THE WIFI DIDN'T WORK ON OUR IPADS ON THE 3RD FLOOR. FRONT DESK SAID IT WAS SOMETHING WITH THE APPLE PRODUCTS THAT NEVER WORKS THERE. SO WHY WOULDN'T THEY FIX THAT?? THEY ARE AWARE BUT DON'T CARE. THE WEATHER WAS COLD & RAINY OUT BUT THE ROOM WAS REALLY HOT SO WE TURNED THE AIR ON & IT DIDN'T WORK RIGHT. WE TURNED IT ALL THE WAY TO 60 DEGREES & WE WERE […] STILL HOT CUZ IT DIDN'T STAY RUNNING BUT MAYBE 45 SECONDS AT A TIME. WENT DOWN TO BREAKFAST THE NEXT MORNING WHICH WASN'T ALL THAT BAD BUT THEN NEEDED TO USE THE RESTROOM & IT WAS DISGUSTING. INSTEAD OF THEM TAKING CARE OF IT WE HAD TO GO ALL THE WAY BACK UP TO THE 3RD FLOOR TO OUR ROOM... I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN... Devamı

the bed was uncomfortable however breakfast was good. Service was excellent. The people at the counter were helpful with local attractions and excellent recommendations for meals. Our 5 kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and FREE HOT COOKIES!!!

I liked the room and the bed was pretty comfy. Staff was really kind. Pool was under renovation. Workout equipment was somewhat dated and loud. I was overall satisfied except for the breakfast. The food was not very good and the waffles had a strange taste to them-- like it was old batter or something.

Good basic hotel. Everything was clean and neat, though the room was rather small. My only "oh darn" was that there was no cable tv, just basic network service. There is a good basic breakfast included, and there are a number of nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner. Great hotel! Very clean, comfortable. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. The only downside was some weird machine-like noise coming from the hallway at 4am - it wasn't enough to wake me up, but I was awake for other reasons, and it kept me up! Regardless, I'd stay here again for sure.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We chose it due to the location, the price, and most importantly, to the fact there were two distinct rooms: a bedroom with a door that shut and a sitting area with desk, sofa bed and mini fridge. For the price we paid, almost everything was acceptable. room was very clean, beds were so soft slept very well breakfast was great, close to everything, we have stayed here twice, both times we were there for kansas rock band concerts, they were great too.

We were disappointed in the size of the pool and hot tub. Both were extremely small. Our room also seemed smaller than those at other hotels.

Your hotel was the gathering for 7 sisters for a wedding! We had wonderful times at the breakfast table and around the whirl pool at night...we loved our stay and the price was right!

Business trip up to St. Charles area. Situated right across from the mall, it is a great little hotel with a good breakfast and nice people. Rooms are clean and have all amenities a person on the road would expect. Definitely will get back to it (my clients are in the vicinity.) Overall, this hotel was a very good value for a trip with my young son. Having two rooms and a kitchenette is perfect for when the little ones go to bed earlier than the parents, and the pool, while small, was great to wear them out. This was hotel picked as a 2nd choice because the regular hotel was already booked . I was pleasantly surprised and much happier with the overall experience . The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating , a pool and spa and a great free breakfast. For a newer property, this place should be in a lot better condition. The noise levels were unacceptable, and we could hear EVERYTHING said by EVERYONE in adjacent rooms. That includes our upstairs and downstairs guest neighbors. The air conditioning unit did not work properly and our room never cooled off despite being on "high cool" all night long. […] When we asked the desk clerk for assistance, he was rude and indifferent. A remarkably fine hotel. A nice surprise as this was my first stay at Country Inn & Suites and I was not sure what to expect. Friendly staff, clean, and highly recommended.

My sisters and I took my mother to St. Charles, IL, to shop and enjoy eachother for a few days. Everyone was so impressed with our hotel, the Country Inn & Suites. The beds were extremely comfortable, they offered a wide variety of items at breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The fresh cookies and availability of coffee, tea, […] and hot chocolate was wonderful, especially considering the weather was unusually cool and rainy. It was a simple pleasure to be able to take a cup with us on the way out and warm up to one on the way back in. Devamı

The service was great, room very clean and breakfast was lovely. Lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby. The bed was VERY hard and there was an uneven ridge in the floor in the middle of the room that made me wonder how quickly this seemingly new hotel was built. We held your breath flushing the toilet because it felt and sounded like you broke […] it everytime. I had to reattach the arm inside once. We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the other facilities looked very good too. Breakfast was great both mornings. Our only complaints were that the pillows were awful and the bed was very hard. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awesome beds and bedding. Very accomodating for our large dog. Great breakfast. Restaurants, mall, movie theatre, Target, all minutes away. No complaints...wish all hotels were this nice for this price!

Check in was quick and easy, The staff sent up a rollaway bed as requested and did it very quickly. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The complementry breakfast was delicious. I will stay here again if I am back in the area and I will recommend it to others.

For the price you can't beat it. We liked that it had both a microwave and a fridge in the room, the website didn't mention those. We like that it had a pool and hot tub (pool pretty small) but fortunately there was minimal people using it. Didn't notice the availability of a courtesy van until we checked out or else would have used that instead of […] a cab. Also, we could smoke in our room, most places don't offer that anymore. The only complaint was the presence of a few flies in the room. It was one of those warmer days after several freezing cold days so this must have brought them out of their dormant stage. Fortunately, they didn't bother us, they flew around the window and were easy to kill since they didn't move very fast. We will probably stay here again when visiting St. Charles. Devamı

comfortable and affordable

My husband, daughter and I stayed in one room and my daughter's boyfriend stayed in another room on New Year's Eve. We had no problems upon check-in or that night. However, on New Year's Day we went down for breakfast at approximately 7:15 a.m. (breakfast started at 7 a.m.) to find no food! We returned at 7:45 a.m. to find cold eggs, potatoes, and bacon. […] After we ate we decided to go in the spa. The pool lights were off, and we were greeted with broken pretzels, gum, a champagne cork, and other debris on the pool deck. There were also no clean towels. We went to the front desk to ask for some and the man working the front desk told us he would "see" if he had any clean ones for us. It felt as if we were bothering him. Later we went back to our room, and our key cards wouldn't work. When we went down to the desk to inquire, the gentleman working at the front desk was most unpleasant (again), was overheard complaining about how he didn't want to work, and told us that we must have put our key cards next to our cell phones and deactivated them. He definitely had a bad attitude. We did not ever have all four cards next to cell phones. Another guest two doors down had the same problem and was told the same thing. I've stayed at various Country Inns & Suites several times and have never had issues with the breakfast, cleanliness or staff. I hope this is merely an isolated incident! Devamı

The hotel was comfortable. It was a great deal for the money. In my opinion, the beds were soft but I like a firm matress. The pool was small but great to occupy the kids. The complimentary breakfast was much more than I expected. Lots to choose from including, scrambled eggs and waffles in addition to a variety of cereal and danish. I would stay there […] again. The hotel was very clean and the night clerk was very friendly. The room was exceptionaly clean and the bed was very comfortable When they have another toy show or anytime wa are in St. Charles we will probaly stay their. I would highly recommend the hotel

Cute little lobby and very clean. Room was a good size with very comfy beds. It is hard to find!!! There is no signage on the main connecting road-even when we were returning to the hotel, we still had a hard time finding it!!
