Golden Tulip CDG Airport Villepinte - Roissy-en-France

The hotel was fine untiil I had to catch a flight at 5am and the elevator didnt work. noone callled to tell me so I wited for about 10 minutes and when I came downstairs to complain the front desk was nasty and rude.

Not great....small room, cheap hard matress. Elevators were not working when we arrived at 11:45pm.....had to walk up with heavy bags. Tried to order room service which was supposed to be open until midnight.....but was closed at 11:50

Just wanted to have a good night rest before flying out of CDG the following morning. Shuttle service is fine.

My husband and younger daughter stayed in this hotel for one night on their way back to the States. I normally would not bother to comment except that they both remarked on how surprised they were at the quality, cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. Indeed, they said it was the most comfortable room they had on our entire trip. My husband travels often, […] but rarely if ever, remarks on airport accommodations, but he was so pleasantly surprised that he will ask to be booked into this hotel from now on. The hotel is located a ways away from CDG (follow the signs upstairs at 2E to the hotel transport/ Navette and be careful to survey the bus fronts - theirs did not stop at the proper hotel sign and was nearly missed). We were arriving at CDG at 8:30PM on Dec 31st and decide to stay here rather than head into Paris proper. The check in was fine and we were told that the restaurant was open until 10:30. We tried to eat at 9:45 and were told, very rudely, that we would have to sit and eat in 15 minutes as they were closing. We asked if we could get room service to which […] the answer was No. After sitting for 25 minutes our order was taken and we started eating at 10:35. So much for 15 minutes or less. The service was appalling and one waiter spent 10 minutes chatting and laughing with a table right beside us while ignoring us completely. No doubt they staff wanted to go celebrate the New Year but their attitude and rudeness was something to behold. On a final note, the food was Ok but we were concerned when the waiters were clearing away the display of sea food and a shrimp fell off the plate onto the ice and he picked it back up and put it back on the plate. Hopefully the whole plate was going to be disposed of. Since we have arrive in Paris proper everyone has been very nice, polite and no rudeness what so ever. We stayed at the Golden Tulip for our last night in Paris so that we'd be close to the airport and ready to fly out the next morning. The biggest thing i have to comment on is the staff... across the board, they were all fantastic! Every staff member we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Even though we don't speak great (or even good) […] French, they were more than happy to help us out with a little English. Overall, i can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They were above and beyond, making the stay completely worthwhile. Devamı

The hotel is ok but the bed was terrrible, the decoration was minimum.. The worst is the location and the shuttle service. IT's very far from all terminals and if you take the public transit (RER) it's the worst location you can choose. The shuttle takes for ever, a 30 min ride from the hotel to T3. I wont go back

Great location. Easy access to airport. Beautiful room and comfy bed. Quaint village within walking distance with many lovely restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

We were stunned by the parking and internet charges. Be sure you ask before using either.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room clean and very quiet. Shuttle bus to airport picks up next door but very close. We needed ice to chill a bottle of wine and helpful bar staff just filled up the in-room coffee pot for me.

The reception staff was very helpful to find extra room accommodation at reasonable discounted rate due to cancellation of flights because of Hurricane Irene. The shuttle was really a plus, running every 20 minutes, ending at TGV2 which is where Terminal 2 (AF flights to international destinations) and railway station (to Paris) are located. This is a great hotel if you are looking for an overnight stay by the airport. It's clean, restaurant in lobby..great for an overnight stay. I would look for something else if I were staying for a few nights. I have no complaints about cleanliness, guest services or location. I give all of those a 4to5 rating.

I had a nice large and comfortable room It was clean and the hotel staff were polite. The shuttle bus to the airport was overcrowded in the morning making the journey unplaeasant. The hotels should have more buses during the busy periods, i.e. every 10 mnutes instead of every 20 minutes

Great location with convenient and frequent shuttle service to the airport. However, while the room had nice comforts, the a/c did not work and when I asked the person at the desk she said it was late and she would place a request for maintence to look at it the next day. We came back to the room the next day and it had not been fixed yet.

simple and good hotel

Very clean and comfortable room, professional and friendly staff, good breakfast, and the shuttle in the morning was great addition. I took a cab from the airport the night i came in just to get there without worrying about the shuttle at night (approx 11 EU). If you need a quick place to stop on the way to somewhere else i recommend the Kyriad Pre […] stige-Roissy. Devamı

This hotel is conveniently located to CDG by complimentary frequent shuttle service. All the hotel staff were friendly and their English flawless. The restaurant had an excellent buffet at a reasonable price. The town of Roissy is only a short walk away and is very picturesque with a good choice of restaurants.

It was clean, roomy, and with the two windows thick in the room you couldn't hear the planes fly by. The down side was I couldn't get a bar of soap sent to our room, internet access was expensive and no breakfast included. For an airport hotel I would stay again despite the few downside things.

The hotel is well situated , close to the airport for people who want an overnight stay on the way to the country. It is clean, quiet and convenient. The access to Paris, though, is not easy - not a close Metro station and the way by car is long and jammed. This is a clean, modern hotel that is very close to CDG airport and the free shuttle runs every 20 minutes in the morning. However, it was extremely overcrowded and uncomfortable. The staff is not very helpful if you want to find out about activities in Paris. They treat guests with the stereotypical Parisian indifference that many Americans see as […] arrogance. My experience at the Kyriad Prestige Roissy Hotel was horrible. We specifically chose this hotel because it was multilingual, they had a complimentary airport shuttle, and all the rooms had air conditioning as well as complimentary internet access. When you first walk into the hotel, it looks really nice and the lobby/ restaurant area is well kept. […] The check in process was easy, but once we got to our room it was another story. First off, the pictures of the hotel rooms on the website looked nothing like our actual room. The air conditioning did not work, the TV was broken, the telephone did not work and there was no internet access. When we walked down to the front desk (since our telephone was broken) to complain, we were told it was our problem and the hotel employee walked away. When we left in the morning, there was a terrible smell outside the hotel. The Hotel's dumpster was near the front door and a sickening smell of waste permeated the entire outside of the hotel. The hotel is close enough to the airport but not that close to downtown, so if that doesn't bother you than you are good. The staff was great and the room met my expectations. The fitness room needs some improvement. There is a treadmill and a crappy weight machine; good if you want to jog, but not so much if you're looking for something more. Accueil parfait, chambre géniale, TV d'enfer (serais curieuse de connaitre le modèle d'ailleurs), tout est parfait !!! Je vais de nombreux hotels et je peux vous assurer que beaucoup autres hôteliers ont des leçons à prendre !! Le seule truc à éventuellement "modifier" serait la carte du restau mais après tuot est une question de goût.

. attente longue a l arrivee pour etre accueilli pour les formalites . pas de mini bar dans la chambre . douche impossible a regler ,eau froide et chaude . bien situe, propre . service du diner qui laisse a desirer , et repas de cantine , la prochaine fois nous irons ailleurs .
