The hotel is conveniently located to several quick shop stores, such as CVS directly across the street and a Waffle House, buffet-style chinese restaurant and a family diner within walking distance of the hotel parking lot. Attention: This hotel's check out time is 11am, not 12 noon as stated on hotels.com. Fortunately the front desk clerk allowed me […] to extend until 12 because of the misinformation on the website, considering I didnt awake until 10:30. The bed was sunken in right in the middle which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The A/C stopped working in the middle of the night, but eventually came back on in the morning hours. Although the room, with one queen bed, was noticeably small, it was clean and more than adequate. No refrig, microwave or coffee in room. Hotel offered coffee near lobby all day and pretty good continental breakfast choices. Very friendly service, nice attitude. All rooms entered off of interior hallways; felt safe. A good location, but small rooms without sound insulation. We had to listen to basketball games at 1:30 AM with a lot of trafficin the halls. Missed the bedside lamp as well. OK for one night.

20" OLD tv and the bed was like a board. The bedcover had a hole in it. We stayed 2 nts. for the NCAA tourney because it was convenient to the coliseum, but that is about all it had to offer. The beds are rock hard, old pillows. Just needs a TOTAL FACELIFT and be brought into the 21st century!! Breakfast staff was really nice!!!

Based upon stays at Microtel in other areas, this stay met the exceptional rating that I have come to expect from Microtel.

Room was VERY small. Not at all what the photos depict. No dresser and an old TV with horrible picture. Antiquated decor. Ripped wall paper hanging from the wall. We could hear every move, cough, sneeze, laugh etc coming from adjacent rooms. The front desk staff were friendly but hardly there. Even though we checked in late the hotel clerk was very nice and attentive to our needs...(and she was even new on the job)

We arrive after 1:30 a.m after working a Show.. Front Desk Staff very good and found two beds for my grandson and me since we definately did not want to share a bed.. We stayed only two nights, and was very disappointed when we returned our second night around 2:00 a.m. after working a Show from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. to find our room exactly as […] we left it. No room service, no clean towels, bed not made. As a matter of fact, no maid service at all. Called the front desk and was informed that this Hotel only changes sheets and towels every two days. I knew this was an untruth and informed her that this was the first time I had heard of this from rule from a Microtel Hotel. After several minutes of complaining, Security brought us some clean towels. I don't appreciate the front desk staff dishonesty in regards to our room being services. .Even if It was true, that they only change sheets every other day, that still does not explain the fact that we received no clean towels, nor the fact the bed not made. The hotel was OK at best. The first room they gave us was dirty and looked like it may have been occupied. I closed the door quickly and returned to the desk. The second room had a smell to it. Besides that the room was clean. They told me the breakfast did not start until 7 am on Saturdays and we planned on leaving before then. Close to where I needed to be, food, shopping etc. Room was small but fine for just me.

Room was clean but worn. First night we were awakened frequently by people talking loudly in the hallway and a car which pulled up outside our window, lighting up our room, radio blaring for half an hour. Front Desk Staff and Breakfast service were out of this world.

This hotel was great for the price. Comfortable but small rooms. All I needed.

This is the second time I stayed there. When I return to Greensboro I will stay there again. Clean comfortable bed and a hot shower, what more do you really need from a hotel.

This Microtel in High Point (Greensboro, NC) near the Sheraton is/was a wonderful stay for me and my family. Anytime I needed anything, no matter what time, the staff was very prompt at making sure I had what I needed. My husband is disabled and diabetic, so they made sure I was close to the desk , and provided us with microwave and refrigerator, and […] staff was there to help with my baggage at check-in and when I checked out....for my week stay, I couldn't ask for better service. We selected this hotel because we needed four rooms and the price was bargain. Little did we know that the hotel would be so nice. The staff, (Sandy, Jen and others) were awesome to us. We could not expect more from a much more expensive place. Easy frwy access, fast to Coliseum and airport, restaurants, gym, Walmart, Kohls....so many amenities! We […] will definitely return. My room was non-smoking and had no smoke smell. The halls smelled a bit musty and smoky and the carpets needed cleaning. Otherwise, the breakfast was better than expected with cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee. The Microtel has a good location and the parking area was well lit.

we stayed at this hotel for one night and we were very satisfied with the hotel. we got exactly what we requested. the room was clean, the bathroom was clean as well. the breakfast was ok had muffins cereal oatmeal and juice there was something to eat for my whole family. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again!

The hotel was in a great location near many restaurants, pharmacies, & shopping centers. It's only a few minutes drive from the water park & right down the street from an indoor fun park. It is very convenient for families with kids! The room was a little small, but manageable. The customer service is great!

I came with my family to had a three days visit on Greensboro to view all the interesting in & nearby locations. The hospitality of the hotel is very good. Also they really helped us to find a right taxi service to go to Asheboro zoo. The co-operation & support which hotel reception provided for me & my family is grateful & helpful!!! Crappy little old school TV, cigarette burn holes in bench cushion, but it did have a water feature in the room: Well, not so much a water feature as a toilet that ran all night long. You can do better.

The hotel had a bit of a stale musty smell to to it. Carpets in the hall needed cleaning. The continental breakfast was not kept well stocked and in proper working order.

This hotel was okay at best. The rooms are small and our room looked onto the hind side of a window. Our bathroom was not very clean and the rest of the room felt the same.

Friendly staff, clean room, outside noises but when I turned on the AC/fan it was drowned out.

I reserved 5 rooms for my son's graduation and all of my family members were very satisfied with this hotel. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was that there was smoking allowed at this location and I would have preferred that it was not. I and my family would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

For this kind of price, I don't expect much. Let's be honest. If you're looking at this review, you're not exactly rolling in the benjamins. Given that, the hotel staff are exceptionally courteous, professional and efficient. Our A/C broke and the staff immediately placed us in an adjacent room. Good aspects - reasonably attractive exterior, convenient to Guilford, rooms were clean, and hotel is really cheap! But lots of negatives! Corridors smelled like smoke and various other odors, and were really humid - even though the outside air wasn't hot or humid at all. With the AC on all the time, the room itself wasn't humid - but we wouldn't have […] otherwise had to use the AC. The oddest aspect was that one wall of the room, at the head of the beds, was completely covered in (cheap-looking) mirrors! They do seem to rent by the night, not be the hour, but still. The phone was completely non-working, even to reach the front desk or to arrange a wake-up call - and when I reported it to the front desk the next morning (just so they could fix it for the next guest), there was no apology, just acceptance that some things don't work. Cheap toiletries - not a biggie in itself, just another sign you do indeed get what you pay for - and in this case, even less. This was only a one night stay, and I'm used to pretty basic accommodations, but I wouldn't stay here again even if the room was free. Spend a little but more and go someplace else. Devamı

Great place, good continental breakfast, great price, great location

The location of this hotel is PERFECT!! It is within 10 minutes of the shopping mall the Convention Center and is just off the highway. It has great lighting inside and outside in the evenings, so I felt safe when leaving and returning at night. The staff was very friendly. The room was very small but it was fine for my son and I. Do not be misled by the reviews of this hotel the way I was. They are quite inaccurate. To begin with, the staff was extremely discourteous. The room itself was absolutely falling apart; in fact, the ac in my room BROKE in the middle of my first night, and never worked again. No one came to fix it despite the fact that I informed the staff. The wireless […] internet does not work. It stays connected for less than 15 seconds at a time on average. I suppose I shouldn't have expected much for a last-second room for only $50, but come on. A dirty mop closet would be no less comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. For the price, it was great. Nothing fancy but quite clean. Rooms were cleaned every day and we got new towels. I would definitely stay again. A few restaurants in walking distance which was nice.

At 8:45AM I started to hear the maid service loudly knock on all the doors. They knocked on my door and I answered "no thank you." They didn't stop knocking thought I had told them that I would be checking out that day. I called the front desk to see what all the knocking was about, and they said that is the owner's policy. was very inexpensive, but really had no amenities whatsoever. It offers a free breakfast, but everything was terrible. Our hotel room, especially the bathroom, was not very clean. The room was ok overall, and the beds were pretty comfortable.
