Novotel Bayeux - Bayeux

For a hotel that caters to large groups I would have expected a plumber or at least handyman on staff to fix stopped up sinks in the evening ( the very nice receptionist did the best she could but not trained)...also I needed to check out early and there was no one on the desk or anywhere in sight...so I hope they just used my credit card for the bill. […] Parking for the car was great but a 25 minute walk to the famous tapestries. The breakfast looked like bad air line food---in a country where bread especially is great even in the most humbel establishments this was inexcusable. Devamı

We stayed in a family room for one night as the last leg of a French holiday. The hotel is nicely located for Bayeaux and Ohaha Beach. The room was functional, nice and clean. Breakfast (although extra in our case) was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for shirt stay in the area.

The hotel has ample grassy area on the property for our Lab to run and play which was a big relief for us.

It was ok for one night but would not stay there longer. Superficially room appeared clean but there were cobwebs on ceiling and dirty carpets. Foul smell in room and hallway. People at desk very nice and helpful

This hotel is on the edge of town. about a 15 minute walk from the downtown area. The rooms were a good size. The staff was courteous and kept the rooms clean.

Very clean hotel. Showers were good and so were the beds. Breakfast and dinner available. I did not try either so can not comment on them. Lobby bar open until 11pm. 5 minute walk to the center of town. Good parking. Relatively new hotel, so quite modern. Easy access to Normandy beaches, Mont St. Michel and Caen by car.

Good location on outskirts of town but close enough to walk into centre and to various sites. Well presetned with lots of tourist information and knowledgable staff.

Smaller rooms, but the staff was helpful, and the hotel location is great for car traveling the Dday sites. It is on the outside of town. But you can travell a short distance to be downtown for the narrow street experience. Good Hotel, in a great area of France.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Bayeux. We left Paris and picked up our car at the CDG airport parking, then headed to Bayeax. The hotel was a NICE BREAK from the crowded, dirty streets of Paris. Very quiet, calm and newly renovated. Parking very easy. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious. The rooms were welcoming and very comfortable […] with a nice bathroom. We were able to drive to Omaha beach and catch a GORGEOUS sunset. Devamı

My family chose this hotel for our visit to the Normandy Battlefields. the location is quite conveinant to the popular attractions. The hotel was clean and well maintained. the staff was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families who are trying to stretch their vacation dollars.

comfortable, friendly & helpful

excellent position to do all we wanted to do. Lovely rooms and a good breakfast. would come again.

This hotel is dirty and worn. The carpets in the room were heavily stained, the walls dirty and stained, the furniture is old and the mini fridge has no adjustments. The breakfast is expensive and better alternatives are available everywhere in both quality and price. The only good point is that the staff are helpfull and friendly.

Hotellet bærer preg av å være noen år gammelt, men det er et helt greit hotel å bo på når man er i Bayeux. Det daglige renholdet var greit, men rommet var ikke skikkelig gjort i stand da vi kom. Vinduene var skitne og toalettet manglet do-børste (noe som kanskje kan være lurt å bruke ihvertfall når det kommer nye gjester) Ellers var frokosten grei, […] men personalet var ikke så flinke til å fylle på nytt pålegg etc. når noe ble tomt, noe som førte til at enkelte gjester opplevde svært dårlig utvalg ved sent oppmøte til frokost. Vi kommer sikkert til å benytte oss av dette hotellet neste gang vi kommer også. Stor parkeringsplass utenfor hotellet. Devamı

Reelt hotel med glimrende værelser og gode senge. Restauranten er udmærket uden at være prangende. Betjeningen på hotellet levede op til forventningerne. Blandt andet oplevede vi udstrakt fleksibilitet og fik værelset 5 timer for tidligt, så vi kunne få sovet efter bilturen.

Bem localizado, estacionamento, staff atencioso, quartos e banheiros novos e amplos, preço justo, enfim um ótimo hotel

Hotellet ligger like ved innfartsveien til Bayeux og nær krigsmuseet Det er4-500 meter til sentrum av byen med katedralen og Bayeux teppet Rommene er bekveme og restauranten er også bra Vi var fornøyd med oppholdet

Ganska tråkig byggnad, lite väl slitna gemensamma utrymmen. Dock är läget bra, både för att besöka Bayeux och resten av regionen. Skönt med ett dopp i poolen.

Hotellet var godkänt och barnen tyckte det var trevligt med en pool. Servicen i restaurangen var inte på topp för att det var för många bussresenärer, det tog 45minuter mellan förrätt och huvudrätt. Jag tycker man skall bo på hotellet men åka in till staden för att äta. Glöm inte av att åka till Omaha Beach i Saint-Laurent-sur-Mer. Mycket sevärt.

Hotel licht zeer centraal om zoals wij D-day Stranden te bezoeken, hele goed uitvalsbasis daarvoor alles op redelijk afstand. Verder wel net hotel. Alleen is het ontbijt erg slecht, wordt niet aangevuld en het zelfde roerei licht er nog om 10.oo uur die al rond 7 uur is gemaakt zo leek het..
