Room was starting to show its age and bed not to our liking. Although we asked about restaurant we were not told that we needed to book so had to have a meal in the bar. The meal was OK but we would have preferred to have eaten in the restaurant. Bar, lounge and restaurant areas were clean and well set out. We stayed here in midweek just before Christmas as we were going to a concert at Rock City and decided to make it a short break and squeeze some Xmas shopping in. This hotel was cheaper than the travellodge round the corner and comes with Spa, sauna, steam room and pool plus the quality of room you'd expect where those facilities are provided in the […] UK. Only a few minutes walk to a host of restaurants and bars and all the shops. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Devamı

Having booked the Hilton previously,we thought we would give the Crowne Plaza a go.It was absolutely perfect for us!We had tickets to watch a band in Rock City and the view from our window overlooked the venue.It was nice to be able to walk into town for a bite to eat and then come back for a chill out and go for a swim and sauna,before getting ready […] to go out for the night!!So much easier than having to pay for taxi's or designating a driver(and more fun too...a night away from the kids!!). As we bookednatbdiscounted rates, we were happy with overall stay. Only issues which created a slight jiggle were air conditioning made tea and breakfast cold very quickly, and the double bed was too small really for two people. Very efficient and welcoming staff. Would return for another stay in the future.

Stayed here one night for a theatre break. Room small but OK for our needs. Staff friendly. Main problem was room too hot - inefficient air conditioning that provided no cool air at all and you couldn't open a window, so room got very stuffy and we found it difficult to sleep. We left early next day due to this and on telling reception got a dismissive […] comment back. Warm room spoiled what would otherwise have been a satisfactory stay. hotel room quite cramped but well appointed- loved the bath robes. Bed hard and so had a really bad night's sleep despite the lovely bedding. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn't come by car this time, but the price of the car parking would deter me staying here again when I am travelling by car.

Would not stay again. Room was very small. Woken up twice by inconsiderate people above us and then again by someone on their phone at 4am outside our room

Stayed in this Hotel many years ago and the years have not been kind. Room was very small and too hot Non-existent air conditioning, fan supplied which just moved the hot air around - not cooling. Everything looking a little tired.

The room was tidy but not clean especially the sink and bath plugholes. There was no window view just a roof of another building. The idea of going to an hotel is to wake up earling in the the morning for a English breakfast included in your bill. The amount we paid for the 2 nights we should havehad breakfast included. We have stayed in many hotels […] much cleaner, bigger and cheaper than the crowne plazer where breakfast was part of the deal. Devamı

hotel was all that we required. the only dissapointing fact was that the pool closed at 8pm on the saturday night so were unable to use the facilities. otherwise it was very clean and the staff were very helpful. would come back

Very hospitable staff.Handy direct link from multi storey car park into hotel. Clean.comfortable, attractive room and spacious enough for a night or two's stay with two young children. Would have liked to have been able to open window but air conditioning sufficed. Only used restaurant for breakfast but whole coutyard had a lovely leisurely feel about […] it. VERY, CLEAN COMFORTABLE HOTEL WITHIN EASY REACH OF ALL SHOPS BARS AND RESTAURANT - THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WITH THE ROOM WAS LOCATING A CONVENIENT SOCKET FOR THE KETTLE. OTHERWISE EVERYTHING ELSE WAS SPOT ON.

a good hotel, reasonable price but still had to pay extra for parking. friendly staff. note to hotels.com - please add my one night stay to my number of stays adding up to my free night in my account.

I didn't use all of the hotels facilities but had a look around and everything looked nice. Its right in the centre of town so everything was within walking distance. I stayed in a standard double room and it was clean, comfortable and nice-looking. The only thing I dis-liked what that the desk was too close to the bed and had to be aware of it otherwise […] you could hurt yourself. We were given some hotel restuarant vouchers upon check-in but they were out of date by 3 months, so probably not wise to hand them out anymore. This was only something minor though and didn't affect my stay. Devamı

Hotel in the centre of nottingham close to tram stop. Very comfortable. warm rooms. Breakfast taken as an extra at a very good rate was good quality. Would definitely return.

When I got into the room I noticed the mirror wasissing off the wall, there were glue strips where this had been. At about 2.00 I had to ring reception as there were a large group of Irish lads in the corridor trying door handles and being extremely rowdy. He said he would come up but didn't for two hours. They carried on drinking their mini bars dry. […] When the porter finally came up he told them they shouldn't be smoking in the room. They were obviously on a stag do or something. I know it's a city centre hotel and you should expect noise but this was horrendous. They were so loud and knocking on doors. Awful. Devamı

First the negatives. Many people have already mentioned the size of the rooms. They are small, especially for a hotel of this class. This was also true of the bed which was one of the smallest doubles my wife and I have stayed in. Also the noise. It is a city centre hotel so you probably have to expect some. They seem to know this as a sign points this […] out and they also provide ear plugs. Our room looked over a music venue and it was noisy Friday night but strangely not Saturday. Now the pluses. The room was very clean and not badly decorated - I can see it might need an upgrade in the future but it was fine. There were some nice touches like pillow chocolates and complimentary aroma therapy bath oils. The biggest plus for us however, was the location. It was right in the centre and only a couple of minutes walk from the theatre were we were seeing a show and some very nice local restaurants. It has its own car park next door which connects directly to the hotel and it was a reasonable price (for a city centre hotel). A big plus was that although we checked out at 11 on Sunday morning, they allowed us to leave our car there for the rest of the day allowing us to do a little more shopping and get something to eat. Would we stay there again? Yes - but only if we get a good deal again. Devamı

Being right in the centre of town it tended to be quite noisy at night. The rooms were smaller than I'd expected. Nice touches with ear plugs! pillow spray, bathrobe.

Functional for 1 night, but very small room so would feel quite claustrophic for any longer. Hotel quite shabby and whilst room was clean, public areas (esp.the bar) would benefit from a deep clean. Got the feeling that this hotel was nice in it's prime but lacks investment. Would find an alternative for any future stay as I don't feel this hotel is […] worth the money. Devamı

I am surprised that Crown Plaza allows their name on this hotel. The wallpaper was peeling off of the walls. There was a broken tile on the shower wall. There were rust stains on the tile from the hand rail and black mildew stains on the grout in the shower. There were dead bugs in the ceiling light fixture. Trash had been left on the floor from a previous […] guest. The complimentary robe had a huge hole in the shoulder. On top of all of that our room rate was supposed to include breakfast which the staff chose not to honor. This hotel was a great disappointment for us. Devamı

when i got to the hotel its looked amazing i checked in and was expecting lots more but when i walked into my room it was very cramped and small i had been imformed i paid for 2 single beds and ended up getting 1 bed 2 share. i had others friends staying near by there hotel cost them half of what i had paid and got a much bigger room and more space […] so there was no vaule for money at this hotel. the hotel did have alot to offer a gyn sauna bar resturant.
