We used the hotel as a base to explore Paris with 4 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 3). Rooms a little small for the 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfasts very good. Position for RER to Eiffel Tower and central Paris (21 mnutes) was a five minute walk. Also plenty of restaurants and bars within same area. Bathrooms slightly tired but all well clean […] ed. Just stayed one night for a trip to the Royal Opera but wished we had stayed longer. Given the Proximity to Paris (15mins by train) its a bargain price!! The hotel staff were very helpful and the location was good. Will definitely be back.

The hotel location was excellent, unfortunately parking is very difficult. There is a hotel carpark but apparently if there is a space your car needs to be petite! Ours, a 4x4 no chance! We parked a street away, thankfully we arrived just around 5pm, which meant we could feed meter for max of 2 hrs & then it's free until 9.30am. Next morning we retrieved […] car and drove to Palace car park, but get there early.Would definitely use same hotel as it was very new and smelt of roses! Didn't realise how large Versailles is so an overnight stay is essential. It was only 10 minute walk to area where all the various restaurants were, ate excellent 3 course meal inclusive of cocktail to start & 1/2 bottle of wine per person at a very reasonable price. Our stay at the Mercure in Versialles was very pleasant and comfortable and in a good location close to the Chateau. The only slight problem we had was the lack of parking as in the hotel description it says there is parking but it doesn't mention that you have to reserve a space in advance in order to park there. We ended up parking on the road a few […] streets away but it took a little while to find a space. The signposting to the hotel was very helpful as it is on a small road off the main road which could be difficult to find if you don't have a map of the area or a sat nav. Devamı

The Hotel was in a quite good location and was about 15 mins from the Chateau. There is also a brilliant Boulangerie at the end of the road and some nice restaurants i the district plus the local market on Saturday. However, the Hotel couldn't provide space in their (minute) car park and left us to park either on the street (This is impossible as there […] are only 2 hour parking zones and have you tried street parking in Paris!!!) or in the public underground carpark, which cost 30 Euros. This was a massive problem for us as we had been traveling for six weeks so had to unload everything from the car before moving it and then load it all back again. We didn't eat at the hotel although they wanted to charge for breakfast and ad to be persuaded that we hadn't had it and room service always forgot to replace coffee in room. The hotel is quite modern and had great TV channels. Shower only but was a good one. Once we got over the issue of the car park, we enjoyed the stay so would recommend it to others. Devamı

Easy walk to Château de Versailles. I was disappointed in parking, one reason I picked this hotel. We had to find a place on the street, lucky it was the weekend, no charge. Hotel needs updating but room and bath a good size and clean. Bath looked newer than bedroom We did have to pay a city tax , 2 Euros, even though our room was paid.

Les rapports sont favorables à toux égards. Si on veut chercher la petite bête, peut-être : la boulangerie du petit déjeuner est molle et sans grand goût (elle est loin de "sortir du four"), mais bon…

quand on demande un thé citron, il faut presenter des rondelles de citron et non un thé en sachet.également mettre dans la chambre du thé earl grey et non pas que des thés parfumés. salutations

Bij aankomst bleek er 1 kamer gereserveerd op hun lijst te staan terwijl wij voor 2 kamers besproken en betaald hadden. Receptie deed weinig moeite om de uitgedraaide reservering op papier te lezen waar duidelijk naam en 2e kamer besproken stond. Na veel gezeur werd er toch nog een 2e een kamer " geregeld". In deze kamer werden we de hele nacht door […] een steeds aangaand gebrom wakker gehouden. Geen plek in parkeergarage, op site stond dat de parkeergarage niet besproken hoefde te worden maar dat bleek wel te moeten. Voor grote auto's is er geen plaats. Na veel moeite werd verteld dat er een openbare parkeergarage in de buurt was waar we de auto uiteindelijk kwijt konden Devamı

Hallo, wir wurden im Hotel freundlich empfangen und es war auch alles so wie man es erwarten würde, bis auf: - Parkplätze gibt es (fast) nicht. 500m entfernt gibt es eine Tiefgarage für 18 Euro / Tag die ab 22:00 geschlossen ist. - Das Frühstücksbuffet wird nicht nachgelegt und war am ersten Tag gut (frischer Obstsalat, Gebäck, hochwertiger Jogurt) […] und am zweiten Tag sehr schlicht. The arrival at our room was very disappointing. The toilets adn'had been thoroughly used by the last customer AND HADN'T EVEN been cleaned. We phoned to the call room service on number 1010 as indicated on the "personal" message on the bed, and were told in french that we had called the wrong number. The man at the reception came up to our room, simply […] flushed the toilet a couple of times and said that everything was ok. Which of course it wasn't. He came up again and did some cleaning up of the mess. The 13€ for breakfeast turned out to be little value for money. One hour before close there was no scrambled eggs (the only eggs available by the way) and half a dozen stone hard saucages. We asked for some more eggs and the waitress prepared us for at least 15 minute's wait.The result was a blend of eggs drowned in large amounts of milk as far from scrambled eggs as you get. The bread was ok however. The persons at the desk were helpful and service-minded. We chose the hotel because of its location 15 min. walk from the Chateau, but will rather walk a few more minutes the next time we visit Versailles. Devamı

Bedre end forventet - god stand, fin morgenbuffet - venligt personale

Accueil très courtois. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais propres et confortables. Le quartier est paisible même s'il n'est pas toujours évident de trouver ne place pour ce garer.

POUR UNE VISITE DE VERSAILLES ET DE LA VILLE, l'HOTEL EST TRES BIEN STITUE. LA GARE DU RER EST PROCHE. L'HOTEL EST TRES CALME. DOMMAGE QU'IL N'Y AIT PAS DE RESTAURANT AU MOINS EN DEMI-PENSION MEME AVEC UNE RESTAURATION RAPIDE. (genre buffet) L'HOTEL DEVRAIT PROPOSER UNE LISTE DE RESTAURANTS AVEC POSSIBILITE DE RESERVATION, CELA SERAIT UTILE POUR CEUX […] QUI NE CONNAISSE PAS BIEN LA VILLE, SURTOUT POUR LES COURS SEJOURS. Bonjour, je dois dire que j'ai été content de bénéficier d'une réduction sur cet hotel. En effet, j'aurai été très déçu de payer plein tarif pour des prestations qui figurent sur la brochure mais qui en fait ne sont pas tout à fait vraies. PARKING à l'hotel: FAUX, uniquement pour les petites voitures; Et pour se garer dans Versailles, c'est un calvaire: […] 40min pour trouver une place... Bon séjour. Accueil assez peu agréable! Un bémol cependant : le parking de l'hôtel n'accepte pas les monospaces et les 4/4. Nulle part, cela n'est indiqué et c'est la mauvaise surprise en arrivant à l'hôtel...

Hôtel au top! service, accueil, chambres, propreté, petit déj, situation (prés du château)...tout est parfait!

Decor moderne, chambre petite et confortable , hotel idealement situé au centre de Versailles; accessible rapidement par la gare RER. bon rapport qualité-prix

Prima hotel, niet echt grote maar wel schone kamers en prima douche. Vriendelijk. Ontbijt is goed, conform de prijs. Goede ligging dichtbij het kasteel - 10 min. Betaalbare parkeergarage onder de markt van Versailles, ca. 5 min lopen. Op zondag is het hier markt, zo vind je ze in Nederland niet.

on imaginait que Mercure etait une garantie de confort. il n'en est rien. pas de bouilloire d'invité, une douche si petite que l'on met de l'eau partout. et des poussières, des poussières... c'est immonde pour un mercure.
