Walked into the lobby and it smelled. Wanted a non-smoking room and first room was filled (still in air) with smoke. Got another room and that one smelled like mold and curry even though it was freshly fixed up. Room was small and cramped. The continental breakfast was a joke. 1 food group (bread). No milk, juice, or hardboiled eggs at least. Most of […] the excercise equipment was broken. The only thing that was good was the TV, bed was comfy, and towels (as few as they were) were clean. Great price, Comfort was better than many hotels twice this price. Limited breakfast but did not expect much. A little tough to find location if GPS isn't working.

The hotel smelled, and the floors were filthy. The chlorine level in the pool area was nauseating.

The hotel room was a pleasant surprise. The location is industrial and the entrance was rather dated, but the room itself was quiet and extremely comfortable. I would stay there again if I ever find myself back in the neighborhood. A good value for the price.

Our room was clean, the bed was clean, the bathroom was clean. The air conditioner could have been stronger but overall, it was worth the low price we paid. Somethings could have been upgraded a little. i.e. the pool area and breakfast area. Nice hotel for the price.I had to stay in the room during the day and there were repairs going on which were loud.Other than that it was ok hotel.

While the hotel was being remodeled (my room was redone ) it was not ready. No trash can. No way to change the temperature (knob missing ). The entry way was dirty and when I waited at the front desk for help no one bothered to come out of the personal residence.

I have stayed in many Microtels in the past and never had any issue with cleanliness. Despite the rating, I chose to stay here anyway. For the first time in all my travels, I was bitten all over my back, chest and arms by a mystery pest that was living in my hotel room bed. The bites left quarter to silver dollar sized welts on my body and the itch […] was unbearable for over a week. Not only that, but my travel partner also saw mice running around the complimentary breakfast area at night. Absolutely disgusting. To boot, the hotel staff barely speak recognizable english. My advice: pay the extra money for a decent nights sleep at a Hiliday Inn. Your skin will thank you. Devamı

The front desk was very friendly. They brought us towles at 4AM. Our 5th person was very surprised on how large the bay window was. He slept there for 2 nights. He is about 6'1 maybe 6'4 with his mustard costume on. He had plenty of room to shift around. The Air conditioning did not work well the 1st night, but awesome the 2nd. The remote appeared very […] clean. There were a few lights out in the dolphin pool, and it echo'd a lot. Almost sounded like a walrus was in the pool. They had a free ice machine with unlimited ice. They also had a nice device next to the ice machine to help get the ice in your cooler without spilling. They provided large parking spaces for large vans. You always know what to expect at a Microtel. This one has the same good quality as many others I have stayed at. You know the rooms will be small. But the service and breakfast are fine, the staff is friendly and the rooms clean.

Friendly and cooperative staff. Room very small and worn from use. Mirrored wall over bed gave my wife an uncomfortable feeling.

Although the room need a few minor repairs, it was comfortable & close to many good restaurants. We enjoyed the hot tub & indoor pool; breakfast was good & staff were very nice & helpful. The price was right & we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a room reserved for non-smokers. We got to the hotel and none were available. I asked the manager to change us to a non-smoking room. He refused to listed, even as I showed him my reservation print out. He said to call Hotels.com and tell them to move me to another hotel--impossible given that this was a football weekend in Lincoln, Nebraska, […] when there is nothing available for 50 miles. The manager screamed at me to the point that it was becoming quite a scene. He called his company service rep, with whom I also spoke about the situation. The hotel representative heard the commotion and had to apologize profusely for his behavior. She promised that he would be written up. It was all VERY unprofessional. We stayed in the smelly room, as we had no other choice. There are far better hotels in the area than this one, for very little more cost. DON'T STAY HERE! Devamı

We were greeted by a blank stare as we walked into the lobby and up to the front desk. The few words that the front desk clerk said to us were in broken english and he was not very friendly or helpful, he didn't even tell us what room we were in, just handed us our keys, pointed at the elevator and said "second floor". The room was VERY small and cramped, […] wall paper was peeling off, pillows had what appeared to be blood stains on them, TV remote didn't work, kleenex box was empty, toilet seat was broken and the smoke detector didn't work. Pretty Much this place was amazing, the beds are awesome and fluffy there shower is epic and they have coffee in the rooms pretty much everything you need and amazing. I've stayed at different ones before and they were also amazing. It Had refrigerator and microwave it was very nice.

It's a relatively cheap place to stay, but it's clean and I have always had excellent service there.

Nothing fancy, a little worse for wear than other Microtel's. Definitely decor needs some updating. Fans are LOUD in the bathroom and run whenever the light is on. Good supply of power outlets however.

We were welcomed by a broked door handle, which led into a room with broken drawer pulls, broken towel rack, and stained pillow cases. There were only two bath towels (in a room with a max occupancy of 4......were we supposed to share?), the pool was very cold and the hot tub was way too hot to sit in.

Hotels smells bad. Feels sticky. Had dried blood on my bed sheets. Small Room. There were empty beer cans right outside my window. The receptionist was friendly. Parking lot is ample.

The desk staff was very congenial and helpful when approached. The small swimming pool was very shallow though enjoyable while the hot tub jets did not work. The work out equipment was almost all damaged in one way or another if not completely broken. The breakfast was surprisingly sufficient with a waffle maker, instant oatmeal, coffee, apple and organge […] juice, milk, dry cereal, toast, and an asssortment of bagels, pastries, and toast. The hotel was a little off the beaten path in a industrial area, but it was clean and quiet, and the manager let us have a late check out since we were running the marathon.

The staff was friendly and although the room we stayed in was small, it was stylish. The only thing I we didn't like was the fact that it smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the entire hotel. The breakfast was good, and the checkout and check in was very quick. Oh and ask for extra blankets and towels!!!

The two most important reasons I booked this hotel was for the pool and for breakfast. The pool was cold and therefore the kids were unable to play as long as expected. The breakfast was slim pickings with terrible coffee.

My husband and I had a great stay. The motel is not the Ritz but we knew that from the start. It is a great motel with a small work out room (that is good but could use new equipment) , small hot tub, and small pool. The price is right. The place is clean and help is fast and friendly. They also serve a free breakfast with cereal, waffles, juice, muffins, […] bagels, juice, and milk. Devamı

The rooms were dirty, small, and old. The hallways were dirty and beat up. Furniture was old. Carpet was old and dirty. They were out of coffee down in the lobby one morning. The breakfast is nothing to brag about. You get what you pay for. Did I mention the rooms were rediculously small?
