Very pleasant hotel, very good customer service. We were given a very small room with a phone that didn't work - immediate upgrade. Lovely pool area.

I had not stayed here in ten years and they have done a lovely renovation. My complaint back then was a musty odor in the hallways and unfortunately it persists but that was my only complaint...it is a very old property. Very nice hotel and the staff was very helpful. Room was very small for the price and I think ordering through Expedia placed us on the first floor next to the offices.So not very private for a romantic getaway.

The service was very good and the location was a few blocks from the beach. The hotel does not have a parking area, but they have valet parking, which is complementary. It hotel is romantic and quiet. Everybody is very nice and helpful.

Lovely small hotel. Staff and service were excellent. Sincerity of staff very appreciated. Pictures of rooms on website totally accurate. Will stay there again and look forward to it.

I agree with another reviewer who said this hotel is worth it at any cost. This small boutique hotel is decorated in a charming english country house style, lovely bathrooms, first-rate toiletries, and comfortable beds. The pool area is very attractive and if you stay in a smaller room, you can hang out in the library, cigar room, lobby, or patio. Great place to stay. The staff made me feel like they wanted me there. Clean room, great service at a very competitive price . I really enjoyed my stay. I always stayed at larger hotels, but from now on, I will stay at the Chesterfield.

My wife and I were in town for a concert and we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel and its amenities as well as fantastic staff! We selected a Deluxe King, and when we arrived, because they had rooms available, we were upgraded to a King Suite, it was a great room. The hotel uses brass keys, you have real furniture in your room and […] the soaps/shampoo were of high class as well. Never turned on the flatscreen TV, but there was a clock radio with an Ipod connection, not some rinky-dink connection to an MP3 player like other hotels. This place equals the service at The Breakers, and the onsite restaurant was well regarded by many of our friends who live in the area. Nice, secluded pool and spa area. The Chesterfield is a small boutique ina a beautiful location near the world famous Worth Avenue. Rooms are a bit on the small size but beautifully decorated with nice decorative touches. Small bag of jelly beans in room. Nioce variety of soap, body lotion, shampoo, etc. Afternoon tea. Great cigar and smoking room with smoke eaters. Hardly an odor of […] cigar or cigratettes. Ideal spot for a cigar smoker. Pleasant pool area. Beacu within short driving time. Flagler Museum worth seein. All-in-all a nice getaway for nearby vactioners or weekend get-away. Devamı

Nice neighborhood, room, and employees - only drawbacks were a barking dog and people using the stairwell and letting the door slam shut way too many times. - Also you are near everything - food, shopping, and not far fromthe beach.

The hotel was charming. Staff very accomodating. Felt like I was in Europe.

Close to everything- a beautiful pre-war hotel..

This is a lovely little hotel that tries very hard to please... but beware... for a hotel that strives to be considered luxury it lacks some basic sleep comforts. There were no down pillows in the room and the air conditioning is extremely dated. You could not choose a temp and it would cut off after about 10 minutes. The sheets were also very rough. […] The location is nice and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful but we didn't sleep well at all. They did bring down pillows when we requested them the 2nd night. And when we were checking out they said they were updating the AC units. So if you choose this hotel be sure to get one of the updated AC units, if it's important to you. The location is great to the beach and Worth Ave, and they don't charge for valet, on the bright side. Devamı

The Chesterfield is well over fifty years old, but it is super-well maintained, clean, fresh, and neat. It is very conveniently located out on Palm Beach, right in a residential neighborhood, making shopping and other attractions convenient, even for walking. Parking is by valet only as there is only on street parking, but the location is very secure, […] and the hotel personell are right there to ensure that nothing happens to the car; not that it would ever in this location anyway. Dinning room was great for breakfast, but only okay for dinner. Service is no problem at all, and the food at dinner while unimaginative, is good and not very expensive. Ask for at least a king size bed premiium room to give you the space to make it comfortable. They have bigger rooms available than the king, so you might want to inquire about that as well. Note, you are around the coner from the Brazillian Hotel, which charges at least twice what the Cesterfield charges for its rooms, but their dinning room is tops, with well known chefs and impeccible service. The library in the Cesterfield is comfy; has all the latest newspapers, and also has a wi fi connected computer available for your use. There is a closed cigar room across the hall, which also has a connected computer in there. So, in closing, we do indeed recommend the Chesterfield. Use the money you save on the room to shop in the world famous Worth Street shops. Devamı

On our last day there, we wanted to have lunch with our friends in the Leopard Lounge but it was all booked with some group of Ladies. We were very disappointed as we left, but along came Gregg and said he could set us up in the Library there. Well it turned out even better than if we had it in the Leopard Lounge. They printed up menus for us with Happy […] Anniversary and our names and let us sit and chat and really had a lovely lunch together. Our waitress was very attentive and gracious to us, wish I remembered her name. All in all our friends loved it and that made up happy. It was really a special stay and ending day for us. Went to Palm Beach for a weekend getaway and concert and chose the downtown (Worth Ave.) area as we had never been. This hotel was tucked away in an otherwise residential neighborhood 2 blocks from Worth Ave. and 3 blocks from the ocean. What a lovely place. Our meals were excellent and the hand painted mural on the ceiling of the bar is not to be missed. […] Michelle the bartender was great and will tell you the story of the painter who did the mural. Well worth the trip - and we will be going back as soon as possible. Devamı

This is a small boutique hotel. The front desk people were great but the pool servers were terrible. The room we stayed in was pretty small, especially the bathroom. Being that it is in West Palm they are trying to be a 5 star hotel but really it is just an old, nice 3 star hotel. I would stay again but wouldn't ever pay full price. I usually do not write reviews, but my wife and I had a very nice stay. The staff was very accomodating and attentive. We will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Chesterfield in Palm Beach. It was a very short walk to Worth Avenue and the beach. Freshly baked cookies were waiting for the guests each afternoon as well as a bowl of fresh apples. Complimentary drinks were in the room's refridgerator - bottled water, soft drinks, and juice. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel […] was very quiet - nice single family homes as well as small condos/apartments. There was free valet parking. If we are ever in the Palm Beach area again, we will certainly stay at The Chesterfield. Devamı

We were very suprised and greatly enjoyed our stay at the Chesterfield. European feel, a tad worn, though very nicely decorated. Staff was wonderful.

Great hotel, with an European feel

The Chesterfield is unique and very charming little hotel. We experienced great personal service during our quick visit. The hotel itself has lots of character and is in a fabulous location that is in walking distance to all the best that Palm Beach has to offer. The rooms are tastefully decorated, but compared to most hotels that we stay in, are in […] need of refurbishment. The wall unit was a major disappointment as we had a hard time regulating the temperature of the room. A visit to the bar is a must- you will see lots of the characters that Palm Beach is legendary for! For a unique Palm Beach experience, stay at the Chesterfield. Devamı

El hotel está bien en general,pero tiene un cuarto de baño muy viejo, incómodo. La ropa de cama un poco pasada y vieja. Unos días traen el periódico y otros no, unos días abren la cama de noche y otros no. Los desayunos son buenos y el trato del personal es fantásicco ,sobre todo Ken. Muy servicial y agradable.
