Hotel is in great location, just make sure you get the train or bus to Como North LAKE (LAGO). The Como North train is a long way from the hotel - you must get the one that say "lago/lake". Great hotel, however, the room had a very uncomfortable and old mattress and pillow which definitely detracted from the overall hotel experience.

This is a very convenient hotel near the Cathedral in the old city centre of Como, with free parking using great ingenuty to get as many cars in as possible. The room was small but fine for the price, and comfortable enough with all the expected facilities. The hotel restaurant was fine on the day that rain kept us in, and breakfast was good.

The hotel was a great deal on expensive Lake Como. The room and bathroom was small, but appropriate for the price. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and parking as free! The only thing I would […] warn, is if you are driving, the hotel is only reached through the narrow streets of old town, and it was definitely interesting navigating narrow alleys and avoiding pedestrians to get to the hotel. do not stay here without a rental car. it is in the middle of no where 30-40 euro taxi from main train station longer from airport not close to the metro and really inconvenient via metro then bus. no wifi in rooms. just lobby.

ótima localização e instalações decentes. a foto do quarto no site não condiz com a realidade. era mínimo.

Basico con muy buena ubicacion!

Unser Zimmer Nr. 1 empfanden wir als extrem schmal: 2 Betten einzeln, der Länge nach an der Wand. Für das 2. Bett gab es keine Nachttisch-lampe und auch kein Nachttischchen. Den Safe konnten wir nicht benützen, denn er lag im Dunkeln und wir hatten keine Taschenlampe dabei. Die Preise im Restaurant sind - verglichen mit der Umgebung - zu hoch. Deshalb […] auch wenig Gäste. Wie die anderen Zimmer sind, wissen wir nicht. Hätten wir 2 Nächte gebucht, so hätten wir uns um ein anderes Zimmer bemüht. Devamı

Zimmer sind rein zum übernachten geeignet - sehr klein und etwas hellhörig.

+ Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und nur wenige Schritte vom Hafen entfernt. Zimmer/Bad sauber, Parkplatz im Hof. - Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, der Fernseher, der leidlich funktionierte, war entsprechend bonsaihaft. Schlecht riechendes Zimmer, auch nach zirka 8 Std. bei offenem Fenster. Im zum Hof hin gelegene Zimmer wurden wir bereits um zirka 6 Uhr […] geweckt, da in unmittelbarer Nähe Tonnen von Altglas (so hat es sich auf jeden Fall angehört) umgeleert wurden. Dusch-/ Handtücher eher wie Küchen-Abtrocktücher. Preis/Leistung schlecht oder wir haben zu teuer gebucht. Devamı

Mein Einzelzimmer war extrem beengt. Das Frühstücksbuffet verdient seinen Namen nicht, bei dem Preis und dem groß aufgemachten Ambiente erwartet man mehr Auswahl und bessere Qualität. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte für meine Übernachtung ganz und gar nicht.

Wir, ein Ehepaar "in den besten Jahren", d.h. um die 60, waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist einfach toll - man ist in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum oder am See. Das Zimmer ist einfach, sauber, zweckmäßig. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anfahrt zum Hotel gestaltete sich beim ersten Besuch etwas schwierig da auf […] der Busspur entgegen der Fahrtrichtung. Wir hatten Mühe, zum Hotel zu kommen. Parken ist vor dem Hotel im Hof möglich. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir lieber "ins Städtle" gehen und dort irgendwo unseren Cappuccino zu uns nehmen. Der Zimmerpreis ist für die zentrale Lage u.E. in Ordnung. Und für die "Süchtigen" unter uns : Es darf geraucht werden ! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!! Devamı

Die Zentrumslage ist sehr gut. Der grosse Vorteil ist, dass man das Auto direkt beim Hotel parkieren kann und es nicht irgendwo an einem dubiosen Parkplatz in der Stadt seinem Schicksal überlassen muss. Das Hotel ist jedoch jemandem mit Rückenproblemen nicht zu empfehlen. Das Bett hatte einen Härtegrad etwa wie eine Betonwand.

The hotel is way too noisy. A major renovation is underway in a separate section of the hotel, and the workers begin at about six am in the morning. No sleep is possible thereafter, and the hotel staff informed us that they can not do anything about it - even though it is a part of the hotel that is being renovated).
