I would stay there again great location, just take the number 1 bus to the square..

The hotel it self is nice in terms of space, but its been abandoned. The person at the reception was rude at all times and had no clue on how to treat a client. The rest of the staff was very kind. The hotel needs a refurbishing in every aspect

Absolut not a 4 star hotel. The service was not good, when i arrived the beds were unclean and the breakfast buffe was not good.

to be honest, wouldnt call this a 4 star hotel.. spoke to few other people and they also said the same while having breakfast in the morning.. we would say a hard 2 star, just pushing 3 star! the breakfast was like ground hogs day! same hard bread everyday, with very very little choice of selection.. cheese and some jams! i wouldnt come back here again.. […] i was laughing how the senior manager comes up to us and tell us go to this market, her friend works there, and will get very good discount.. yeah right! anyway hope you enjoy your stay.. and if you do stay in this hotel, hope you will like it.. A very nice hotel for Marraquexe standards. The staff was great, the pool and the gardens are magnificent. Breakfast is good, usually on the terrace by the pool. On the downside, the hotel cleaning standards and maintenance. Nothing too dramatic, but it could use improvement. We enjoyed our stay at Kenzi Tichka in Marrakech very much. The hotel offers spacious and very comfortable rooms. No noice from neighbourhood. Clean pool and pleasant garden. Excellent breakfast- and dinner buffet. Friendly staff. But not within walking-distance from medina, you need a taxi.

It is a really nice hotel where the services like cleaning, swimming-pool, meals...present high quality. The only inconvenience I found was the location, It was too far away. Nevertheless It can be desirable and necessary in contrast with the crowded Marrakesh.

I thought the hotel layout and style of the common areas were more in keeping with a boutique hotel. The homage to traditional interiors was exciting from the sofas, tiles and fireplaces were fabulous. I booked for 5 days, planning to move but stayed an extra 5 days. My room was painted black with hints of blue, very stylish. As a designer I felt comfortable, […] I think they need to sort out the selection and service at breakfast. Change the naff music played at night by the pool. Just watch out for the cash machine it denies payement yet when we return home money taken and account charges applied...staff not very helpful on this occasion. Devamı

We stayed for one night after a 7 hour train ride from Fez, before embarking on a tour through the Atlas Mountains and dunes at Erg Chebbi. The hotel was nice and met our needs for one night, though the workmanship was a little sloppy and the corridors a bit dark. We had a lovely view of the pool area behind the hotel. Normally, we would have preferred […] a location that had more happening around it, so we could walk around. We did that a little, but it clearly wasn't set up for that, and we had to walk along a busy boulevard, For people who don't mind using taxis to get around, this would not be a problem. Obwohl das Hotel etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums liegt, komme ich immer wieder gerne hierher. Ich schätze die Ruhe und die gute Luft. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, wenn auch nicht immer perfekt sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit (mit ein paar kleinen Ausnahmen). Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis finde ich persönlich in Ordnung.

Inconditionnelle du Tichkka depuis plus de 2O ans, j'aime son accueil chaleureux, l'exubérance et le calme du jardin, le service attentif du personnel, le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine, le feu de cheminée le soir en hiver, les chambres spacieuses, la literie de qualité. Un rapport qualité/prix imbattable!

Très bel hôtel dont je suis une inconditionnelle lors de mes séjours à Marrakech, petit déjeuner buffet au bord de la piscine, jardin calme et luxuriant, chambres spacieuses et bien tenues, feu de cheminée le soir en cette saison, accueil très chalereux. La maintenance de ce sympathique hôtel laisse à désirer ( peintures, carrelages, sols des chambres ). Si le personnel reste très attentionné il est dommage que l'intendance du restaurant ne soit pas à la hauteur de ( l'ancienne ) réputation de l'hôtel ( la petite Mamounia ...! ) Au petit déjeuner pas d'oeufs sur le plat, du café en self service dans […] un appareil souvent en panne ... de café.... des crèpes ..... à partir de 8h30 ( merci pour les matinaux) .... et des petites cuillères toujours introuvables . A midi ... plus de tajines ... un lunch et quelques sandwichs divers... Pour ceux qui, comme nous, ont logé 4 fois dans cet hôtel en 10 ans c'est une réelle déception. Le positif reste le calme autour de la piscine, un "plagiste" dévoué et sympathique et le prix global du séjour. L'éloignement du centre de Marrakech implique un budget taxi de plus en plus conséquent en raison de l'augmentation des tarifs . L'hôtel est joli mais n'est plus ce qu'il était. Les chambre restent agréable et propre. Mais l'hôtel doit être sérieusement rafraichis et le service remis en question. personnel pas très souriant qui n'a plus trop l'envie de travailler. Au petit déjeuner je vois qu'il n'y a plus de cuiller à café, je le dis à un des serveurs, je retourne à m'assoir […] et regarde ce même serveur débarrasser un table. Il prend une cuillère à café, l'essuie avec une serviette, touille dans son thé, ressuie la cuillère et le met dans le panier. Point positif, il y a quand même une cuillère de disponible pour le prochain! Mais je ne prendrais pas celle-ci en tout cas.. Bref, un vrai laisser aller, c'est dommage car c'était un bel hôtel! excellent séjour dans ce bel hotel; personnel aimable, bonne cuisine, tres bons buffets . C'est un vrai petit paradis , un peu loin de la médina mais les taxis et le bus sont proches de l'hotel l'hotel. A recommander

6 jours passés dans ce très joli petit hôtel style Ryad en compagnie de mon épouse, personnel agréable et accueillant, hôtel très bien fréquenté, calme et reposant, belle piscine, cuisine correcte et petit déjeuner assez copieux, quoique pas à mon gout. Certes un peu "loin" du centre mais vous en aurez pour quinze ou vingt de dirhams de taxi et 5 minutes […] de trajet. Ne surtout pas prendre les taxis devant l'hôtel il vous en coutera le triple. Si vous êtes de nature aventurière, prendre le bus numéro 1 à la sortie de l'hôtel, il vous conduira directement au centre de Gueliz ( mac do, zara, KFC, Pizza Hut etc...) et un peu plus loin a la place jamaa el fna pour trois dirhams cinquante, les bus sont propres mais pas climatisés, les taxis non plus d'ailleurs. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent et permet d'excuser les faiblesses par ailleurs d'un service de bonne volonté mais approximatif.

Quiet and nice hotel. The breakfast was not very healthy or good. Except the orange juice. Bathroom floor could have been cleaned a little neater, but the room we got was spacious and delicate. We did not try dinner at the hotel as we heard awful and loud "cruise ship" music played by a guy on keyboard during dinner hours (20-22). But we took taxis […] around town and ate some delicious meals. About 30-40 Dirham per ride. Internet was veery slow in access area. My boyfriend had to receive and download some documents for work while we where there - that took us about 5 hours. The outside garden with pool is perfect for those hot days in Marrakech, and still feels private even when right next to other apartments and hotels. We got the hotel on a 50 % off deal - not so sure I would be as impressed with this choice if we had paid full price. But for our cheap deal this was perfect before leaving for Essaouira - which we highly recommend. Devamı

Hotel bem localizado e em local sossegado. Boa Piscina que sabe sempre bem com o calor de Marrakesch. Pequeno almoço muito insufciente na diversidade e quantidade de alimentos que não eram repostos adequadamente. Praticamente não havia fruta fresca a disposição num país onde abundam a melancia e o melão!

Magnifique hôtel style ryad. Chambres spacieuses et décors somptueux (mélange architecture marocaine et modernité du mobilier) Très calme, wifi, belle piscine, joli jardin, parking gratuit. Petit déjeuner copieux (thé à la menthe, crêpes marocaines et jus d'oranges pressées).Personnel très pro et souriant. Inconvénients: l'hôtel est loin de la place […] Jamaa Lfna (<15 mn en taxi), et pas d'activités sportives (exemple pas de cours de tennis, parcours fléchettes...etc.). Angenehmes Hotel. Sehr schöne Umgebung des Hotels, Garten mit Palmen, das Pool, sowie Bar und Restaurant. Ruhige Lage, Taxis vor dem Hotel, wichtig, da das Hotel doch ziehmlich weit vom Zentrum entfernt ist, somit ein Taxi zur hin-und Rückfahrt benötigt wird.

Le Tichka et un hotel trés confortable, calme et plutot dans les haut de gamme. Le service est parfait, les gens attentifs à vos besoins et toujours souriants. Concernant la restaurationj, le buffet du petit déjeuner est des plus complet (dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de théières il faut mettre le sachet dans la tasse), les viennoisaries et confitures sont […] extrats, les crepes pas terribles (celles du Kenzi sont meilleures). Le buffet repas du soir est très riche en présentation et couleurs, beaucoup de crudités mais on s'en fatigue vite. Les plats chauds sont bons sans plus tout comme les desserts. De notre avis le prix du repas est beaucoup trop cher (26€ en octobre 10) sans la boisson pour ceux qui ne sont pas en demi pension. Cela dit on n'est pas obligé de prendre ses repas à l'hotel ou eventuellement au restaurant Marocain qui lui est parfait. Côté bar rien à dire, le personnel est charmant et fait les cocktails à merveille. Devamı

l'hotel tichka salam est vraiment très bien; qualité de services,l'architecte a conçu un espace intelligent , calme, propre, un havre de paix dans un écrin de verdure,magnifique piscine, terrasse dans le jardin pour les déjeuners, c'est l'adresse a tester à marrakech!

L'architecture bien intégré dans l'environnement local ,la piscine entouré d"un jardin fleuri et trés bien entretenu . L"ensemble du service est présent et discret ,ce qui est trés reposant et confortable .
