UW' a çok yakın mesafede, çok temiz ve rahat bir otel. Kısa süreli ziyaretlerde gerek duyulan tüm ihtiyaçları yeterli ölçüde karşılıyor. Kullanmadığınız pek çok özellik hatırına daha yüksek oda ücretleri ödemektense, tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı çok uygun fiyata sağlayan bir otel. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı, odalar rahat ve temiz.

Federal Way şehrinde yer alan Extended Stay America Seattle - Federal Way yakınında The Commons at Federal Way, Rhododendron Botanik Bahçesi ile Pacific Rim Bonsai Kolleksiyonu bulunur. Ayrıca yakınında Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center ve Wild Waves Su Parkı yer alır.

"ok for a level 2 hotel"
Certainly not a top end hotel, however for a reasonable rate it met our needs for a several day stay. Many minor amenities were missing. (ie shampoos, blow dryer unless you asked, daily housekeeping). Location was across street from a grocery store and shopping mall.
"Extended Stay"
The place was ok, but I thought they asked for too much personal information at check in, which I did not give. They wanted me to "ok" (initial) incidentals when there were none available that I could see (I didn't want any surprises on my visa once I got home), and they wanted a picture of my drivers license when there was no need for it. "locale can offset shabbiness of rooms"
If you want a room in the heart of the Federal shopping district, this is a great location. If you want a room without shabby furniture, stained carpet, lousy drinking cups and a really uncomfortable bed, keep looking.
"Satisfactory"
Loved the convenient location. The room itself was clean, the heat worked great on the cold night and the front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I was pleased with my stay.

The kitchen pots and pans, etc. were very sparse and not what I expected. The hotel itself was average, but clean. I've stayed in 5 star hotels, internationally, so this definitely did not compare, but it was nice and a good value for the dollar. Slightly more in the kitchen would definitely be a plus.
"This is a steady performer"
this is an older Ext Stay, but it has been kept up well. Location is a little confusing to get to, but it is right in the heart of Federal Way, close to just about everything you would need. It's tricky getting ut if you want to go to the interstate, because the traffic patterns are messed up, but that is not the hotel's fault. rooms are comfortable, […] but I wish they would get rid of the rock hard beds and have a little softer mattresses. Overall, a great buy for a trip and I would heartily recommend it again. Devamı

"NOT BAD, A LITTLE PRICEY"
THE HOTEL IS NOT THAT GREAT, BUT IT IS IN A GOOD LOCATION AND PROVIDES YOU WITH EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED FOR A LONGER THAN NORMAL STAY.
"Lobby Traffic"
My only complaints are about 1) too many guests hanging out in the lobby (like an extension of their rooms), and having to squeeze by many people hanging out and visiting in the hallways while I'm trying to get my bags to my room. 2) Front doors are heavy and awkward when trying to get them open to get inside with my bags. "Good but not great"
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and a good value for the money. My only issue was with the cleanliness of the room. I knew about their policy of weekly maid service (and that you have the option to pay for more frequent service) and I was fine with that. But the room was not as clean as I would have liked […] when we checked in. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay there again. Just bring some clorox wipes and you're good to go. Devamı

The room was just OK, But 2 things were not OK! The refridgerator motor was unbelievably loud! My car is less noisy, (seriously), The bed was as hard as rock and the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Did not sleep well at all.

Staff there was very friendly, The room on the other hand was to warm the A/C did not work well at all, the coffee maker overflowed more then once and we had take out our own trash.

It could have been much worse. No bugs, just some smells that need to go away, our room was switched conveniently after we got sick of the smell.

Overall satisfied with the experience. Located right in the heart of Fed Way hot spots. If youre looking for an average room at an average rate with plenty to do around you, this is the one.

we were lucky, our second day there Mt. Ranier was very clearly seen out our hotel window. nothing beats that. breakfast would have made things perfect.
