The place was just fine. We didn't spend much time in our room since we only needed a place to sleep near our event.

The Front Desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. The beds were hard. We were put on a floor with a large group of 11 and 12 year old girls who were so loud, for so long, that I ended up calling the front desk 4 times, and almost called the police as a "disturbing the peace" incident. The following night, the girls started their noise again. […] when I let the front desk know, I got absolutely no compensation for my inconvenience. Devamı

Front desk man was rude on checkout. Other than that hotel was nice and staff was attentive. Would stay again.

The covers on the bed were so thin I was freezing even after taking one from the spare bed we had in the room. The door had about a 3/4 inch gap between the side of the door and the frame, as well as a large gap underneath the door so any noise in the hallway came straight into our room. We enjoyed our stay staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was located next to a restaurant and a mall very convenient.The breakfast buffet was awesome. I would stay there again.

The hotel is showing its age in the furniture and fixtures. Its is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I would like a microwave in the room for popcorn. Bed coverlet was light for the season.

The staff were so friendly. They make me feel like VIP. TV service with no limitations, I enjoyed most of my favorite shows. WIFI internet services is included with reservation. The continental breakfast was very good, fresh scramble eges and sosage were available all the time. I won't hesitate to make my reservation if I have to travel one more time […] to Fresno, CA. Hotel is conveniently located off the freeway, the staff is very friendly, room clean and large, complimentary breakfast is loaded, has even eggs & sausages!

the actual room was nice, but the spa outside was missing the drain cover, wasn't very warm and it was coming apart. When we got out, we had parts of the spa wall all over us and it felt like fiber glass. Told security outside but he didn't seem to understand english very well. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast had a great selection to choose from. We only did a very short stay, but it served our needs well

The area has numerous fast food and resturants and Starbucks within walking distance. The area is a little rough, I never felt unsafe.

Hotel room was comfortable and within expectations, nice breakfast included in price. Only quibble is no fitness area but otherwise good place for a night's stay for a family with 2 school-aged kids

A pleasant stay in a delightfully landscaped environment.

For the very low price, this is a great deal. The hotel itself is clean. The rooms are large and the beds were comfortable. It was not in a great neighborhood, but the parking lot was walled in, so it felt like my car was safe overnight. Only other complaint is that the walls are thin, so if you're a light sleeper that could be an issue.

We enjoy staying here. The rooms are adequate and the location is satisfactory. We appreciate the complementary breakfast and plan to stay whenever we are in Fresno.

The room was clean and comfortable for 2 people. The area was questionable. A nice clean room for the price. Everyone I came into contact with that worked there were helpful and nice.

The room is very clean and the breakfast is very good. The environment is very quiet. If this motel has king size bed that would be very good.

For the price, thought it was overrated. Reason for low scores and booking with hotels.com, would have expected this to be at least $20 less per night.

The hotel offers a pull up bed for a charge if needed, but the time we arrived they said there were no longer beds available at all, I ask why they didn't indicate the conditions of shortage before making a statement and offer of having extra beds. The clerk indicated that it was nothing available since 2 weeks before I made my reservation,,, so very […] disapointed for the lack liability in comunication for the guess, Not happy at all, we paid for hotel and sleep in the floor!! not my kind of vacation and would not do it again. i liked the grassy area between the two buildings for dog walks. returning to my room at 2:00am and finding the building door would not opening is bad. the lock on the building where pets are allowed is badly worn and needs to be replaced. ernie.

A/C worked great, complimentary breakfast was standard with a few nice extras. Carpet was older so could not really tell if dirty or old. Bed was fine. Close to several fast food places if you needed a snack.

Clean, comfortable and affordable! Easily accessible to restaurants and a local mall in one direction, kind of scary in the other direction. Bathroom and room in general was clean, tidy and with the triple digits...the air conditioning was exceptional!

Not the swankiest hotel, but it was clean and well-maintained, in a fairly good area, and had extremely comfy beds. Not a bad continental breakfast either.

The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area and were always eager to help us out. The breakfast had a large variety of choices. Would stay if I were to come back again.

Once you get in the hotel it was nice and the people were, too. The area is not acceptable to me, tho'. Hesitated to go out to find a decent restaurant to eat. The have done a good job in redoing an otherwise older hotel but the area it is in stops me from wanting to go back. The price of the room is higher, in my opinion, than the area would dicta […] te. The motel itself is not bad but the surrounding area takes away from the experience. I dined at a Chinese buffet 2 blocks away and was not impressed with the meal, nor the shopping mall. This is okay for an overnight stay, as it is fairly close to the main routes through the city.
