There is a reconstruction going on at the hotel so the restaurant is closed and meals are served at the lobby bar! Hotel Ciputra feels a bit worn out and could use a make up of furniture, carpets and bathrooms including the terrible wall paintings. Helpful and friendly staff though.

the traffic is terrible but hotel is clean and comfortable cleaners are annoying..

It's worth getting an upgrade to the Executive Club room. Snacks and drinks during the day and cocktails (basically wine!) and well prepared snacks in the evening. Key words: clean, very good service, best and biggest breakfast ever, spacious room (we had the standard room, the cheapest, and this was fine), frendly staff, okay swimmingpool and gym if you're up to it. We travelled around in Indonesia, and spent only the last three nights in Ciputra, but it was definately something else then what we had got used to. A little up-tight, but very nice staff and rooms. Can't complain about the possibilities surrounding the hotel either. Shoppingmall, pool, bars and 24h roomservice. Perfect for relaxing. Tho, I wouldn't […] recommend the spa department there, un less you enjoy "special" massage from women at the same age as your mom. And offcourse the following awkwardness that comes from a rejection of the "service" offered. Location is good. I found the hotel room to be of good condition. The hotel is near the airport and also located in a shopping mall with good variety of F&B outlets. Staff are friendly and helpful. Price is also reasonable.

Had the 14th floor room which was renovated 2 months ago. Very good deco, carpeting. Bed is very firm and comfortable. Good service. Very happy with the overall experience with the hotel. Renovations we read will be complete in 2011. Congratulations Ciputra! Thank you.

酒店比较旧，感觉一般。房间还算干净，但早餐不是很好。性价比不高，住了2天换了PULLMAN。

공항에서의 접근성이 좋은 편이다. 일반 Blue Bird 택시를 이용할 경우 톨게이트 비용 등을 다 합하여 약 10 달러 정도면 충분하다. 쇼핑몰과 호텔이 바로 연결되어 있어서 아주 편리하다. 전 객실이 금연 객실로 운영 되면 흡연을 했을 경우 약 60불 정도의 벌금을 부과한다. 아주 깨끗하고 쾌적한 호텔이다.

Hotelli oli rakennettu 80-luvulla, mikä näkyi jo pienenä ulkoseinien rapautumisena --- tämä ei kuitenkaan ollut mitään verrattuna Jakartan yleiseen asumistasoon. Hotellissa oli erittäin hyvä palvelu ja sijainti oli hyvä (sunnuntaiaamun hiljaisessa liikenteessä n. 20-30 min lentokentältä). Liikenne ei kuulunut hotellin 15. kerrokseen, mikä antoi hyvät […] yöunet. Hotellin uima-allas oli suuri plussa yli 30 asteen ulkolämpötilassa. Hotellissa oli tuuletus, joka teki huoneista jäätävän kylmiä - emme siis käyttäneet sitä. Hotellin yhteydessä olevassa ostoskeskuksessa oli hyviä ruokapaikkoja, joiden yleinen siisteystaso oli hyvä (emme saaneet vatsatautia...). Hotellin ympäristössä näki jo jakartalaista arkea eli suurkaupungin tavanomaista kaaosta ja kurjuutta, mistä hotelli antoi hengähdystauon. Suosittelemme vähintään tämäntasoisen hotellin ottamista majapaikaksi Jakartan-matkalle, sillä monikaan hotelli/motelli tässä kaupungissa ei vastaa länsimaista käsitystä palvelutasosta... Asuimme DeLuxe-huoneessa, joka oli hotellin vaatimattomin ja vastasi tasoltaan suomalaisia Sokos-hotelleja --- hotellissa oli hienompiakin huoneita ja alakerrassa tehtiin (hiljaisesti) remonttia huoneiden uusimiseksi. Voimme suositella hotellia. Plussana sekin, että huonemaksu oli jo hoitunut hotel.comin kautta, joten sisään tsekattaessa otettiin luottokortilta vain deposit, joka palautettiin kortille oleskelun päätyttyä. Ulostsekkaus sujui siis vain toteamuksella, että lasku oli maksettu etukäteen! Devamı

Hotel situe a cote d'une grande route a 4 voies. Pres d'un centre Commercial. Hotel en renovation et donce mauvaise odeurs de peinture dans toutes les chambre. Comfort moyens; meme l'avantage de la situation sur la route de l'aeroport negligible a cause des numbres tres reduits de faire demi tour en voiture sur la Grande route!
