Best Western Plus Richmond Inn & Suites - Baton Rouge - Baton Rouge

We had a great stay and the hotel is Pet friendly which was a plus for my family. I plan on staying here again.

Brought my daughter for Spring orientation T LSU. Clean room which was a little musty upon arrival. Air conditioner cleaned that right up. Plenty of room in two room suite. Full kitchen with stove microwave and refrigerator-freezer. Dor that closed between rooms so one could sleep while one watched tv. Great value. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a convenient location near Interstate 10 and provides good value for the cost of a room and the included breakfast. Customers should be aware, however, that the hotel has no elevators to its second floor rooms.

It was so very nice and clean and comfortable. Very spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast was great too.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were more than I expected for the price. The beds and pillows were unbelievably, the room had plenty of room for me, my husband and our 2 daughters, the bathroom was very spacious with plenty of counter space for all of our toiletries, make-up and hair stuff. My daughter and I could both be in the bathroom at the same […] time getting ready while my husband help our youngest on the potty. Only 3 minutes to where we were going, we left the hotel 10 minutes before our appt time, during morning rush hour, and was still early. The desk clerks were exceptional, more than happy to help with any question I had. Each group of room had it own seperate building, we stayed in "D" and not only did you need a room key for your room you also needed the key to get into the building itself, loved the extra security. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, honestly wish I had pressure like that at home. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone, one of the best I have stayed in so far. Devamı

Clean room, comfortable beds and pet friendly. Traveling home to Mississippi i needed a place to stop mid way with my two dogs. Couldn't find anything else so i took a chance. Never stayed in a Best Western but definitly will again.

Would highly recommend the suite was very nice and comfortable was like a one bedroom apartment. Plan on staying there next time I am in town Thank you

Excellent customer service. Nice breakfast! Pull out sofa's mattress was extremely flimsy and uncomfortable.

We enoyed staying here while we were visiting our grandson at LSU. We will most definitely stay here again. Looking forward to it.

Helpful staff, great location, extremely clean and all around nice value.

There were so evident updates that need to be made in the room and bathroom, but overall it was clean enough. The breakfast was fresh even at 8:30am and a very nice bonus to the stay. Front desk staff members were friendly and helpful.

We once again had a great stay at the Best Western/Richmond Suites. I usually bring a group of students from school and they enjoy having the good food places nearby. Also, the girls love the great shopping so close. Love not having to go to the mall. Great stores right down the street!!

It was a very nice hotel, but they truly need a computer upgrade. It took the lady 15 minutes to check us in because the computer kept freezing up or slowing up. Ugh! They sure need to clean their pool which was full of dead bugs. Also, I was surprised to see a weird looking hair dryer. I researched it online and it is from the 70's. WOW!! We mostly were very satisfied. Only complaint is that there was no phone/hotel/t.v. channel information in the rooms and we were in a bldg not attatched to the lobby and had to walk across lot in heat to get to the lobby. Awesome hot breakfast and polite staff.

We loved everything about this hotel for our family stay. The room was clean and much larger then we had expected! The beds were super comfy, great after a day of walking. We had enough room for 3-16 year olds, 1-11 year old and of course us (parents). The pool was large and well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was top notch. […] Lets not forget about the amazing breakfast that was no where near our other continental breakfast experiences! My daughter was taking her state board exam for nursing across the street and having a comfortable room was very important to us. The room was spacious, clean, and beds and pull out couch were comfortable. The staff was easy to work with and breakfast buffet was accomidating.

The only problem we had was that we rented a room with 2 queen size beds, and the hotel clerk gave us a room with 2 double beds!! I made reservation online, and paid more, but got less!!

The room was awesome, very clean. the only thing we didnt have enough soap. Breakfest was nice but only have one waffel maker.

I enjoyed the room, the breakfast buffet and the other amenities offered at this hotel. I will definitely stay again for business or bring my family back when traveling. Stayed at a wide range of hotels within the past week from comfort inn to Hilton garden inn to quality inn. This was our last hotel of our family vaca. All of them were suites bc of our large family. Best western plus was by far the most comfortable. The beds were amazing, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very satisfying for a hotel bkfst. […] U get a buffet with eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, waffles, oatmeal, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much. When I first checked in, I was put into this dirty little room whose bathroom floor had a slick feel to it and my flip flops left track marks on. Not good. They put me into a suite that was better in every way except the ice maker didn't work.

We were very pleased wtih this hotel. First time I have stayed here, but would very likely come back. Great location, clean, good breakfast, large room. My only complaint is when we came back to room around midnight, the room had been cleaned, but no clean towels had been left, and I had to walk to front desk to get towels. had a king suite - air conditioning in one of the rooms didn't work and it was very hot and the blow dryer in the bathroom didn't work

The only problem we had was that no one in the housekeeping department spoke English. We are in America and there should be someone in EVERY department that can at least speak OUR language.

We loved this hotel. I am1 extremely picky and we loved the floorplan with 2 bathrooms! It was quiet, private, and easy to park. There was laundry on site. Kay was professional and cheerfully helped us with places to eat and everything. The rooms were very clean and didn't have any weird cleaning odors or anything. A Wonderful hotel. I have stayed there many times....It is wonderful...very comfortable. Would suggest the hotel to anyone...Wonderful breakfast also..

The front desk service was horrible. The front desk gave me a room without a sofa bed. Upon complaining I was told that they can change the room but can't guarantee if the next room will have a sofa bed. The person at the Front Desk, Manzil, was not only poorly trained in hotel business but was also completely uncooperative. He told me to call Hotel.com […] to resolve my problem as he cannot help me. Since it was late at night I took a chance and asked him to change the room. Luckily the next room had a sofa bed. The room was clean however, the bed's mattress was sagging in the middle while the sofa bed's mattress was completely uselss. The breakfast was typical however, there was only one person taking care of preparing the food and cleaning the tables/area. The result was a disaster since she could not do either of them well. I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I believe it deserves a rating higher than 3 stars. It was much nicer than pictured. Staff was very nice. Great location right off of interstate & easy to locate. Would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

I've stayed at this property several times in the past, but during my most recent stay, I noticed that the level of service and commitment to guest satisfaction was minimal. My room was not furnished with an iron nor an alarm clock. On the morning following the first night I my stay, I requested that guest sevices kindly provide me with these items. […] My request was never fulfilled, and my clothes remained wrinkled from travel. The room was big and comfortable. The beds was big and soft. The living room and kitchen very big. Everything was clean. It had a good smell. The bathroom was clean and big. The breakfast was nothing i excepted. We had a good breakfast like, eggs, bacon, sausage patty, grits, onange juice, coffee, milk, and any cereal you wanted. Great experience! Very nice staff! Very nice hotel!

I'd seen the hotel before, but it was a King Suite and I fell in love. There was a lovely pool, hot tub, and a basketball court. This was super great for the kids to stay busy. The surrounding area is filled with lovely stores, restaurants, and a movie theater seconds away. The room was nice and spacious. It was great having two bathrooms with four […] girls. There was just the uncomfortable bed. It wasn't terrible, but the sink in the middle of both beds caused me to toss and turn all night. Hotel clean. Convenient area. Near shopping & food. Minutes from Old Capitol, etc. Full breakfast with eggs, bacon, grits, waffles, etc. Excellent staff at breakfast, ect. Even had free cocktails M-Th nights. Great Hotel. Stayed here before and will stay here again.

Found this hotel in a quick search on the web and opted to stay here based on past experience with Best Western. We were initially taken back by the exterior look of the building and surroundings and took a little time to get used to the idea of police presence on premises. The hotel was inexpensive, very clean, and staff was friendly. I would recommend this this hotel to anyone.

Location is excellent with many restaurants and stores near by. We have stayed there before and always try to get reservations when we are going to Baton Rouge.

Very nice hotel but I happened to have a view of the highway (my only complaint)- still the service was excellent, room very nice, pool beautiful, and gym well equipped.

GREAT HOTEL IN GREAT LOCATION!!

This was my experience: I went to check in and the clerks were RUDE! I have never experienced anything like this before. I felt it was because I was black more than anything, but that's just my opinion! When I explained to both of the front desk clerks that I didn't have my credit card, due to my purse being stolen, they didn't want to give me the room […] (even though it was paid for already through Hotels.com)I told her the previous hotel let me use cash as a deposit and that's when one of them said to me in a very rude tone "THAT WAS THE OTHER HOTEL,NOT US". I called Hotels.com to see if I could cancel and go to another hotel, but the rep advised me that I couldn't cancel and I would be charged anyway for the stay. I ended up staying there and I was never told where the fitness center was, where breakfast was served or where was room was located. The room itself had a very old smell to it and was very outdated. This hotel needs to do a total renovation. I will never stay at another Best Western again and this concludes my experience for this hotel. In layman terms: This place sucks!!!! Devamı
