Very basic rooms, nice service, good location

Dodgy neighborhood and a distance from the main tourist spots. A run down see better days hotel

It is a good enough hotel when just passing by as I did. I needed somewhere to stay and a good nigths sleep. The Staff was Very friendly and I had no complaints at all. The Area is good ( for being in a big city) and I found a few nice small restaurants in the nearby area. HOTEL WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION FOR ACCESS TO TRAAIN, ETC. STAFF WERE POLITE & FRIENDLY . WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR QUALITY AT REASOABLE RATE

Not a very good hotel. Too expensive for the quality of service they provide

Entrance seems nice; Rooms are very small, Guy at Reception was arrogant and non-understanding. Snubbed even small requests.. We were refused even a small glass of water.. Buying water was seeming stupid.. Stay was very uncomfortable.. Only advantage is closeness to Centrale, that is there for so many other hotels as well

The Cristallo hotel is an older hotel in an excellent location. Very near the metro, central train station and shopping. The staff were very friendly and somewhat helpful. Hotel conveniently located 200m from Milan's main train station. Service was good and room was clean. There was a good breakfast included.

The Hotel was clean and tidy , for the price very good and convenient . Only drawback is the bathroom was very small , hence if you are booking the room enquire the size of the bathroom as if you are obesse then you can forget the stay.

We satyed there with my girfriend for one overnight. The hotel has relatively good location closs to the cenral rail station and not far from the downtown. The room was quite small and very bad furnished with very old equipment. The bathroom the same - not very clean and pretty bad looking. The room had a window looking to the emergency stairs only. The walk from the train station was short and easy, the room was very small but clean and comfortable, and the hotel management was helpful. I was able to have breakfast earlier than the posted hours when I had to catch an early airport shuttle from the train station, and the hotel staff communicated very well in English. It's good location. Rooms are not as nice as seen on Hotel Info'. A/C will be turn off during mid-day and from 2 am to 7:30 am. Breakfest buffet is very good.

The hotel has a great location. 5 minute walk from Milano Centrale. Room is small. Bathroom is small. has toliette and beday. The shower has an old style movable side door. the internet was a bit pricey, but so is Milan itself... great room, great staff...

It was a total disappointment, especially it being rated as a three star hotel. The toilets were ordinary, the shower place was very small cramped and inconvenient. The bar tender behaved as if he is god's gift to mankind. Only good at the Hotel was the Staff in reception were extremely friendly and very nive set of people.

My only complaint is that the walls in the room were too thin, I could hear neighbors, water coming down the pipes and the noise outside (the neighborhood is noisy). Otherwise, great price/benefit relation: good room, good bathroom, good breakfast, etc. Of course, everything at the level of a 3-star hotel.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Never stay in there!!!

I found the hotel staff member at reception (who refused to state his name when asked) to be highly rude and unhelpful. He was not willing to assist with an inquiry I had and showed no initiative to assist me in any way. The state of the room is something out of a bad 1970s movie not at all like the photos or its three star rating. Breakfast was atrocious. […] Stale and not edible. Devamı

the guy at the reception was unfriendly and unconcerned.he was talking to himself and never ask or say anything to me. he insisted on printed voucher even ı showed my booking itinerary. he said he can not find it without printed voucher. while he was looking at the reservation list I found my name and showed him. If I can not see my name on the list […] I wonder what he will do. He gave me a room which was just left and dirty. I go back to the reception and he gave me another room. while I entered to the second room, they said ı have to change my room again. after, the third trial with luggages, I finally had my room which was the worst I ever stayed. When I returned at night another receptionist insisted that my room number was different. the room was primitive and very old. shower cabin doors did not work and cabin was the smallest ı have ever seen. cabin never allow you to wash your body. floor cover was very dirty. room was totally very old. the pictures on the web are fake. the people staying at the hotel are mostly the youngs and very loudy. the bed is a cheap ordinary sponge bed without comfort. the only good thing that I can say about the hotel is location. very close to station, but there are dozens of hotels all around and I advice never think to stay there and believe negative comments about this hotel. This hotel is located close to the central train station, but that's about all it has going for it. The staff that runs the front desk was rude not only to me but to several other customers, the rooms have phones that cannot call outside of the hotel, there is no internet access, and the mattresses were like rocks. Location is very close to the Milan Central station and to the Underground station. Bathrooms are too small and unclean. The attitude of the lobby Staff is unfriendly.

We chose this hotel based on location and price only. We did not expect much and didn't get much. But it was cheap and the location was perfect for what we wanted (we don't spend much time in the hotel anyway!). The hotel staff could do with some friendliness training...

Great location if coming in or going out from the central station, only about a block away. You can easily walk there (even if you have heavy luggage) so you save quite a bit by avoiding taxi rides. Also good access to all types of ground transport including shuttles to Linate and Orio al Serio (Bergamo) airport. Room was clean and comfortable, but […] nothing special. A/C didn't seem to work to well in our room, but it wasn't an issue as it was a mild night and having an open window worked fine. Bathroom was fairly large by European standards. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, typical Italian as well as various ethnic. I'm not sure if it's around every day, but in the morning (Wednesday) there was a large open air market less than a block away ... very nice. No working A/C in our room, but the room was the largest we stayed in through our trip in Northern Italy at five different comparables. Neighborhood is not charming in the evening but then again neither is Milan. A good place to stay until you go wherever it is that you're really in Italy for...

Personalen var verkligen trevlig och tillmötesgående. Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd till både Centrale F.S och Lima t-bana och nära shoppingstråk. Frukosten var också helt ok. Man får vad man betalat för. Jag rekommenderar starkt hotellet och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Es reicht, wenn man nur dort schläft! Allerdings sind die Spülungen des WC's und der Dusche so laut, dass man es im Gang, im Nebenzimmer und sonst wo hört. Der Duscheingang ist so eng, dass man seitwärts durch den Eingang einsteigen muss.

stanza pulita moderna - ottima posizione - vicino stazione milano centrale. Personale gentile... Arrivando dal esterno visto i lavori di rifacimento mi sono spaventato tipo chissa come sono le stanze la mia e stata 10 e lode.

절대 비추.. 우리나라 여인숙만도 못한 호텔입니다. 장점은 오직 역에서 5분 거리인거 빼면 정말 비추.. 샤워실은 사람하는 들어가기도 어려워 샤워를 하라는 건지.. 객실에서는 이상한 냄새에.. 새벽에는 식당에서 엄청난 소음 까지.. 도시락 싸들고 말릴 호텔 수준입니다.

予約内容はエコノミー シングル ルーム - 朝食付き, 朝食ビュッフェだったが、朝食付きではなく、有料だった。

Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu. paitsi kortit, jotka jätin respaan ovat varmaan yhä siellä korissa, koska eivät ole tulleet kenellekään. Paikka erittäin hyvä, lähellä asemaa ja Via Buenos Airesia. Aamupalalla olisin kaivannut vaihtelua ja jotain kasviksia leivän päälle.Muuten kaikki oli ok. Huone skandinaavinen ja ihana ylin kerros.

Cristallo ligger perfekt i forhold til hovedbanegård og lufthavnstransfer. Centrum i gåafstand. Typisk mellemklasse cityhotel, men relation pris/ydelse var i orden.

Lage ist sehr gut, sehr nahe vom Bahnhof. Für 1 Übernachtung in Mailand, perfekt. Die WC Spülung des Nachbarszimmers war echt laut und im Bad stank es nach Zigarettenrauch. Das Zimmer war trotz eisiger Kälte draussen sehr warm :-) Für einen Kurztrip auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, Hotel ist recht günstig und für Italien voll ok.

I prisklassen var det prisvärt, men det som drar ner att det luktade cigarettrök både i rummet och utanför detsamma

He estado en varias ciudades de Italia y tengo un amplio rango de comparación. Pasé 3 noches ahi y no regresaría. Lo único bueno es que está a 3 calles de la estación central lo que facilita el traslado y carga de equipaje y a 4 calles de una avenida principal donde está el metro Lima que te lleva al Duomo. Le urge un mantenimiento mayor, desayuno en […] la media, escuchas cada que los los demás huéspedes entran al baño o usan la secadora, me picó una chinche y lo sé porque la encontramos al día siguiente entre las sábanas, la tv es pequeña y antigua aunque con buena imagen, pagamos por 3 horas de WIFI y sólo lo pudimos usar poco más de 2 horas porque la señal se perdía frecuentemente, el joven de recepción resultó amable pero el señor mayor igual de recepción nos atendió mal y ya el segundo día nos quería hacer check out... Definitivamente no regresaremos ahi. Devamı

Het Hotel Cristallo te Milano wat prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding betreft is een echte aanrader. Op loopafstand van het Centraal Station, is dit hotel zeer makkelijk te bereiken. Tram 1, die voor de deur stopt, brengt je binnen een kwartiertje naar Teatro alla Scala, des werelds beroemste operahuis, en il Duomo, de beeldschone Kathedraal van Milaan. De kamers […] zijn ruim, schoon, rustig, voorzien van twepersoonsbed, televisie, telefoon, ijskast, toilet, douche. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en tot 10 uur s'ochtends ter beschikking. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat meer kan men wensen? Ik zal hier zeker weten ook in de toekomst verblijven. Devamı
