Hotel Estelar Windsor House - Bogota

The hotel advertises that they have a "standard" accesible room. However, when you arrive, they tell you that the only accesible room is a "suite" , and an upgrade has to be paid. The hotel is under renovation and the whole place smells like fresh paint (which might bother some people) and there is noise from the construction. There are many things that upset me about this hotel. First, it is described as a local version of Marriott, but in fact it is closer to a days inn (two stars at most) Second, the hotel is described […] as having memory foams mattresses, but in fact it has latex mattresses that are extremely uncomfortable. Third, the rooms are not sound proof. So it is very difficult to sleep. You can hear every thing from outside the room. Fourth, there is no AC. That is very problematic, in particular because there is no air circulation in the room. You can always open the window, but you can hear the traffic from the adjacent street. Fifth, the first day there was a woman hair in the bathtub. That's ok for a motel, but not for a four star hotel. Sixth, the charge you for the water in the breakfast. Every four star hotel that i know provides you with water during the breakfast. This one charges you. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. But, I would rather go to a cheap hotel rather than paying a lot of money for a two star hotel. Devamı

Very pleasant hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice clean hotel. Good staff. No heat or air condioning, it was cold. Resturant and bar are expensive. No affiliation with frequent flyer programs.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days on a business trip. It was perfect, close to all the locations I had to go to. Otherwise, there are taxis at any time of the day in front of the hotel to take you anywhere. The staff is extremely helpful. The rooms are very spacious. O Hotel é pequeno e de muito bom gosto. O serviço é impecável e discreto. Eu recomendo esse hotel como uma excelente opção em Bogotá. Ficou acima da minha expectativa!

El servicio y la limpieza es muy buena. Su desayuno es buenisimo. Su ubicacion es muy buena, esta 5 cuadras de un lugar de restaurantes y a 13 cuadras del centro andino. Eso si es una zona de alto nivel por eso es muy costosas las tiendas y restaurantes.

Nice hotel close to Parque 93. Very spacious rooms, excellent if one is planning a business-trip. View from the hotel a little disappointing, and the room was OK but not excellent. Likewise, the breakfast wasn't great, which one would perhaps expect at this price-range. Buena ubicacion, buen desayuno, cuartos aceptables. Buen internet.

Gostamos muito do hotel, sob todos os aspectos - com destaque para a cortezia de todo o pessoal. A iluminação do quarto nos pareceu um pouco insuficiente, dificultando a leitura. Nota 10 para o café da manhã!

Hotellista on hiukan keskustaan matkaa. Rauhallista ja turvallisen tuntuista seutua. Palvelut hotellissa hyvät ja ystävällistä. Isot huoneistot joissa ei ollut ilmastointia. Bogota on kyllä viileää seutua joten sillä ei ollut merkitystä. Tuuletus tapahtui ikkunasta.

En varias ocasiones; y con conocimiento de otros hoteles de igual categoria, el hotel wuindsor, tiene unas condiciones de personal y servicios que lo hacen merecedor, al menos de mi reiteración en su elección. Estos comentarios ceñidos a la ciudad de Bogotá.

Es un lugar exceptional con attenciones para sus clientes que los hacer sentir reyes.
