Best Western Coach House Inn - Springfield

My wife and I go to Springfield several times a year, but this is the first time we stayed here. I was pleased with the whole experience from parking in front of the room to the location on a busy street close to a freeway, but without any noise from traffic heard in our room. Staff was very friendly very nice stay for the money more home like than a motel.

Carpets need to be cleaned, bed was a little soft for me, but clean room, sufficient breakfast, easy access---restaurant next door and gas station across street.

It was really nice. Only complaint is that the walls were thin and we could here the TV of the room next door.

Enjoyed the ambiance of the site and the room. Staff also very cordial and inviting.

We always look forward to staying at Best Western Coach House. The rooms are very clean and well-attended to. Service is a top priority. Can think of nothing negative to say--it is a delight to stay here!

Breakfast offered was WONDERFUL!!!! The room was clean and Quiet - it was the latest my husband has slept in years!!!!!

This hotel was a bargain! The staff was friendly, right down to the cleaning staff. The lobby was clean and nicely appointed. The breakfast was good and the area was kept neat, clean and well-stocked. The rooms was amazingly clean and the beds were so comfy with lots of pillows. Could not ask for more!

This place is so nice and the people are awsome. The breakfast was a wide variety and the rooms and comfy and updated!!

It was great rate and a great stay

My overall experience was acceptable, however the warped exterior door in our hotel room allowed a huge gap at the top of the door jam allowing frigid air in the room all night. Also, most the food was cold for breakfast. So, . . ..

Clean and remodled. Temp hard to control in room. Still a decent value

The hotel is a nice hotel, plenty of privacy and we had a nice jaccuzi tub but it's under remodeling at this time and there was no place to eat breakfast or even sit and talk in the lobby.

Couldnt ask for more. The room was clean. Decent free breakfast. Felt safe there. Great for an over night stay.

Hotel was nice and room was smoke free. My only complaint is that the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke

Staff had room ready for us when we got there, although the heat in the room was not turned on. The hotel is under construction, sawdust everywhere inside and outside. The morning staff change over was unprofessional. The night clerk left and the day clerk helped herself to breakefast along with the hotels guests. She talked across the room ( over 20 […] feet away) to the other clerk. She bad mouthed the night clerk who had set up the breakfast table. Her personal hygiene was marginal. Devamı

Amazing value!! Ultra clean

Convenient location to the interstate and clean and comfortable accommodations for the cost. Great place to stop over for the night. Would stay there again.

My time in Springfield was only one night. I chose this hotel because of the attractive rate and the location near I-44. Although I was not extremely impressed with the exterior of the hotel, the room itself was VERY nice. I was also very impressed with the service I received from the front desk staff upon checkin. I was put off a little by the construction […] in the lobby as I was to have a meeting there, but I understand that this is progress. The new breakfast area and weight room is going to be very nice. I have now stayed here twice, as the first visit was so nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean; the facility is close to the highway and major restaurants; the staff was very friendly. This Best Western was a great find!

Super, super clean! Very nice decor, the room had been recently re-done. Freshly painted walls, clean bedding, nice furniture. The only reason I put a 4 for comfort is because the mattress was kinda hard. I will absolutely stay here again!

Even though we arrived to check-in fairly late, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The whole front of the hotel (lobby, breakfast area, meeting rooms, etc) is undergoing a major renovation and was understandably messy. But by morning it was super clean and tidy for breakfast. The hotel room itself was completely updated - from new carpet/tile, […] and bath fixtures (eco-friendly low-flow toilets!) to a really great bed, microwave and fridge. They even have a "green" TV remote! Very charming, neat, "old-school" motor lodge on the outside, but thoroughly modern on the inside. The value for the price is exceptional! A nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable and pillows were GREAT. Could have used more blankets but that's the only shortcoming.

The hotel was clean enough but there was no sound protection between rooms and I had a lot of trouble regulating the temperature in the room. They are undergoing rennovations which should have been noted on hotels.com. The breakfast room was too crowded for me to find a seat and a lot of the food was missing.

This place is a gem. My 2 cousins and an uncle and I, were travel to Oklahoma City for a funeral. I booked this on line. I think we all were a little leary as to what it would be like. I left my night gown and robe on the back of the bathroom door and figured I would never see them again. It just so happened that we stopped in Springfield on our return trip a couple days later. I inquired about robe and gown and to my surprise I got them back. Super nice motel for the money. A great value. I am considering staying here again for a future trip/vacation. A very good value. Desk staff was quite friendly and accomodating.

Pros: - Service was friendly and fast - Full breakfast in the AM - Safe location Cons: - floor was a little dirty - Bathtub drained poorly Overall a decent hotel for a quick trip. I would stay there again.

Just passing through on a road trip and this was a good place to spend the night. Clean, convenient, walked to a barbeque restaurant next door for a delicious dinner. Room had been recently refurbished and was very comfortable.

This was my first time to spend the night in a hotel room by myself and I felt very safe. I was coming from out of state and the staff worked with me so I could check in earlier, which was super nice!

We weren't happy to arrive at almost midnight and find that our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. We were too tired to complain and toughed it out but would not recommend this hotel in general.

My wife and I travel the country 6 months at a time and ths hotel is by far one of the best we have been in! Wish we could have spent more time here. I give it a 8 out of 5 stars!

Was only there for one night to catch an early morning flight. However, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Sevice was great and is close to places to eat.

Very comfortable hotel!

I have stayed at this hotel before and each time I am very please with all that it offers including price and service. They offer a wonderful choice of cold and hot breakfast item, great layout of the rooms, awesome room service, and very good rooms all at a very competitive price. fantastic, homey,friendly, warm with an old fashion feeling. Nice chatting chairs out side of your door. Great pools, comfortable beds and a nice big TV.Would strongly recommend this motel. This is a great value for the money.
