The view and service are very nice. The way of organisation especially during the tsunami warning run is unexpectedly great. Thank you for every single staff for providing such good and high quality service. Really much appreciated. Definitely would recommend to everybody!

Like some other Dusit hotels, I feel this one has lost its 5* appeal. Strikes me now as more a 4* resort although parts of it are still very enjoyable. The whole place is in need of a make-over, the rooms are small, the service is patchy, and the F&B costs are in some ways outrageous (355 THB for a small beer in room service?). This hotel locates on the Laguna beach, which is very quiet and clean. During my stay, maybe it is not busy season, there are quite few people, so if you are looking for a place to simply rest, this would be an ideal place. The only thing that i'm not quite satisfied is that the room is rather small.

One of 5 hotels situated on the Laguna Beach resort and is next door to the Laguna Beach hotel. It is a very nice hotel but I would put more as a 4 star than the 5 stated. Staff very friendly make you welcome and it does have lovely grounds. The swimming pool is a little unimaginative but is adequate. Food and drink is expensive in Laguna comparative […] to other areas of Thailand and the Dusit is no exception. I would say eating out is somewhat similar to eating in the UK. Cheaper meals can be found in the small town on the outskirts of Laguna but not a huge saving. You need to take the free shuttle to the edge of the resort and then walk a short distance into the town. Alternatively most restaurants will send a car to pick you up and drop you back again. Thats ok if you know where you want to eat but not if you want to browse. Try Tatonka, a small restaurant with great food, ToTo and Italian or Chaba which serves Thai and international dishes. The Lotus restaurant up the beach is also a good punt as is Tom Yam goons which is on the beach outside the Laguna Beach Hotel. The Dusit has several restaurants we ate in the Tratoria which is an Italian and we had our best meal all holiday there but is a little expensive for holidaying in Thailand, I guess not if judged by UK standards. The Ruen Thai is their Thai offering and overlooks one of the lagoons very nice but our experience was that the staff were not as attentive. Laguna is a lovely area but be prepared to be a little cut off. There is the free boat shuttle around the resort lagoons and a free bus shuttle. A short walk from the hotel is the 'Canal Centre' which has a few boutique shops, a bakery/coffee shop and a mini market but don't expect to stay out late it all shuts at 9:00pm in fact not much is happening after 9pm in the hotel either and is lacking entertainment or reasonable bar prices two G&T's 15 quid ! Good things: room decore, buildings, restaurants,turn down service, breakfast. bad things: Inadequate restaurant and bar service at pool, you have to pay to use the internet, pay to have a DVD player in your room and pay to borrow DVDs!

If you want to relax in your hoel, it is a good choice since there are no crowds of people asking you for taxi to go around or buying things. The place is quiet and you can enjoy the breeze of comfort there.

Very friendly staff, very nice hotel, clean hotel with clean pool and beach. Everything is good about this hotel. I am very happy after finishing my holiday in Dusit Thani. Good Restaurants. We had a marvellous time at the Dusit Thani Laguna. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, made all the arrangements for extra tours for us and met any requests we had, giving us a hassle-free stay. Food in the Thai restaurant was fantastic and it was in a lovely setting overlooking the laguna. Sad to go home!

my happy holiday

I was staying in Dusit for 9 days in June,2011. I could certanly recommend this hotel to whose with kids. My children (6 and 7 years) loved it. The deluxe rooms are a bit small if you ask for additional bed, but it was the only inconvenience. At the same time all rooms have nice view (whatever you choose: sea or lagoon view). The staff in Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket had been very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there with my 2 kids. The room is clean and comfortable except that the room temp. is very cold even when we tried to adjust it to the lowest fan mode. I had the greatest spa experience in the Angsana Spa pampered by the therapists. Breakfast selection is pretty […] good too. The only thing is getting to the Patong bay for shopping and more food selection can be pretty costly as the only transportation is by taxi and they do not go by the meter. Devamı

This was the fourth or fifth time that I have stayed at this hotel/resort, but the first time I have done so alone. It was off-season so there were relatively few guests and atmosphere more subdued than in the past, but it was every bit as nice an experience as I remembered. The hotel is aging, but they seem to be working constantly to update and renew. […] My room, the grounds and public areas, and the service were excellent. We had reserved two "Ocean View" Rooms with King Beds. After an unpleasant exchange with desk agent regarding bed types and breakfast not being included in rate paid, we were assigned a room that was oviously sub-par in quality and maintenance. After requesting Engineering to repair a broken door, a different desk manager -Miki (sp?) - responded to […] our call and, upon seeing overall condition of room, he immediately offered to move us to an upgraded room. vi - et par på ca. 60 - er netop hjemkommet fra 9 nætters ophold på Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket. Et rigtigt dejligt hotel med en super service overalt, personalet var meget venligt og serviceminded. Lobbyområde, have, restauranter og specielt den fantastiske strand, nød vi meget. Lækker morgenmadsbuffet. Dog var vi ikke helt tilfreds med vores værelse […] (Oceanwiev king), som var lille og mørkt med en meget lille balkon. En skuffelse, da det slet ikke lignede billederne på hotellets hjemmeside og det var ikke 5-stjernet standard. Men altid pænt og rent og dejlig seng. Priserne på hotellets restauranter er alt for høje, hvilket gjorde at vi kun spise der få gange og i stedet indtog vores måltider på strandrestauranterne, som men nemt kan gå til langs stranden. Men kvalitet af mad på hotellets restauranter helt fin,og vi ville have spist der oftere, hvis priserne havde været rimelige. Meget stille og roligt område. Devamı

Avons eu un classement supérieur avec une villa très bien. Inconvénien l'eaut des robinets des lavabos qui gicle. Enchantés.

古いホテルと聞いていましたが、古さは感じられず、逆に老舗ならではの落ち着きや貫禄を感じました。が、年末年始はピーク時期ということもありますが、３１日宿泊の場合はガラデイナー込みで莫大な額に。あまりに法外な金額にびっくりしてしまいました。シーズンを外せば、すばらしいホテルだと思います。

我们带了我们5岁的儿子在这住了3个晚上。酒店在laguna度假区的中心，前面就是干净的沙滩，比起左手边的laguna beach resort和右手边的sheraton，酒店面对海滩一面要清爽很多，没有杂乱的小店。我们很享受在酒店的时光，虽然是旺季，但不知道是因为曼谷洪水还是金融危机的原因，酒店入住并不高，我们边上的房间还在做些内部装修（还好，对我们影响不大）。房间有个大阳台，望出去是美丽的安达曼海，和大片的草坪，很多客人就在草坪上的沙滩椅上轻松的度过一天。酒店的泳池一般，但也够了。小孩的游乐设施少了些，好像有个Kids Club，但好像是要收费的，我们没有安排，时间够的话，可以尝试一下。酒店的早餐比较简单，价格却不便宜。我们在附近的Lotus吃了两次晚餐，最后一晚还观看了美丽的日落。整个l […] aguna度假区到其他地方的交通不是太方便，我们有一晚从Patong回酒店，taxi费550B，离开普吉去机场，请酒店帮忙叫得taxi，花了700B。还好只是一程，也就算了。总之，对于不想频繁到热闹的patong去享受夜生活的游客，laguna是个不错的选择。还有一点，面海的房间右翼比左翼更好，离海更近，而且左翼前面有个俱乐部，空调外机的声音很响。 Devamı

如果是休闲度假，这家酒店真的是很好的选择，周围环境和服务令人非常的惬意。酒店附近也有非常好的餐厅。

공항에서 가까운 편이며 , 호텔 및 주변 단지가 조용하고 휴식에 적합한 호텔이었습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하였으며, 조식도 좋았습니다.

Era mi segunda estancia en este hotel. Tenia contratada una habitación standar y me dieron una maravillosa suite, no sé si por ser repetidor o porque sabian que no veria el sol en mis cinco días de estancia. La suite fantástica, el servicio muy bien, desayuno bien surtido y nuy bueno, especialmente las frutas. Dos cenas estupendas en el restaurante […] Ruen Thai. Hay que probar los masajes, son ideales. 房间很大，可以免费加床。有免费2人早餐，6岁小孩也不收费。早餐挺丰富的。酒店靠海，走去沙滩很方便。玩的项目也有选择。游泳池略显小了一点，可能我们是旺季去的，客人很多。酒店附近有餐厅。海鲜很美味。觉得价钱贵了点。总体来讲这个酒店是不错的选择。我们度过了一个愉快的假期。 富的。

有名ホテルと信用し行ったが、がっがり。 空港からまたショッピングできるスポットへのアクセス最低。ホテルリムジン超破格。海に近いレストラン。夫婦二人で毎日とれた新鮮海産物の組み合わせ(焼き物）、ステーキ(オーストラリア産アングス）２５０Ｇをオーダー。何が新鮮な魚介類。すべてはふにゃふにゃな身。さらにステーキはどう見ても１５０Ｇほど。これは？？？？。さらに土曜日の午後は停電の繰り返し。何が５星か！！！！

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage direkt am Strand. Die Sonnenuntergänge mit einem Happy Hour drink sind einfach traumhaft. Einziger Nachteil: zu Fuss kann höchstens die Bucht durchlaufen werden, ansonsten benötigt man für alles ein Fahrzeug.

Hotel qui merite ses 4 etoiles, seul un jour mes draps changes n'etaient pas propres. Nourriture chere a l'hotel et dans la rue en sortant du complexe laguna, digne des prix dans les restaurants francais, mieux vaut aller manger un peu plus loin
