Watch multiple drug deal go down in the hotel parking lot. Pretty sure a drug dealer lives in the hotel. Hotel is also very outdated. That was friendly and very good breakfast in the morning

Excellent hotel value. Everything was very clean and everyone on the staff I encountered was friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

The Clarion Hotel was a very nice place to stay. I was surprised. I was worried it would be dirty but when I walked in my room it was clean and organized nicely. The room was pretty big and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The air conditioning was nice to have and the tv had decent channels. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was […] decent. I enjoyed the eggs, bacon and muffins. Check in and out was easy. The location was pretty decent. It's surrounded by food places and the mall and theater is across the street. I would stay here again. I only stayed for one night for an anniversary. Check In was a breeze. Professional Staff to assist with any needs.

Very clean room. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Close to our destination. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for overall price, convenience to restaurants, airport and my customer location in Sumner, WA (about 15-20min drive). While the other comments suggested the Clarion was pretty good, I'm always a bit skeptical. However, the positive comments were "right on target". Room was comfortable, clean; hot breakfast was a bit low on variety (day […] to day) but more than ample, fresh and delicious; staff was very nice; workout room was fine and they had choices of two newspapers (WSJ and local), free daily. For the price, I'd say just okay. It was obviously an older hotel. The carpet and painting dated. But decent hotel and the staff was nice. Breakfast free is always a good bonus. Pretty decent, but would choose Comfort Inn over it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.They went out of their way to assist even printing out directions to places I wanted to go.I enjoyed my stay very much. When in the Seattle area I plan to stay at the Clarion in Federal Way from now on

We were pleased to spend three nights at the Clarion Hotel in Federal Way recently. There were three of us. We found the room smaller than expected, but spent parts of each evening in the very lovely, quiet lounge area off the lobby. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, served in a nice area. Comfortable beds, very quiet, customer service outstanding. But, not enough outlets to charge electronics for travel.

Location is great with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Front desk was polite and friendly. My problem was the room No blackout drapes as advertised and a security spotlight aimed directly at the rooms. I would recommend the hotel but it has a couple of flaws.

This hotel gets high marks for comfort, cleanliness, and service. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. The beds were very comfortable, with lots of pillows. Good breakfast. Room was fine, but strange arrangement (fridge/micro at end of bed). Very close to shopping, gas, coffee.

I grew up in Federal Way and was back in town for a few days. The hotel was very centrally located to everything I was doing. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, the room was updated and clean and I had a completely unobstructed view of Mt. Rainier from my window. I will definitely stay there […] again. Devamı

Good hotel, clean, good staff, reasonable breakfast (free). This isn't the Waldorf but you get a good night's sleep in a clean, well appointed room. Good bang for buck

We spent three days here and had a wonderful time. The public areas were comfortable, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was great. The housekeeping staff were the first I ever saw who smiled at the guests and seemed to enjoy teir work. The desk staff were helpful and attentive. the best thing was the breakfast - it included eggs and pork products. all processed food, for sure. but much better than the average american hotel breakfast of starch, starch and coffee.

Clarion in Federal Way, WA. Excellent breakfast! Three minor issues: electrical outlets were very scarce-had to unplug items and use my own multi-outlet cord to connect my laptop and cell charger; toilet seat would not stay up until I adjusted assembly forward a bit; TV remote extremely non-responsive and menu very cumbersome.

Our room needed a spruce up. There were drippy stains on the bathroom door as if someone had dripped hair dye all over it. Also our used towels were collected but no fresh ones were left for our second day. The sofa sleeper was uncomfortable. The breakfast was fresh and good.

We used this location as a stop over on our way to Seattle. Got a late start out of Portland and this location is an excellent place to get a jump start on Seattle activities. Right off I-5, easy to get to the city from here. North bound off ramp construction required a 5 mile detour so check ahead if you are coming from the south.

My husband and I live in Federal Way, Wa. and decided to stay here for our anniversary. We actually wanted to stay at another hotel but they were full and we are so happy that they were! thank you hotels dot com for your help and we will stay here again!! the room was peaceful and beautiful!!

Location provides easy access from airport, surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Included hot and cold breakfast is satisfactory. Would not recommend for families except as overnight stop intransit.

the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and the location is close to many places to eat or shop. I will stay the again if I am in the area.

Everything was as expected at this hotel. There were very few patrons, but staff was cheerful and helpful and seemed undaunted by the quietness. They worked very hard to make it a great stay.

There's a great Korean bathhouse/spa just across the parking lot and lots of Korean and Asian grocers around. Plenty of restaurants and shopping, Seattle and Tacoma are both within a 30 minute drive. The staff are excellent - when I mentioned I needed a quiet room they moved me to be away from some high school groups which were in the hotel that night. My […] only nitpick is that the beds are a little firm. Other than that the rooms are fine - clean and quiet. Nice easy chair with an ottoman for relaxing as well as a desk and chair. The rooms were clean and fresh. Everything about my stay was comfortable and effecient.

We stayed here for 2 nights in order to attend a concert at the Tacoma Dome. Hotel was clean, front desk service was excellent; breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. Location is terrific - The Commons Mall, Trader Joes, Borders Books and lots of restaurants nearby. Elliot Bay Sauna and Hot Tub place just a mile away... heavenly! Easy to get to the […] Tacoma Dome from here but if you are going to an event there be sure to go plenty early so as not to have to sit in traffic for an hour. Used the work-out room both days - nice equipment and TV. Business center had nice flat screen computer monitors. No complaints here except I would have preferred that the jacuzzi had been open (they close it and the pool for winter). Would definitely stay here again. Devamı
