This Radisson Blu Hotel has all the appearance of a nice hotel. The entrance way is very appealing. However the layout of the hotel is confusing and the atmosphere of the hotel is without character. For outward and professional appearance, the hotel is very nice, but the guest experience is lacking. To get to the restaurant, this guest had to first […] take an elevator down to the lobby area, then walk across to the other side of the hotel, then take an elevator up a floor, and finally enter the restaurant. The breakfast was not included in the bill as indicated on the internet site description, and was out-rageously priced at more than the dinner at the same restaurant cost. The internet connection was dis-connected more than once and this guest lost all information they had been writing. A shuttle bus to the airport is described, but leaves only once per hour from the hotel with no indication to guests about the departure times. A loud freeway is in front of the hotel. There are many hotels in Istanbul and near the airport. This guest would recommend another hotel selection. Devamı

Convenient hotel for airport. Our room was very hot and we ended up getting moved to room which was not so nice but at least the temperature was bearable. Staff very helpful.

I selected this hotel because it had a swimming pool. I was coming from Iraq where I live and I needed to swim and get exercise. When I got there, they said the water was being "changed" and no one could swim for a few days. This was HIGHLY disappointing because there are no pools where I lived and I needed a pool on my vacation. It's a typical business hotel but inferior to the ones we stayed in France in terms of the inhouse facilities. Dining facilities in the hotel as well as in the vicinity are quite inadequate. It may be acceptable for business travellers coming for a meeting with local collegues but not for tourists.

The hotel was fine because we were looking for one near the airport for our last night. I would never stay there for a visit to Istanbul since it is too far afield. The restaurant and bar were very pricey.

The hotel is very nice, but not a 5 star as it claims. Most people were helpful, but they forgot to give us a wake up call as we had requested. The bar is way overprice and the drinks are below average (though their service was good). The hotel lobby was clean and my children-1&3 liked playing on the couches. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and smelled nice. The hotel temperature was a little hot, but the room was ok once you got the air going. The pool was nice size and the hot tub too for Istanbul the 3 year old liked swimming there. The Hotel is more than a kilometer from the airport. The taxi ride is about 10 TL ($7). It is Ok but by no means a 5 star hotel for USA standards. It is convenient if you need a short stay to take a flight to the airport.

Cheap looking IKEA style uncomfortable furniture, ugly modern colors, and very small rooms and a 20" LCD screen TV to watch the World Cup games. Airplanes noise and nearby mosque made sleeping at night a challenge. Kids nicknamed the pool as the black hole; it's in the basement with dark walls and few lights and they force you to buy a hair cap (20TLY) […] to use the pool. Restaurant is very expensive and the food is lousy to boot. Hardly anyone speaks English, so good luck getting what you ask for. Devamı

This hotel is a typical American hotel, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Even though we thoroughly enjoyed every hotel in Turkey that we stayed at, the Radisson had a "coming home" feeling to it. The staff at check-in was friendly and helpful, our room was large and clean. The only negative was that the airconditioning did not function very well. […] We checked-out the next morning at 4:30 am and again the staff was excellent. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very helpful & professional and had the largest number of English (and other languages) speaking staff of any place we visited in Turkey. Although I would not consider it a 5 star hotel, I would give it a solid 3.5 to 4 stars.

We chose the Radisson SAS because it was near the airport. We enjoyed our three night stay. Two nights together then another night later in the month of August. The staff is exceptional - friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were comfortable - very satisfied.

Great hotel, great staff!

The hotel was great and fit my needs. However, I was flying out of Istanbul at 6am so I needed a place near the airport. I had seen that the Radisson offered a free shuttle service to the airport 24/7 so I chose this hotel. However when I got there they told me the shuttle service doesn't start until 5am. El hotel tiene habitaciones grandes, especialmente la que me dieron a mi. esta myu cerca de aeropuerto, los aviones pasan judto por encima, por lo que se oyen despegar. es mejor coger habitaciones al lado opuesto a el aeropuerto, menos ruidosos. E' un hotel da consigliare a chi ha la necessità di avere l'areoporto e la fiera internazionale di Istanbul vicino. In 5 minuti con il taxi si raggiunge la fiera (15 Lire turche) e in dieci l'areoporto (20 lire Turche). Da consigliare assolutamente per i viaggi d'affari, mentre da sconsigliare per chi va in vacanza perchè è lontano dal centro. L'hotel […] è moderno, nuovo, di ottimo stlying, pulito e con molte possibilità di rilassarsi dopo una giornata di lavoro. Speciellt bra om man skall flyga vidare. Ett riktigt 5-stjärningt hotell med grymt bra gym där även andra får träna dvs ett riktigt gym som folk betalar för att blo medlemmar till. Skön pool finns. allt gratis för hotellgäster. Rummen är stora och fina, sängarna sköna. Man kan ta en taxi till stan för ca 150 SEK inga problem. Hotelli sijaisti hyvällä paikalla lentokentän suhteen. Huone olis siisti ja palvelu asiantuntevaa ja ystävällistä. Aamupala oli runsas ja hyvä. Hotellissa oli sauna ja uima-allas, hyvä juttu. Ei mitään moitittavaa hotellin suhteen. Suosittelen ehdottomasti hotellia. Olimme matkalla kahden aikuisen ja kahden teinin kanssa.

Hotellet ligger like ved motorvei og ved enden av flyplassens rullebane. Dette medfører en del støy og veldig dårlig luftkvalitet. Når ulempen er nevnt, så kan vi berette om en totalt sett god hotell opplevelse. Hyggelig betjening, god mottakelse og standard ihht forventning når det gjelder Radisson segmentet. Passer for folk på gjennomreise, kort taxi […] tur (5 min - 5 Euro) fra flyplassen, de tilbyr også hente / bringe tjeneste som går hver time. Om man vil bevege seg utenfor hotellet i tiden man er der, kan man gå ut og opp i gatene ovenfor hotellet. Da er man kjapt i ett strøk med masse butikker, kafeer, restauranter etc. Devamı

HOTEL TRES CONFORTABLE, EXTRA PROPRE, PERSONNEL TRES PLAISANT ET VALABLE. TRES BONNE RECEPTION, ACCUEIL CHALEUREUX. SEUL INCONVENIENT LE BRUIT DES AVIONS.. MAIS NOUS SOMMES PRES DE L'AEROPORT!!!!! JE LE RECOMMANDERAI...NOUS AVONS PASSE UN EXCELLENT MOMENT.....

super hotel, personnel trés sympa, qualité irréprochable de la chambre, trés bien situé pour notre séjour sportif ( championnat du monde de basket)

We hadden dit hotel uitgezocht voor een enkele overnachting op een lange stop-over, met name vanwege het aanwezige zwembad. Om echter gebruik te kunnen maken van het zwembad, zouden we 20 TLY per stuk hebben moeten uitgeven aan een badmuts. Dat vond ik te dol. Midden in de nachts werd zomaar de deur van onze kamer open gemaakt (ondanks het kaartslot). […] Omdat ik de deurhaak had dichtgeklapt is de persoon in kwestie niet binnegekomen, maar ik heb geen idee wie en waarom er midden in de nacht iemand, kennelijk met een werkende codekaart, zich toegang probeert te verschaffen tot een geboekte kamer. Geen lekker idee in elk geval. Verder was onze kamer redelijk klein, maar schoon en prima in orde. Devamı

Bra och nära boende till flygplatsen. Personalen däremot var under all kritik i SPA avdelningen.

Greit hotel for forretningsreise, men ikke for barnefamilier. Kort vei til flyplass, men litt kronglete om du skal inn til Istanbul

Jeg måtte flyte rom etter to dager. Det irriterte, de burde ha visst at rommet skulle ha en service og at vannet ville bli koblet ut på rommet jeg først fikk. Rom en hadde litt støy fra fly som tok av fra flyplassen. Rom to fikk jeg like ved motorveien.. Men når jeg først sovnet hørte jeg ikke bilene..

Slitte rom og ac fungerte dårlig, men ellers helt greit

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen und zum Messegelände, deshalb ist man auf eine gewisse Lautstärke vorbereitet, aber es gibt keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Der positive Eindruck der Empfangshalle und Bar täuscht - dies wird in keiner Weise in den Zimmern oder im Wellnessbereich fortgeführt - schmutzig und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Un hotel assés sale, la salle de bain tout particulierement mais aussi les sols, parties communes et chambre. Trés bruyant, on entend les voisins.... La nourriture proposé est trés fade et trés peu de choix.

Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn på dette hotel. Der var et stort værelse med udsigt til lufthavnen - børnene synes det var sjovt at se flyvemaskinerne lette og lande. God morgenmads buffet. Rigtig god betjening. Vi skulle flyve kl. 9 morgen. Derfor var det super med lufthavnstransport.

Ble imponert over hva hotellet kunne tilby av service og ikke minst over alle aktiviteter de hadde. Meget bra badeanlegg anbefales.
