I needed a hotel not far from DFW, this Hyatt Place was in a good area, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. This Hyatt Place was typical, which is nice, and I would recommend this hotel and all Hyatt Place hotels. The nightly rates were reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the fridge in the room, the access to the workout room, and the morning breakfast buffet. "Romantic getaway"
I live only 40 minutes away from the hotel but my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary away from home. I love the location in which we stayed, we had the out of town feel without being too far away from home. "Overnight Visit"
It was really good, Wish I could have stayed longer but was only an overnight stay. Room was excellent. Wish they had more channels on the tv. Restaurants were pretty close by. "Worst Hyatt Place"
I stay in a hotel room 6-20 nights per month and the Hyatt Place has been one of my highly selected hotels because of the cleanliness, price and breakfast. This stay was not a good one from the time that I arrived and was told that they had given all of the rooms away. they eventually decided to give me a accessible room that was molded in the shower […] and an inconvenience as it was not what I paid for. A gentleman came in behind me and was given a top floor and the hotel employee even walked around the counter and gave him his key, explained breakfast and asked if he wanted a wake up call. After watching all of this, I was handed a key over the counter and told that the next night I could switch rooms. The next day, I had to move all of my own belongings.
