Best Western Airport Executel - SeaTac

When I booked the room I knew what to expect. I had read previous reviews. We live approx. 2 hours from SeaTac International Airport and often stay over night in SeaTac when we have an early flight. Always "shopping" for accommodations that include parking (while gone) and a shuttle to and from the airport. This Hotel had both so and the reviews were […] good. They are still "under construction" and in the middle of a remodel but it did not effect our stay. The room was nice and smoke free, no lingering smell from years before. The staff was fantastic and eager to help. We asked about dining out (the onsite restaurant is closed Sundays) and the clerk provided a recommendation and a ride. The shuttle bus took us to the restaurant and picked us up. The driver was friendly and willing to talk with passengers. My husband used the wake up call service and the shuttle to the airport. I was lucky enough to get to sleep in before my long ride home. Overall it was a nice stay. Devamı

Aside from the construction at the main entrance our three nights there were great. We had a 10 hour drive from Montana so the clear signs directing where to enter posted on the sign, outside the building, and inside were greatly appreciated and needed! My kids loved the pool, hot tub, and the ping pong. I loved that they had so many choices for breakfast. […] We all got something we liked and were able to head out without any fuss in the morning. Well, besides the girls fussing over their hair, LOL! The staff was very friendly, rooms very clean, and the beds quite comfortable. We will be staying there again. Devamı

Quite surprised at how excellent this hotel was for the money paid.I would gladly stay there again.

The breakfast wan't as amazing as I was expecting but everyone was very nice and friendly and hospitable and did a great job. For the price and service and amenities I would deffiantly recommend this hotel and use it again.

This is a very nice hotel and close to the airport with convenient shuttle service. Not just to the airport, but also to restaurants. The rooms were large and comfortable and the staff was very helpful in advising where to go. We had a good stay. There was some construction going on, but it was not a big deal. Looked like that was almost done.

this hotel looks like it was last upgraded in the 60's. They are doing some renovations now and i was guided in through the back door, past trash, cigarettes, through a wedged open fire exit surrounded by moldy trim and mats. The staff didnt seem to care when i explained the alarms were going off in the room opposite mine, waking me at 4am. This place […] felt dirty, tired and rundown. Devamı

Our stay was pleasant. The Hotel's entrance was under construction, but a an alternate entrance was well marked. The room was clean, and quiet. The breakfast the next morning had a good selection of items to choose from and we didn't got away hungry. my son had itching eyes and running nose on the first evening. My wife and I developed same symptom in the room too.

Very pleasant stay. Very good service for early travelers.

Very nice stay I would highly recommend staying here. The price was low and the rooms clean ad comfy. The breakfast was not just toast and coffee but a nice little spread for a free continental. The staff was great and very helpful

Did NOT enjoy my stay at this hotel. Although the staff were friendly enough, the room was VERY basic, and the bed was dreadful, hard as nails, and like a hammock. Would NEVER stay here again, very disappointing. Thankfully the hotel is under construction, hopefully it will improve!

In general, the hotel is okay. Complimentary breakfast was okay. It cannot be rated as deluxe breakfast as promised on the welcoming letter. Carpet needs shampoo in general. Major issue encountered was allergy. My son has reaction on first day with bedding. During second evening, my wife and I had itching eyes and running nose too.

Our stay was fantastic. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and very responsive. We asked for an infant crib at the time of checkin and before we got into our room, they had already brought it to us. The courtesy shuttle was great. We used it on multiple occassions. They were always on time for dropoffs and pickups.

The Ocean Shores Inn and Suites was a very pleasant surprise on our recent trip to the Washington Coast. The bedroom in our suite was large and outfitted with two queen beds. The rest of the suite was comfortable and spacious and included a galley-style kitchen, eating area with 4 chairs and a fold-out couch. There were TVs in both the bedroom and living […] room area. A large lanai opened off the living area with peek-a-boo views of the grasslands running along the shore. In the back lawn area, we watched two deer, only a few feet away, that had wandered off the golf course to munch on grass. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, steering us to restaurants that were nearby and suited our needs. The hotel was quiet and pleasant. The hotel was as much in the heart of things as it could get. We left wishing we had planned a longer trip. Devamı

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were wonderful. Parking is very limited and the entrance is being renovated so it looks sad at this time.

We have spent much more on hotels in other cities and found this one quite comperable. Seems like a older hotel but well maintained, clean, lots of services and frendly staff. Great job guys, keep it up.

Stayed one night. It was low-cost with the help of hotels.com and we enjoyed our stay. If your looking for a luxurious, fancy stay then this is not the place to go. It's an older and simple hotel. Has a nice pool though and a decent breakfast of eggs, sausages and make-your-own waffles was provided. The area is mostly industrial and lined with other […] hotels. Not an eye-appealing area. 15-20 min drive to downtown. Good stay if you're going to the airport, not so good if you wanna go to downtown Seattle. Devamı

You get what you pay for. I have stayed here twice and the hotel has provided exactly what I paid for. A comfortable, clean room. Nothing more. The staff member at the front desk was very helpful upon check-in. Found that the room doors are very noisy when closed. Was woken up several times during the night by the sound of doors slamming. Don't stay […] here if you are looking for a restful night sleep. Pool and Hot tub area is clean and a nice feature for a hotel in this price range. Dirty entry and hallways during major remodel which I was not advised up when I made the reservation. Poorly lit sign difficult too see from highway and poor directions to the lobby when we finally found the hotel. Totally indadequate parking space. Had to park long distance from the hotel and walk in heavy rain to the lobby. Shabby courtsy van to the […] airport. Overall, a total desaster. Thank you! Devamı

The room above us was very loud. They were stomping on their floor and slamming their door. We called the front desk and nothing resolved. We had to deal with that noise. Then their was kids running down the hallway and slamming the door on the floor we stayed on. Customer service needs some attention when it comes to complaints about other rooms. This no frills hotel has the huge advantage that is very close to the airport in case you have to catch a flight in the early morning. There were renovations in the front so it was a bit confusing to find it via a side street. The breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport are complimentary .

The entrance to this hotel is a disaster due to construction. It may be great when they are done, but good luck right now. The front desk nearly blew my early morning shuttle run by scratching off my name before I had checked out. It was a good price and a comfortable room but much was to be desired during their construction!

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Free breakfast--best I've ever had. Lots of choices of things to eat and plenty of seating available. The shuttle driver was so kind, friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough nice things about him and my experience at this hotel!

The initial receptionist was off-putting, no one at front desk, no appology when she showed-up, lacking in personality. May have been due to only her and the driver on duty, but the room made up for all. It was so clean, well presented, great bed and pillows! The maid, the next morning asked to help with my luggage when she saw me in the hallway the […] next morning, and then tried to refuse a tip! Close and convenient to Sea-Tac on our return flight. Minor inconvenience while they are remodeling the lobby entrance - no problem. Great breakfast and breakfast area.

Construction to redo the front entrance makes arrival a bit disconcerting although they are working on improving the signage. We're satisfied with the arrangements for leaving our car in the hotel lot. Our room was pleasant and clean but we couldn't adjust the heater to reach a satisfactory temperature and the fan was so noisy it was hard to sleep. […] People were very pleasant and tried their best. I was very disappointed! This hotel should not have the Best Western nmae! It is old, outdated and musty, very loud area able to hear neighbors

This was my 2nd stay here for meetings in nearby Des Moines. The location works great for that purpose, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the building's age is showing - the room smelled moldy and had large water stains on the ceiling, the hot water in the shower varied widely and never showed up in the sink while I was […] shaving, the TV is in a weird place that is uncomfortable to watch, and the restaurant has an exceedingly limited menu. I don't plan to stay there again, and can't recommend it, it spite of the location and low cost. Devamı

Check out the spaghetti on the kids' menu. We ate most of it cuz our kids eat like birds. Surprise: it was fantastically delicious! Kids loved the pool. We loved the hottub. Great to have a mini frig in the room. Shuttle to airport super convenient (but book early cuz it fills up). Great to have on-site restaurant and they were nice enough to warm up […] something for us from our room. Front desk people very helpful as far as things to do in Seattle. Great place for great price. Highly recommend. Only "down" we experienced is at one point after we rented a car, the lot was full and we had to park on the street but that was only a minor inconvenience, far outweighed by all the plusses. Devamı

I read reviews carefully before I book any hotel. The Best Western was one that had very good reviews, but my experience was not the same as others. The front desk was very busy with the one person on the phone. There were about 2 or 3 others standing behind the front desk and seemingly busy but no one greeted us immediately. After a quick "I'll be […] right with you" the woman at the front desk continued to answer the phone for several more minutes. There were no other people in the lobby when we came in yet it took us about ten minutes for the agent to help us, and when she did she was constantly interrupted by the phone. We felt like we were interrupting the flow of work rather than being welcome to the hotel. The Best Western is a fairly large hotel. We saw the pool and the workout room and were disappointed we didn't have time to use them. The room's carpet needed cleaning. This was several steps below the previous hotels we stayed in during the same trip. The knob on the bathroom door looked and felt dirty. Bed was the least comfortable of any we slept on during our vacation and the bedding was clean but thin. Pillows were lumpy. Finally, one of the reasons I chose the hotel was because several people had commented on how quiet it was for being close to the airport. We didn't find it to be quiet at all. We found it to be loud, both from the sound of planes rumbling outside and from children, adults, staff outside. We would not stay here again and I don't recommend it. This is our third time staying there. Everything is good except that they put the coffee machine in the bathroom .
