"Friendly staff and great location!"
Even though the hotel room could have used a little updating (outdated tube TV), our room was comfortable and extremely clean. Plus, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Doyle and Sue at the front desk were great and the lady that stocked the breakfast each morning always made sure people got enough and had everything they need. "Holiday Inn? Would never have known."
Our heater smoked, set off smoke detector. If we tried to use it there was a hot smell so we left it off. We called the desk and a lady came up but they did not have another room for us. TV remote did not work. I had to ask for another one. Coffee pot did not have a basket so we could make coffee. Friends room did no have hot water in the morning. Location […] great. Hotel staff very helpful. Great breadfast selection and the room was very well kept, even though a little dated. Only real issue was maintaining a comfortable room temp. Overall a good trip.

Doyle and another older lady at the front dest were really sweet and very friendly and helpful!
Every thing was great with yhe exception of the in -room coffee and breakfast buffet coffee. It was awful tasting... bring your own...

"very nice suites...definetly would stay again"
We loved this suite. It was updated with granite counters, nice bar/island, sofa and two nice roller desk chairs. We had a balcony with s sitting area. There are 2 pools, indoors and outdoors and 2 hotubs. The lazy river looked nice but not the right weather. The hotel seemed very clean. The breakfast was great. The only downside is the fitness room […] was not great. Just 1 treadmill and 2 elliptical. No weights or cleaners or sanitizers. Would reccomend to anyone. Great stay. Thanks Devamı
the staff was very good however the hotel is a little older the air in my room did not cool did not sleep alot the first night was able to move to another room the next night i would not stay at this hoptel again

The staff were very nice people, I must say first. The room was as clean as it could have been considering the overall tiredness of the hotel. Not impressed with the breakfast and chose to eat out both mornings. It needs updating. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

For the price paid, this room was more utility than comfort. Old TV and basic cable is below average (no flat screen/DVD/satellite) for comparably rated competitors rooms.

"Pigeon Forge,Tenn."
Very clean and neat facility. Breakfast was good with plenty of seating. Staff was very friendly. Was just a block off the parkway and very easy to get on the parkway at red light. Close to all attractions. Would recommend this hotel.

"Holiday Inn Express Pigeon Forge is worth it..."
Absolutely awesome stay. Holiday Inn Express is one of the best options in Pigeon Forge. The breakfast was incredible, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff is the nicest I've met at a hotel. I would recommend the little extra for Holiday Inn Express in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg with the questionable alternatives around.
"Disappointed"
The room we had requested was waiting for us but the airconditioning was broken. I asked for it to be fixed twice. It was not. it was extremely hot and difficult to sleep. When we left the next morning I was told it would be fixed while we were out for the day or they would have another room available for us. When we returned that evening it was still […] broken and the new receptionist had no idea about our situation. There was no new room waiting for us. The room was clean but there was a large crack in the bathroom sink that should have been repaired. I was very disappointed. "A good place to stay"
I was very happy with this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable . We stayed two nights. Breakfest was good, though we never got to use the pool. I would stay there again.

The location of the hotel is ideal if you plan to attend the Titanic Museum or Black Bear Dinner Theater. These attractions were several blocks away, and it would be possible to walk to them if you would like to stay out of the terrific traffic jams, and were physically able to walk that distance. "Doing what is best for the customer"
The heating unit in our room didn't work when we arrived, even after several attempts by us and by the hotel security person. We were upgraded to a more expensive room at no additional cost to us, a suite, and the heating system was checked before we transferred our belongings to the suite. "Best Hotel Stay in Pigeon Forge"
This hotel was so awesome. The room was updated, clean and simply put PERFECT. I wish all hotels would follow suit as this hotel displays an awesome example of staying at home away from home.
"A little disappointed for the $ & name"
We carefully went through looking at a lot of hotels online, reading a lot of the reviews on each, etc. and finally decided to spend the extra money to get what we thought would be a clean room because the reviews on some of the less expensive hotels scared us. The pictures of this hotel looked like a typical Holiday Inn Express, which we know to typically […] be a little more upscale of a hotel chain than other chains. The room did have the nicer furnishings than you would find in the "Days Inn's" of the world, but it did not feel very clean. I guess it is all relative, it may have been cleaner than a majority of the hotels in Pigeon Forge, who knows. But it seemed like what I would call a "Spring Break" hotel, not a "business" hotel but like there had been a LOT of people come through. The free breakfast was above average, a large selection, but always very busy with considerably long lines. The indoor pool area was spacious but the hot tub water was not particularly hot. We noticed the other hotels off the same side road had nicer outdoor pools with water slides, we wished we had stayed at one of those, next time we will give one of those a try. This hotel is in a nice location, we were spared from a lot of the traffic congestion getting into and out of town, it's just barely out of the way but within walking distance of the main strip, and had plenty of parking. We actually had two vehicles with us and they gave us parking permits for both, no problem. The staff was very friendly, at the desk and the person maintaining the pool, etc. They are very strict about no smoking and no pets at check-in, which was a plus for us, but the smell in the room when we first got there seemed like one or both had occured in the room many times over the years? Overall not a bad hotel given where it was, but weprobably could have stayed somewhere with pretty much the same comfort level for around half the money. Devamı
"Holiday Inn near Dollywood"
Was a decent hotel. The woman running the breakfast bar was so nice! They made her take down breakfast at 10 on the dot and she went around at 9:55 to inform people so they could make a last run. Room was ok. Bathroom floor wasn't as clean as it should have been, but everything else seemed ok.

no problems with the air in the lobby but the room was hot, tub would not drain well at all and there was a leak around the toilet. we requested the room be serviced and when we returned there had been a service call but nothing changed. i would not stay there again.

This place was very clean. The location was great and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was also very good. We stayed in the King Whirlpool Suite .

The hotel was a typical Holiday Inn Express if you are used to staying in them. The breakfast was not wonderful but was sufficient. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The staff was very helpful. "It's nice"
The hotel is just off of the main strip in Pigeon Forge, but we had to drive to most attractions and restaurants. Depending on traffic, it's about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and maybe 10 minutes from interstate 40. The hotel was nice. Clean rooms. The staff was nice and helped with directions. Nice continental breakfast.
