had mold growing in the corners. The staff was friendly and helpful. We called ahead for directions off freeway and we were confident in reaching the hotel without any problems. We also choose this hotel because they had good rates.

I've stayed at this hotel on the railroad (noisy) side before, but this time I was in a room away from the tracks and so much more quiet. For the price the room was small but clean, the free breakfast was OK, and the staff was friendly and helpful. All in all a decent place to stay overnight for the price.

If you can tolorate paper thin walls, croaking frogs, passing trains, and very squeaky and uncomfortable beds. But, overall decent for a "2" star hotel. Far better than one we stayed at the previous week, just down the street. Cleaner than expected. Very nice manager, let us check in quite early and upgraded our room. Great breakfast too!

My only complaint is that the closet is useless. Its too small to hang anything up. The room was nice and clean. The mattress was fantastic. Great value for the money.

For an inexpensive, low-expectation stay, this is a good price with good access to freeways. It is also RIGHT next door to the train tracks, which kept me awake much of the night with whistles and shaking my entire room. Also, you may have to ask for blankets because apparently they don't come standard in all rooms. The hotel staff was very accomodating […] and the continental breakfast was decent. They were quick to respond to guest complaints. It's just that there were many complaints that perhaps could have been avoided. There is no pool, and I did not get any information on the 24-hour fitness center that the website claims is nearby. Devamı

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room nice and large and very clean. It took the hot water in the shower a while to get hot but when it did it stayed nice and hot.

NEEDS RENOVATION.SERVICE VERY GOOD.

This is a good, cheap place to spend the night. The rooms are quite small and the walls are thin. I could hear the people in the room above me walking around in their room. The fresh waffles for breakfast were very good. Very close to fast food, restaurants and grocery stores.

Our stay at Travellodge in Auburn was very pleasant and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the complementary breakfast was complete with waffles, muffins, bananas, cereal, cold and hot breakfast drinks. I slept so well because the mattress was firm instead of too wimpy like some hotels. The only info I would […] add is that the rooms are small. This works very well for a one night stay but probably not as well for a longer stay. Overall, we would give this place a high rating and thought we got well more than the price we paid. Great hotel. Good location, easy to get to, clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. We will continue to stay there when we go to that area.

This was our second stay at the Travelodge. Our first visit was great. This visit, however, there were a number of changes, and not for the better. The room was not as clean as before, the housekeeping staff was rude, the front desk insisted that they were out of pillows (we requested one extra as there were 3 pillows for two of us in the room), and […] the hotel no longer provides free shuttle service to Muckleshoot (they will provide one direction only now, and a cab ride is expensive the other direction). We will not be staying there again. It's a shame that the hotel has gone downhill....the price used to be a bargain, now, I suppose you get what you pay for. Devamı
