This hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The ferry was conveniently located right across the street. This Hotel is in an absolutely beautiful location. We had a room overlooking the lake and it was gorgeous. However, the interior of the room and hotel was extremely outdated and seemed very rundown, based on this and the price that we paid for the room, it was way overpriced. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

We arrived at lake como after a very hot week in Tuscany. The hotel is on the lakeside and we Lunched with beautiful views of the lake. The afternoon was spent beside the lovely pool. Acess to the lake for swimming was very easy. There was a choice of two restaurants with a good selection of menus in each. Very nice hotel. Great staff. I recommend staying in the villas. They are a little more expensive then the hotel but well worth it. The pool was nice, but be prepared to pay a lot for food and drink. Also the breakfast is expensive and not very good, but there are no other choices in the area. The pictures are a little decieving as the beach next to […] the hotel is a public beach not affiliated to the hotel, but the pool was good and you can get to the lake from the pool area. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The site is splendid but we were lucky that the weather was hot and our love of swimming meant that the lakeside pool was a major feature. Regarding the room we had - it was part of the modernised block and, whilst comfortable with a nice balcony it was small and lacked cupboard space etc. The bathroom only had a shower. […] - not a bath. I think that hotels of this class really should now provide free wi-fi. This one did not. The "extras" for parking were tolerable. The food in the hotel itself was fine but the breakfasts were no better than any other hotel we have been in. The special "Michelin starred" hotel owned restaurant adjacent was good but not spectacular. A small family owned restaurant nearby provided even better food at half the price. Would we go back? Yes, but probably not outside of the Summer season. Be warned! There are a great number of differing room rates through various agencies. We did not get breakfast included in our pre-pay deal whilst others, for the same or a lesser price, did. Devamı

The hotel and its staff were excellent and it was definately the best aspect of our stay in Como. Having a swimming pool with a view was a must as there is little else to entertain young children in Como. The worst aspect of our holiday was the cost and amount of time it takes to get to other villages around the lake via the public water bus system- […] nearly 2 hours to Bellagio ! Devamı

Significant construction work is underway at this hotel. Be sure to get a room not affected by this. Check also if travelling with children that there is enough space in the room. Beds are not really comfortable. Pillows also not comfortable. The lake Como area is a beautiful part of Italy. If you want to stay and enjoy the location try the Grande Imperiale at Moltrassio - all the benefits without the hustle & bustle of the larger more tourist focused towns in the area.

Beautiful peaceful location overlooking Lake Como , the terrace for breakfast is a must and make sure you try the Restaurant Imperiale opposite. Will definitely return. Rates on the high side but worth it for a special celebration.

This hotel is beautiful and we really enjoyed it. We had two children with us and the room had a king size bed and two single beds. The breakfast was one of the better that we've had in Europe and the garden restaurant is gorgeous and peaceful. The hotel is located steps from the ferry stop so it's very conveniently located. Highly recommend.

Great location right on the lake. Views from the balcony are beautiful so I'd definately recommend a balcony and lake view. Ferry stop is right outside the hotel too so very easy to just jump on and off to visit other locations. Only real downside was that there is not alot happening in Moltrasio, no other hotels or restaurants so really you have to […] get a taxi to cernobbio which is around 15 Euros for 1.5 miles. Stayed here this summer, fantastic pool and views. The concierge was wonderful at suggesting restaurants and booking them for us and getting us a reliable driver. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel restaurant is not to be missed. It is excellent. Definitely going to go back!

The views were unbelievable. The staff was quite helpful even though English is not spoken fluently. The pool was nice and right on the water. Getting around by ferry is very slow, suggest hiring a driver who knows the roads. Loved the hotel! very clean!

La réception fait signer des documents pour le parking et le petit déjeuner sans prévenir des conséquences : Pas de remboursement si le petit déjeuner n'est pas consommé! Le buffet du petit déjeuner ferme à 10H au lieu de 10H30 annoncé! Le buffet n est plus achalandé dès 10H et la porte du restaurant est fermée à la même heure!! Hotel très bien situe autour du lac de Come proche de Cernobio et au pied d' un embarcadère pour Bellagio ou Come. Très bon restaurant face au lac . Personnel multilingue . Petit jardin agréable et appréciable dans cette région

Добрый день! Отдыхал 4 дня с супругой. Расположение просто чудесное , персонал отличный. Рекомендую отдых в этом отеле!

Хороший отель, бассейн не очень понравился. Виды - потрясающие. Любителям покушать - советоваться на ресепшене, там знают хорошие рестораны. В баре вечером работает пианист. Завтрак оценю на 4 балла, стоит всего 12 евро на человека, но омлеты и тд за дополнительную плату. Советую так же взять частный тур на лодке (180 евро - час) - до 10 человек.

Zu bemängeln gab es lediglich die Zusatzkosten für PArkplatz (20 EUR/Nacht) oder Internet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mit 12 EUR/Person/Nacht moderat im Preis und dem Angebot angemessen. Kompensiert wird der insgesamt etwas hohe Preis durch die wunderschöne, ruhige Lage am See.

It may have the objective standard of a 4-star hotel, but it wasn't a impressive experiance. Very expensive services at the hotel (drinks, parking, internet etc.) and not too impressive breakfast. Cold eggs, bad (cold) coffee. The siting however is good - if the weather is fine, with nice look over the lake from the pool area.

Däremot väljer jag gärna att bo lite utanför. Rekommenderar Grand Hotel Imperiale för dom har pool och du kan även bada i sjön. Fint hotell men personalen i receptionen lever tyvärr inte upp till hotellets 4 stjärnor. Liten nackdel för Moltrasio är att det inte finns så mkt mer just där en hotellet och 3 andra matställen. Bussbåtarna tar dig dock lätt […] till alla andra ställena runt sjön där Como och deras marknad på lördagen är ett måste. Devamı
