Small Luxury Hotel Langshott Manor - Horley

Nicely situated, clean, friendly staff, close to Gatwick, comfortable. Definetely something to consider when planning a wedding!

My husband and I stayed at the Langshott on our wedding night. I had always admired the hotel and it really lived up to our expectations. Stayed at the Langshott for a romantic week end. From London it's about 1h drive toward Gatwick airport, so makes it easy for a week end. It's a beautiful mansion, very rustic (in a good way), very English in its style. Room (I had a Classic room) was tastefully decorated, modern amenities, very clean and very comfortable. A wonderfull hotel 10 minutes from Gatwick Airport and only 40 minutes from London using the Gatwick express. We overnighted at the hotel on our way back to NZ. The room was nice with great linen, and a very comfortale bed. The lunch menu was superb, we rated it as one of the best meals of our trip through europe.

The Langshott provides a superb Elizabethan ambience within ten minutes taxi ride from either of the Gatwick terminals. The room was excellent, the service faultless. We were able to leave our car while we headed off for a long weekend, the charge being pretty reasonable. Just wish they, like others, didn't feel the need to add a "discretionary" 12.5% […] fee to bar and restaurant bills. Devamı

really lovely hotel, in quet location, restaurant andsome rooms in very old, black and white building, with some of the bedrooms in new or converted buildings which are beautifully decorated and up to modern standards. afternoon tea is in a cosy lounge, the restaurant for breakfast and dinner looks on to delightful grounds and duck on their pond.

Beautiful hotel in a magical setting. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was a last minute booking and we could not have been happier. Looking forward to a return visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Langshott Manor. It made our early morning flight the next day out of Gatwick much more civilized. We will be back!

Beautiful building and gardens-excellent staff- good food-10 minutes from Gatwick airport but felt like a country house hotel.

What a great find. I rated the hotel with a three(3) for comfort of my room for just a few reasons. Keep in mind, I would love to stay here again and I am sure i will. My room had two beds connected to make a queen so i had a tiny gap in the middle. I was alone so it did not really bother me but if i were with my wife it may have been bothersome. […]  The blinds over my bed allowed some light in, I just like a really dark room. The gravel driveway creates a bit of noise. Black-top would not fit so you must give up a little to get such a quaint enviroment. The staff was really friendly and helpful. the food was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. the grounds are very relaxing. Frankly I just did not want to leave. If you are older, some of the stairways are a bit steep. Again, if you want a cookie cutter room, stay at the Airport Hilton. If you want England and quality personal service this is your spot, I can't wait to get back. The only other tiny issue i had was that my room had a unique shape and I am quite tall. The steep ceiling in my room cut into my head space. The hotel seems to have a wide variety of rooms and the staff want to take care of you, just ask. Devamı

Obwohl wir erst spät nachts im Hotel ankamen und uns leider schon am frühen Morgen wieder auf den Weg machen mussten, haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein wahnsinnig tolles Zimmer, was im Zentrum garantiert das vier- oder fünffache gekostet hätte. Mit dem Taxi sind es keine 10 Minuten bis Gatwick, zum Zug in´s Zentrum fährt man 5 Minuten, danach […] 45 Minuten bequem mit der Bahn. Gerade wer nur einen kurzen Stopover in London anstrebt, ist mit dem Hotel sehr gut bedient. Service und Freundlichkeit waren auch um 2 Uhr nachts hervorragend. Devamı

Et kanon charmerende hotel i meget gammel engelsk stil - helt enkelt enestående. Hotellet er meget gammelt og ligger i landlige omgivelser - som at blive sat 100 år tilbage i tiden. Huset er omkranset af en smuk gammel have som oser af idyl og harmoni. Perfekt til romantik eller fordybelse. PS: egner sig ikke til handicappede - og nok heller ikke til […] børnefamilier. Devamı
