The hotel definitely needs some updating. The decor is outdated and the bathrooms were dingy. The room's cleanliness was below average and housekeeping did not come to the room until late afternoon, typically when our son was taking a nap. In most hotels I've stayed in the room was freshened up and towels were replaced by early afternoon at the latest. […] I also found it ridiculous that we had to pay for interment access every 24 hours. With the price we paid for the room, you'd think Internet, in this day and age, would be complimentary. Also, there was no HDTV, movie channels, and the TV was probably 13 inches. Although, at a place like this you would expect to spend most of your time outside at the beach and pool, weather is unpredictable and during our stay we experienced a bit of rain, so a better media center would have been nice. Lastly, the staff was friendly and the food was pretty good. The pool environment was satisfactory, but Disney manages to charge for every little thing imaginable, such as $5 for a round of 9 holes of miniature golf on a chintzy course inside the pool complex. We enjoyed our stay, despite the relatively cold weather end of February, 2012. I recommend the nearby McKee Botanical Garden on such days. My granddaughter loved the Breakfast with Goofy and Donald, altho the food was clearly geared for kids. Glad they had nice pastries and fruit, however. It was a very pleasant experience. The facility was very clean and the staff was pleasant and accomodating. I would highly recommend this place to friends. I might also explore the possibility of purchasing time in the Disney vacation sites.

Disney's best kept secret! When you've had enough of the parks in Orlando head for the east coast annd the peace and calm of the ocean. The hotel is right on the beach and a lot of rooms have balconies that overlook the ocean. If you like to shop, there's a mall about 25 minutes away. I stayed a Disney resort for the purpose of seeing the Disney characters. (Not for myself but for my grandchildren). I understood after the fact that they were there on saturday morning. Unfortunatly, myself, and family had to work that day so we arrived later that day. No charactors. Would I stay there again? Probably not. Great hotel that carries the Disney name.

When we arrived after 5pm, our room was not ready. They said they would text us when room was ready, never did. They sent us to a studio, fourth floor, last building, one bed for three adults. Called front desk told them the room was not acceptable. They said "this is what you booked". Told them we requested two queen size beds, they said they would […] call us back. They did but we had to go back to the main inn and see them for new key cards. While we were waiting in the lobby, two boys spit on us from the fourth balcony. Front desk just ignored it! We were then sent to the third floor and were so exhausted we just wanted to go to bed. The people in the next room were having a party or a fight and were loud and obnoxious, banging on the walls. We complained to the front desk as it was after eleven pm. The people left the room only to return at one forty five and woke us all up again. The next day we went out for a walk, the walking trails were poorly maintained as well as the beach, I needed help to get over the high dunes. We had reservations for all the restaurants yet you were still made to wait. Devamı
