Traffic in Portland is horrendous at best-thus I stay outside in Troutdale to avoid it as much as possible. Easy access, friendly people, very clean, very relaxing. Stayed at this location multiple times, and see no reason to change that.

Reception desk person was very friendly and welcoming, helpful without making a big deal of it. Breakfast was adequate and foods, both hot and cold, abundant. Clean, convenient and comfortable.

Great welcoming staff. Clean room. Late check out is a great perk for the weary. Drawback is the slamming of doors all morning.

We stayed here after a road trip to the Columbia Gorge area. It was a convenient place to stop before heading to Portland to visit family members. The staff, especially Nanette, was excellent. Her customer service was above that which we usually experience.

Not sure if they just had a bad day, but this hotel is on my never again list. As soon as I walked in, I saw 2 hookers walking in. I get in my room and there are no outlets for my work computer to be found. The clock on the night stand has the face missing and was a full 20 minutes off. I changed the time, and it woke me up 12 minutes late. The free […] breakfast ends at 9am, not like the 10am most other hotels have. The only positive I can say about the hotel is the shower head is a nice new adjustable model. When I informed the lady at the counter she looked at me like I was speaking another language. I travel to Oregon twice a month for work, I will not stay at this hotel again. Devamı

Check in was pretty quick. The front desk person spent a while helping a couple who had just arrived see the sites and learn about nearby restaurants. We had a room with 2 double beds. The room was pretty clean but the beds were too firm (and my husband and I like a firm bed.) You could definately hear some hallway noise during the night but it wasn't […] too awful. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel despite a couple of things. First, the hotel we originally booked a reservation with (Holiday Inn) was bought out by Comfort Inn. This was a little confusing when trying to locate the hotel as we weren't notified of the name change. Secondly, we were a bit disappointed with the housekeeping services. The […] first day we left the hotel by 8:00AM and returned at 2:30PM with a tired, cranky infant only to discover that our room hadn't been cleaned. In fact, housekeeping was knocking on our door at that very moment, but we weren't interested in having it cleaned so late in the day. The next morning, we were out the door for a quick errand and back by 9:00AM only to see housekeeping outside our door. Perhaps housekeeping is at a different time each day? Good points about Comfort Inn: free wi-fi, a mini fridge, microwave, free hot/cold breakfast, free tea/coffee all day, free yummy cookies daily at 5:00PM (also soup, but not so delicious), and very comfy bed! Clean rooms, good breakfast including eggs and real meat (not just paper bacon). Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location for Troutdale and surrounding areas including quick freeway access.

The room was pretty small and smelled of some strange cleaning product. But the staff was friendly and allowed us both early check-in and late check-out to accommodate our needs.

Convenient location off highway, near outlet mall and close to waterfalls/hikes & downtown PDX. Very quiet despite proximity to freeway, surrounding businesses, small airport. Hotel was clean and comfy so would stay there again but make sure everything worked before settling in for the night. Our toilet flushed once out of every three tries...

We have been trying to find a hotel with convenience to the Columbia River Gorge & Mt. Hood areas. This was clean & comfortable. Highly recommend.

This hotel was very clean and quiet, perfectly situated off the I-84 hywy, so it was close to the waterfalls ans Mt.Larch overlook.Nice start-up breakfast,cookies and hot soup @ 6:00pm every day - all complimentary. Was only going to stay one night and then find a more "upscale" hotel for the rest of our stay but the hotel was too good to leave. Although older than many other Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have stayed in, this location was perfect for our visit to the Gorge. Breakfast was one of the best I've had, and the room was comfortable. We'll be back!

This hotel was the best hotel we stayed at out of the 5 we stayed in while in Oregon. The Hotel staff bent over backwards to make us feel at home. The hotel was so convienent to the Columbia Gorge Senic Drive. The beds was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. In a nice quiet location and many good eating place near by.

The Holiday Inn Express does not have a lot of amenities, but we had a spacious room and enjoyed quiet nights of sleep. The wireless Internet is free with your stay. There is a quite extensive breakfast, including various cold options, but also an egg dish, a breakfast meat, biscuits and gravy, and fresh pancakes (from an awesome automatic griddle). […] We would definitely stay here again. Great hotel for Great price. A friend got married at McMenamin's, which was about a 15 minute walk (in the gorgeous rain!) . The Outlet Mall was about a 5 minute walk and so was a FANTASTIC restaurant called Sheri's! Definitely recommend it!
