Best Western Airport Inn - Phoenix

Very convenient to the airport; loved the free 24 hour shuttle to airport. However, I had a rental car to return; motel shuttle wouldn't pick me up at the rental car center; they said I had to take the rental car shuttle to the airport and then call the motel to come pick up. Good place to stay at Phoenix airport. Clean, fresh and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and shuttle drivers. Will stay again.

Hotel conveniently located near airport with shuttle service. The price of the hotel more than paid for airport parking while we were gone. Clean, comfortable room.

Enjoyed the stay. It was a very short 12 hour stay, but the room was clean. bed was comfortable, shower was awsome and restaurant was terrific. Will deffinately be back on our next trip to Phoenix..

Business hotel that didn't offer a newspaper. It did have 1 local newspaper vending machine that was mostly empty. No places nearby where a paper could be purchased. Restaurant food was ho-hum and overpriced.

Location in Phx next to airport Sky Harbor was very nice had good food but no newspaper or breakfast included so was a little pricey!!

The Hotel was great, service was excellent and personnel were friendly and helpful.

Convenient hotel for Sky Harbor airport. Thought the noise from airport and freeway would be an issue but pleasantly surprised at the quietness.

..Not an upscale place,, but very clean. Bar looked very nice, though didnt spend any time there. Actually hit the outside hot -tub for 30 minutes; was actually "hot" and well taken care of..checked me in early, but didnt offer shuttle service-except to the airport. A plus would be to get your guests downtown and back. Overall not bad.

My stay was comfortable. The shower head was dripping and should be looked at. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would have enjoyed a continental breakfast instead of coffee and granola bars from 3am to 7am. The shuttle to the airport was great. I stayed at the hotel twice in 3 weeks. A basic hotel, simple & adequate for the traveller. The rooms are clean & pleasant. We stayed because we had an early flight from the airport, which is ten minutes down the road.The hotel offers a shuttle if required. The only thing that was not good was the airport noise. I think it was somewhat softened because the walls are pretty solid in this hotel. I don't think I'd use it for more than a stay to be near the airport. The independent restaurant attached was pretty good -- both the food and the service.

We stayed at this hotel one night on the way to Hawaii and one night on the way back. The staff was very helpful and we loved the resturant attached to the hotel (the Roadhouse). We had an early flight out of Phoenix, and we dropped our car at Sky Harbor the prior night, and our pickup from the hotel was prompt as was the early morning (4A.M.) departure van. The hotel staff had hot drinks, fruit. and granola bars ready for us. The restaurant and lounge at the hotel were good places for relaxation and food.

Nice room , great bed , had a nice sleep after along night. Ate a bar , good food .

I booked hotel to be close to airport and it was only one night, so I thought it can't be too bad. I was very pleasantly surprised. Clean hotel and great staff. I would stay there again.

Very convenient to the Sky Harbor airport. Unfortunately, not close to anything else; however, the restaurant next door was nice.

This hotel is convenient if you want to have a clean room before you take a morning flight. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The drawback is the proximity to the airport and the highway. If you are a light sleeper, the noise will keep you awake. I If you are a femaie traveling alone, be aware that rooms in one section of the hotel have […] exterior doors into the dark, back parking lot. Be aware that there is no elevator. If you have large, heavy luggage, and you end up with a room on the second floor, you will be hauling them up the stairs. Devamı

Hotel is showing its age. Main complaints with this hotel are no complimentary breakfast (there is a restaurant co-located with this property that they apparently want to steer business to) and wireless internet reception that totally sucked. I was on the ground floor fairly close to the lobby and would have expected better wireless reception, but it […] was marginal at best. Not good for business people who need to check e-mails and other things. Also - air conditioning didn't work. I had to crack the window to get cool air in the evening. Considering the hotel is from the 70s, the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is near the airport and the highway so it can be loud but that is the other side of convenience. The shuttle service to and from was very helpful. Nice lounge. For a night before an early morning flight it does the job nicely.

This is the closest hotel to the Phoenix airport and has shuttle service. It is totally adequate, but nothing special. The room was a little musty and/or smokey smelling but seemed clean enough. The restaurant food was good and the service was friendly and prompt. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

This was perfect for our one-night stay after flying into Phoenix. It is very close to the airport and their shuttle was prompt in picking us up. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we need to fly into or out of Phoenix in the future.

We almost always stay at this hotel whenever we have an early morning or late evening flight in/out of PHX/Phoenix. There is free internet available in the lobby for last minute details. If you have a flight out of Phoenix Airport and need somewhere to spend the night this hotel is excellent value for money. 5 minutes ride to the airport on an excellent shuttle service. Rooms are clean & confortable and the staff are friendly.

The room was exceptionally clean and the location is very convenient to the airport. The neighborhood isn't the greatest, but we didn't have any problems.

This hotel is a close to the airport - but isolated with no restaurants, gas stations, bars etc within walking range. The building is nice but aging. My room was clean and the bed was very nice. The TV was an older model but with a large screen and good remote. The internet worked well. The place does have a restaurant and bar on property. Missed a flight, and needed a hotel with a shuttle that was clean and comfortable. The BW Airport fit both! they were prompt in picking us up (was traveling with my daughter and 6 year old grandson) the room was fresh and clean, the bathroom was spotless. Airport pick up is as important as staying in the hotel, in my opinion. They were prompt both coming and going, unlike their competitors down the road. Room was fine except that it smelled like clorox when I first went in. Lack of elevator could be a little inconvenient for some but there's only 2 floors so if you can't lug your own suitcase up and […] down you brought too much stuff. I have no complaints. The room did not have any bad odors. The bathroom was clean (no left over hairs from previous guest). There was a resturant right beside hotel which you could walk to from inside of the hotel. I have to admit that hotel is perfect for the neat freaks and people who are obsessive compulsive about cleanliness.

pleasant stay...close to all

This was my second stay and I love how convenient the inn is for travelers! The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The restaurant and bar are attached, the airport shuttle works very efficently, and I can leave my car safely on the property at no extra charge until I return. It's perfect!

The carpets throughout are well past the cleaning stage. They need to be replaced.

Nice lobby, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed with clean linens and duvet and no creepy old bedspread. Convenient location. It's nice to have a restaurant and lounge in the hotel...something so many hotels at this price don't have anymore. The restaurant atmosphere and food were not the greatest, but fine for a basic sandwich or salad. The […] lounge was nice with a clubby atmosphere, and is a preferable place to eat. Amenities like soaps and shampoos are typical of Best Western chain, and lag behind other hotels of the same price. Overall I was comfortable here and would stay here again. Devamı

Thsi hotel was conveniently loated close to the airport. They offer a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The pool w3as an addeed bonus since it w3as 105 degrees when we arrived. The staff were friendly. the hotel had a fridge which was also a bonus and there is a restaurant and bar on site. I would definitely stay there again.
