Room was dated but clean. Bed comfortable. Good location near interstate with easy access and no road noise. Convenient stop over.

The hotel was very old, the locks on the doors were not very secure. When I was parking a woman in a white mini van pulled up and asked me who I was. I refused to tell her then she became upset and yelled to me that she was hotel security. The continental breakfast was very poor and it felt like management was skimping on everything to save money. This was the worst experience with a hotels.com hotel I have ever had. Not only was the hotell staff uncooperative but the condition of the hotel was terrible. We will not be staying in this hotel again and will be moving past this negative experience hopefully to better times

We needed only a one night stay and found that the motel met all our needs. The location was perfect for the first night of our trip from Vancouver, Canada to the Oregon coast. We would not hesitate to use the motel services again in the future.

The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful but, the walls are thin, we could hear the gal in the next room coughing all night. So, we weren't able to sleep all that well, the location was convenient and for the price, it was as expected.

Was perfect for our shopping weekend. Excellent rates and included a continental breakfast with a good variety of items. Good location to all the major shopping areas. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was full of refinery shift workers who were hanging out in the parking lot. Was a bit intimidated by them and was awakened at 6 am when the change of shift happened. Was not impressed, thought they should have been put in one wing of the hotel so as not to disturb others instead of having rooms all over the complex

Good safe clean hotel, it is a little older and it shows in the construction etc. But overall had a great stay, felt safe, and was well rested. Thanks Best Western College Way! Would stay again if I need an economical hotel when in town again!

Rooms were clean. The cleaning service was great and brought me clean linens and towels when I asked. Check in and out was easy.

Overall a very satisfactory experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the room very comfortable. The trip to the ferry is about 40 minutes (not the 20 that they thought), but still close and easy driving. Breakfast was terrific, lots to choose from and not just white carbs! Small complaint - we had requested a pet room, and they […] do charge a per night rate, ostensibly for cleaning. My dogs had their noses to the floor all over the room suggesting that lots of dog/pet smells were "speaking" to them, and that the carpet could have been cleaner. We love the close location to the freeway, yet the farmland near by gives a sense of not being immersed in the city, while shopping is an exit away. Being an older hotel, it is priced well. The beds were uncomfortable and a bath would be preferable to just a shower. The bathroom needed a reno. The continental breakfast was good.

This was the most convenient Hotel for me in Mt Vernon. It had easy access to many of the sights I wanted to see while there. The hotel staff was friendly, my room was quiet, and I was able to get the best night sleep I've had at any hotel. I will tell other co-workers about the hotel, and the friendly staff. The main reason I chose this hotel was that it advertised T.V. with HBO. I wanted to relax and watch good movies through the evening. I had no intention of spending time trying to solve problems with the office. The remote was absolutely impossible to work with or there was a problem with the T.V. Hotel was clean. Staff courteous, and was in a central location. I would recommend this to teams as there is a large pool, and social area,"If the weather ever gets nice".

Clean. tidy, the price was right. Nice location., east to find. Do not recommend the eating establishment next door! One could do better going further afield!
