Casa Ojai Inn - Ojai

Our check-in started out badly with the inexperienced, uninterested and unhelpful girl at the desk in the afternoon. She didn't know anything about the rooms, gave us keys to an already occupied room and then ran us down to give us the 'correct' keys, which did not work!

The "Continental Breakfast" was adequate but some what limited in its protein selections. Also the available space for eating was limited. Other than the above,our stay at the Motel was wonderful and we will stay there on our next trip to Ojai.

The whole stay was great!!!

We arrived after reception had closed and we were pleased to find our room keys waiting for us without any drama. The room was comfortable, clean and priced appropriately. We enjoyed our brief stay at the Casa Ojai Inn.

We booked this hotel because of it's great rate and close proximity to Thatcher School. We were in town for some equestrian business there and the location was perfect. Nicely updated room and comfy beds with lots of pillows! I gave it a 3 on cleanliness only because I found a few hairs around the shower and that's my pet peeve. Other than that it was […] very clean. They offer a nice & simple continental breakfast (bagels, toast, cereal, juice and coffee) that was just perfect for us. The room was clean and comfy, but when i walkled from the bed to the bathroom, or when I walked toi any other place in the room, the floor creaked; poor construction.

Freezing when we arrived at night. Difficult to get heat on and was very noisy.

The doors are a bit tricky you need to swipe with the card then push the handle up not down. Quiet little town breakfast is nothing flash though the kids liked the muesli bars on offer there is no where to sit so you need to get what you want and take it back to the room. The room was clean and big enough for the 4 of us for one night. The shampoo etc […] is on the wall which is to be eco friendly, a smart move on there part I think. Devamı

Great value, but pillows were like rocks....thick and too firm. Would stay again just bring a soft pillow.

Unlike some of my friends who stayed at other local hotels, I was very satisfied with my experience. The rooms were newish, clean, large. I notified them I would be arriving after midnight, and they put my key in an envelope where I could find it easily. Breakfast options included granola, toast/bagels, and hard boiled eggs.

Casa Ojai Inn was perfect for us, friendly and very accommodating staff, neat and clean property, beautiful nature all around, very relaxed feel to the Inn, reasonably priced, even our little puppy Leo enjoyed it. Would definitely stay there again unless we move to Ojai first.

I liked everything about the place except two things: 1. The soap they provided in both the bathroom and the shower, was liquid soap in a wall-mounted dispenser. 2. The hotel did not provide a TV guide/channel listing. You had to just go from channel to channel to see what was available.

We found our room to be very comfortable and clean. We would return without hesitation. The rates were very reasonable.

Much nicer room than expected for a old style building. The facilities are nice, pool etc. The staff was kind. Easy walk to the restaurants and shops. I will stay there again!

Very comfortable bed and bedding.

Read the fine print. Unfair 72 hour cancellation policy and it starts at midnight three days before you sign in.

Nothing fancy, but close to downtown Ojai, and friendly staff.

This hotel is very nicely appointed, attractive, and a great place to stay in Ojai. We enjoyed it very much and if we go back will definitely stay again. The pool is salt water cleaned, very refreshing. The hotel makes great eco efforts as well.

For the money, this room was spacious and very well appointed. Hotel staff friendly and informative. On the edge of town about a mile to walk in, but did see it was on the trolley stop. Ojai is a great town.

We were in town just one night to drop off our son at a local school. The hotel was conveniently located to both town and the school and was very accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the use of the office computer to print our boarding passes for the next day as well as a delicious continental breakfast in the morning. On the outside the hotel doesn't look like much... but inside the rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. It's not the newest hotel and you can see where they need to make improvements, but if you don't need much hotel service -- just a comfy bed and free wifi -- this is definitely a good spot. Breakfast selection isn't great but I wasn't expecting […] to eat there anyways. It's on the main stretch of road in Ojai and if you're willing, easily walkable to the Arcade and Bart's Book. Devamı

Very nice hotel, very friendly agents. Would definitely stay again. It is NOT in the center of town, which was a big plus for me- quiet! Clean, comfy.

great beds... needs an elevator because i am getting too old to carry things up the stairs and esp in the heat of the day. great pool area, and clean only real objection to others who rise earlier, is that when men stand outside their rooms and chat and smoke and have coffee, others might still be enjoying the comfort of the beds and want to sleep in […] a bit longer... so please hush..... great dining place opens at 5 pm called the Ranch.... great food.. I highly recommend staying at the Casa Ojai Inn if you find yourself in the Ojai area. Clean, well-appointed rooms; courteous, helpful staff; and I got a great deal on the room to top it off.

The hotel was actually a motel. However, it was very nice and clean. The pool was a nice touch. The breakfast is served at the pool area and its was very pleasant.

It's pronounced 'O Hi' and it's a lovely little motel and a lovely little village type thing.

Once part of a nationwide chain the Casa Ojai is a great -not so little- little motel that has had a recent refurbishment with its change of management. There are coffee making facilites in all the 'eco' rooms, plentiful toileteries from the dispensers, a flat screen TV (no cable TV, so barely worth watching anyway!) and big comfie beds. There is a […] nice Continental style breakfast served every morning in reception, with a choice of cereals, bagels and teas or coffee.The swimming pool and spa are both very clean and make for a great respite from the heat and outdoor activities. The Casa Ojai Is a bit of a walk from town but hey, it's all flat and its also closer to the trail head for the cycling track to Ventura (bikes can be hired from the Casa for $25.) Devamı

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the main part of town and within walking distance of restaurants, yogurt shops, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We've been to Ojai many times but the first Time at the Casa Ojai Inn. Great location - so close to the center of town! Our king-size bed was super comfortable. I was nervous booking this spot because the reviews were low, but I was impressed with the place. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever. And the price was very inexpensive. This is exactly the kind of great value that I hope for when I book an inexpensive place online. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I was in Ojai for work recently and found this hotel on your site. Casa Ojai was lovely! Beautiful and well-appointed room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was excellent! Great value. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a small hotel convenient to the city of Ojai or a drive up valley. Great views of the pink moment in fall and winter. They are eco-friendly which is nice for the environment, but the water pressure takes the hit. Overall, a nice clean hotel which provides a great base for all the activities of the area. Great value.

I reported a musty odor in the room upon arrival but to no avail. The odor still lingered, No problem in prior five stays at this motel.
