Far away fr.o.m. La seu, and absolutly not 4 star morse like 2 star, dont eat breakfast , i Will not Come back again

I liked the hotel though it was a bit further out than we had anticipated and a bit of a climb up, fine for us but may be a problem for elderly and young kids. However buses and taxis are close by. Nice and modern though the coffee bar/bar near the pool didn't seem to be open so we had to bring in supplies. Bra stora rum alla med ballkong och även om vårt rum låg mot gatan inga problem med störande buller. Dåligt med serviceutbud dagtid och tidig kväll. Ingen servering mellan frukost och middag. Det fanns kaffe och läskautomat i den s.k. baren i övrigt inget. Fin trädgård med pool på baksidan av hotellet.

Hotel très confortable et propre. Personnel agréable et sympathique. Belles prestations et service en rapport. Hotel à recommander.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere die großzügigen Zimmer mit Parkettboden haben uns gut gefallen. Die Zimmer nach vorne sind allerdings wegen des Verkehrs ab morgens recht laut. Und das Antioxidationsfrühstuck für 9-12 Euro ist ein normales Frühstücksbuffet, bei dem nur ab und zu ein Obstsalat bereit steht.

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning på Hotel Hesperia, inden vi kunne flytte i vores ferielejlighed i Alcudia. Vi oplevede et hotel med meget imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Det var vores første besøg på Mallorca og vi havde brug for mange praktiske oplysninger. Her følte vi os godt hjulpet i receptionen. Hele hotellet var MEGET lækkert indrettet og […] MEGET rent og lækkert. Morgenbuffetten var vi alle fire begejstrede for. Devamı

Vi overnattede tre nætter på hotellet og var meget tilfredse, den eneste ulempe var, at hotellet ligger lidt langt fra centrum,men der var så tilgengæld meget fredelig Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme

The rooms are ok. The staff is nice. The pool area is very nice and clean. The beds are on the other hand rock hard. So if you want to sleep while you are here, forget it. You wake up after 3 hours with a sore back and spend the rest of the night rolling back and forth waiting for breakfast to be served. For a while I did, during my third night, consider […] to try sleeping on the tile floor to see if it was softer than the bed. But I This is for sure not a 4-star hotel. It is far from it, because a 4-star hotel should have beds with mattresses, and you should not have to wake up with the bed springs in your back. I called Hotels.com to ask if we could have another room with a better bed or be relocated to another hotel. We got a new room with same kind of bed. So it didn't help much. Devamı

Trevligt, välskött, modernt hotell i en lugn del i utkanten av Palma. Ett i vårt tycke lagom stort hotell med utmärkt frukost, snygg inredning och tillmötesgående personal.
