Nothing big, just a few little things. The toilet seat was up and had not been flushed. It still bothers me when the hotel is pushing to go green and ask that you don’t have your sheets and towels washed if it’s not necessary, but in every room I have stayed at in this facility the bathtub faucet drips. I stayed in a suite my last visit to this fine establishment and was more than pleased and satisfied. The room was spacious and had everything one would need for an extended stay (ref, microwave, sink, etc) The suite was very clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets and linens were clean and first rate. The staff at […] the hotel was exceptional. The front desk personnel were very mannerly and did their job quickly to get you to your room. The maids were friendly and willing to assist if you needed help. As always my stay at this Hotel was great. I do wonder about the emphasis on going green that is posted in all of the rooms concerning the washing of towels and linens. Kind of hard to fully appreciate this effort when every room I have stayed in, in this hotel has a leaking bathtub faucet.

"Best on the Belt"
I have stayed at most of the hotels on the Beltline. I find that Microtel for me is the best for the money. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and adequate for my business needs. I highly recommend this facility.

"Microtel is like Money in your pockets"
I was going on a quick trip and knew I wouldn't be doing much but crashing in my room, so I saved myself $40 by going with a microtel. Do yourself a favor and evaluate how much time you'll spend in your room and go with a cheap, clean option like this Microtel! We had to be moved from our first room because there was black residue on the bed that appeared to have been blown out of the air conditioner.
"Microtel on the Beltline in Decatur, thumbs down"
First of all the staff was very friendly and I have no complaints with them. However the linens (towels & sheets) were dingy and stained and in my opinion should have been replaced long ago. The comode was not clean at all and not to go into great detail but had obvious urine build-up where the seat attaches to the bowl! - EWWW! "Great for the price!"
This was much better than we expected. More room than in other Microtel Inns. We had a suite with a nice kitchenette, comfortable queen bed, nice sitting area and large bathroom. Very clean.

This hotel is a little ways back from its competitors but it is worth it. Very Clean room and a very nice staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Very clean. Good beds. Great price. Only things negative were no hairdryer and it was maybe 8 miles from the interstate. Those were minor compared with the great quality. Would definitely stay here again.

I had never stayed at this chain before, but will certainly consider them up in the future. Although this particular hotel was a bit off of our route, it was definitely worth the drive. Convenient location to shopping and resturants. Clean room. Expected vending operating well. Low noise despite sold out hotel with tons of kids in town for sporting event. Cheap room without giving up class or comfort!

The beds were very comfy-pool was nice and clean-front desk person was very helpful-not convenient off and on the expressway, a little far but worth the extra drive.

Nothing about this hotel stands out other than the Internet. Lightning fast and unthrottled. Everything else was "as expected".

The room was convenient and clean, but it was farther from the Interstate than I expected it to be. Otherwise, it was just fine and reasonable in cost.

This hotel is clean and comfortable and seemed to be in a good neighborhood. The rooms look just as pictured-not real big but plenty of room, enough for our family of four. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. Heat lamps in bathrooms are a very nice touch. No hairdryer but I had my own so not a problem. Beds were VERY comfortable. WiFi worked great. […] Breakfast was good. They did have sausage gravy and biscuits along with fruit, bagels, cereal, muffins, coffee, milk and juice. If they were to add bacon or eggs it would be perfect. Cookies at night were really good. Nice touch. Pool was separate from the hotel, across the back parking lot. It was not a problem though. The pool area was well maintained and the gazebo was nice. This hotel reminded me of the Holiday Inn Express hotels we usually stay in. We weren't sure if this hotel would be good because there weren't many reviews but we are SO glad we took the chance. "Best Place to Stay in Decatur"
Wonderful front desk. Always trying to please. The pool is in the back of the hotel and it's wonderful. The only thing is the breakfast needs some inproving.

The hotel staff at our hotel in Decatur were all so nice, helpful and friendly. The mattresses are VERY comfortable. Easy access to room and parking close to the hotel entrance was much appreciated.
