Hotel was not clean at all. Saw flying insects while laying in bed, in February! Location was good. Beds very hard. Full kitchen with no utensils or dishes of any kind.

Overall, a very good value for the money. What I liked was the convenience of the kitchen and spaciousness of the room. Plus everything was clean. What I didn't like was the decor. They had a missing picture which was very offsetting. Otherwise, it was a pleasant surprise.

Rubbery blankets had holes in them and there was no shampoo/conditioner. Front desk staff was complaining about his job. Just not a cozy environment.

kinda unappropriate attendants at first. but neat room and reasonable price.

Very helpful front desk staff. Room didn't have everything it should, but staff was quick to remedy. Overall a decent place to stay, particularly if you want a kitchen.

1st noticed uncleansliness 2nd smelled like smoke 3rd went to take a shower,undressed..the shower knob was clearly broken..so I had to transfer rooms..not the best hotel : (

I have stayed at this location numerous times during the past few years, but it is doubtful I will ever return. I asked for a non smoking room...when I opened the door you could smell the smoke!!! There was no coffee, cream or sugar in room. I went to front desk and told the desk clerk about the smell of the room...I also went to ask for coffee, creamer […] and sugar. The carpet wasn't vacuumed; the light fixture in the kitchen ceiling was mssing large pieces out of it; there where holes in the wall with hangers where the picture was suppose to be; the counter in the kitchen was in poor shape as pieces were missing...it was AWFUL!!! Room was oddly arranged. Had to put the lamp on the floor so I could see the TV while in bed. Bed only had 2 flat pillows, no extras in the closet.

The day manager Mitch who was working that day was responsive, polite, helpful and friendly. I needed an early check in and he was able to accommodate me, where it could have been easy to simply say, "sorry, come back at 3"..he took the time and a couple extra steps to see that I was able to get this taken care of, though I was fully prepared to have […] to go kill a few more hours until the regular check in time. Didn't have any complaints about the hotel except there was no shampoo in bathroom. Other than that the location, service, and cleanliness of this hotel was excellent.

Well, first I had arrived a little bit late, but I had previously informed I was going to be arriving late. The younglady checking us in was very very polite, everything seemed very nice. Our room was extra clean, we had no problems what so ever, and it was very close to highways, to Woodfield Mall, shopping centers and restaurants, so I will definately […] be recommending this location to my friends and family. Nice enough hotel, pretty quiet at night and had no trouble sleeping. The beds were comfortable enough. The staff was very friendly and was willing to help out.

You pay what you get for. The room was clean and fine for a quick overnight stay. The front desk host was very unpleasant and did a disservice to the hotel by being the first impression to guests. She was rude, did not welcome us, did not smile and acted as if we were inconveniencing her for being there. The young man in the morning as we checked out […] was much more personable and pleasant. I stay in this area frequently. Now that I've found this hotel, I doubt I'll stay anywhere else. The price is excellent and the hotel is the best in this price range. Comfortable, clean, nice amenities. Staff is friendly and the check-in/ check-out process is efficient.

This hotel is a great bargain for staying in the Woodfield Mall area. It is an extended stay type of facility with full kitchen and cozy studio layout.

This is a no-frills extended stay, if you are lookoing for a place to lay your head at night, with out a lot of bells and whistles, this is a great value. I booked a room at this hotel because of the location and also the affordability. Having extensive knowledge of hotels as a hotel manager myself I had very low expectations specifically so I wouldn't be disappointed and could just enjoy my vacation. Regardless of how low the bar was set, I was severely disappointed and here is why. Upon check in I was […] greeted by a very unenthusiatic front desk agent wearing a hooded sweatshirt. I know that this cannot be uniform but that is not the reason for my disappointment it should have just raised a few flags. When I got to the room I noticed that the toilet would not flush. No problem. I called the front desk and asked for a plunger to solve the problem myself. They said it should be under the sink so I kindly hung up and tried to take care of the plumbing. This did not work and now the toilet backed up and flooded the bathroom with previous guest's "donations." I called immediately to have maintenance come and fix the problem and informed them that I was leaving for the day. I came back expecting the mess and the toilet to be fixed. Neither of which had been done. It was now 6pm and I called to have them fix the toilet. They eventually did and it only took them a few seconds. I now asked for the bathroom to be cleaned because of the extreme unsanitary state and was told that it was too late in the day to be cleaned and I would have to wait until the following day. Holding back anything I may have had to say, I agreed because obviously there was nothing I could do. Being totally disgusted I went next door and got a room to stay until the bathroom was cleaned. I came back the next afternoon only to find the bathroom was not cleaned. Being fed up I checked out because it was my last day anyway and was oddly greeted by the front desk agent who said I will be receiving a survey and he instructed me to give the hotel a 100% rating. TRASH WAS LEFT IN ROOM AND IT TOOK US 30MINUTES TO CHECK IN. ON TOP OF THAT THEY MESSED UP OUR RESERVATION. ONLY 2 PILLOWS ON BED AND WERE FLAT AS PAPER. VERY UMCOMFY BED

My expectations were not high, but i was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was easy access to freeways and mall areas. The staff were friendly and house keeping provided me with any requests. I was attending a 3-day seminar in the area and wanted a place to sleep that had complimentary internet access to complete homework each night. I was a bit hesitant about the hotel since the price was SO reasonable, but I shouldn't have worried. I was warmly welcomed by the evening receptionist & assigned a room close to the elevator that I requested […] only as I arrived at the hotel. The room was compact, but had all the essentials...I didn't see any pots/pans, but didn't look very hard since I didn't plan on cooking. Microwave, coffee pot, etc all worked well and was all I needed. The bed was pretty firm, but not uncomfortable nor did it prevent me from sleeping ...even with my hip arthritis. Bathroom was clean, but only had 1 bar of soap...no other amenities so bring your own. Overall, I recommend this hotel for an inexpensive, convenitent place to stay with Woodfield Mall and lots of other shopping only minutes away. Devamı

Easy access to expressways. Very economically priced. Simple, basic necessities for extended stays. Refrigerator, stove, cabinets. Rooms are relatively small, in fact, too small to fit a second bed or rollaway in. Nothing elaborate, but then again, it's not priced like the fancy hotels. Seems to be used by a lot of construction type traveling workers […] wo are in the area for a couple of weeks and need an economical place to stay. Great amenities, great location to everything. will book at this hotel again.

Guest service was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Full suite included kitchen with fridge, ice trays,and stove. Wasn't expecting a double queen bed because I only requested one. But I wasn't complaining. We had to ask the front desk for a remote and ash trays. We assumed from people stealing. The bed was firm, but sleepable. Room was nice, comfortable. You have to ask the front desk for remote and ash tray for smoking rooms. I was expecting one queen and we got two. Bed was firm, but sleepable.

the bed was hard, only two pillows, there was a empty crack bag on the floor, there wasn't enough dishes, i asked for more pillows and was ignored, the staff were nice though.

There was no shampoo in the room nor was there a remote for the TV. The bed was very uncomfortable and they old had a sheet and a bedspead and not an extra blankey between like all other hotels have. I was a little nervous staying there because other guests had their door wide open and were very drunk. The staff was friendly.
