The staff was OK, but they seemed to be anxious for us to leave even though we left well before check out. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was ok. Kind of sparse and no protein... not even yogurt :/

When I first arrived I realized quickly that the room I was in had toe nails all over the floor. It was disgusting. I called the front desk and they said they would move me to a clear room right away. They were very apologetic. The room had no bedside lights which made it difficult at night to walk around and no clock. perhaps this room was being prepared for remodel. Don't believe I will stay on there on my return trip .

Loved the hotel hated the pillows hard thin, two didn't make one normal pillow.

LOVED IT! I will look for Microtel on my future trips if this hotel is any indication of the standards that they keep.It was super plush and comfortable in the room. It was handily off the freeway and in the immediate Airport area..

The price of the room was much lower than surrounding hotels. Plus 2weeks of airport parking for $20 almost paid for the room. Service was great. Very clean rooms. Great value.

Unfortunately, our iphone map function couldn't locate the address for the motel, but we finally figured it out even tho the standard map given out by the rental car agency did noy go west of the airport (where the motel is located). I would rate this hotel higher than most other people have. We stayed one night and were looking for a comfortable, quiet night and that's exactly what we received. It is not a fancy place however the room was clean, the shower had good water pressure, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. Grant it, the decor left something to be desired, but we […] don't care about that. We could either have food delivered or go out for food. Menu's were in the room for local restaurants that deliver. great bed! very friendly, polite staff. carpet is worn on the 3rd floor and breakfast is minimal. it was just what we needed for an overnight.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the airport. For an additional $15 we left our car at the hotel and used their shuttle service to and from the airport. On the return trip our plan was delayed and our arrival time was past their shuttle service cut-off. I called the hotel and they told us to take a taxi at the hotel's expense. Also we had […] a dead battery on our car when we got ready to leave the next morning. The staff lent us jumper cables to jump the battery instead of having an expensive tow or repair bill. I would like to thank the staff at Microtel Inn & Suites for taking care of my sick mother. We were going to the U hospital but got delayed by a day with weather. Made the reservation thru expedia and when we arrived seeing the struggle my mother was in and could hardly walk. The shuttle driver ran to the door to help me and my mom. He even carried […] our bags from our car to our room. They we able to give us room on front floor which was very nice of them even though they have an elevator. The front desk even gave us the keys to our room so my mother could go in her room and lay down first before checking in. Touched by the care of the staff at Microtel, I wanted to leave a tip but they both refused saying "it was their duty and they couldn't accept money of doing their job" I was really touched. Later I found out the driver was the G.M of the property, he is surely leading by example and it reflects. In the morning again, a different driver come to our room to carry our bags to our car and made sure we knew where we were going & how to get there. Breakfast was excellent, room was nice, clean, big and comfy. My mother felt just at home during her stay at the hotel and wanted to personally thank the staff at Microtel Inn. I will be back at this property again. They have won my heart over with their care and respect of their elders. I will be back at this location as we travel to SLC quite often. I will also be telling everyone the generosity of this hotels staff and management. Devamı

Perfect stay! Stayed here for 3 nights in December. The room were nice, big and clean. The front desk was very efficient in helping us,giving directions to restaurants in the area, attractions and must see sites. They even went out of their way to make sure we knew where we were going. Downtown is just about 10 minutes away. Being closest property to […] the airport there was no noise from freeway or airplanes flying in and out of airport. Breakfast was a pleasure with great presentation. Definitely stay here if looking at a airport property. Clean, fresh smelling, friendly staff and free breakfast with great value! I am such an easy person to please at a hotel/motel. All I want after a 12 hour drive is a clean bed...I don't need a clean bathroom, clean floor or even a Continental breakfast. My boyfriend and I stayed here on a trip to CA and we booked it because they allow dogs and we had ours on this trip. We stopped in on a Tuesday night and the room was fine--nothing […] fancy but I was happy with it. On our trip back we stayed here again and they ended up giving us the same room. When we opened up the bed that we had slept in five days before...it was dirty!! It still had our dogs (or we hope it was our dogs) hair in it!! This is absolutely unacceptable. This is just a warning to anyone thinking about staying here! If you don't mind a dirty bed, the rest of the hotel is acceptable and in a great location. Devamı

I was a regular at SUPER 8, after last horrible experience their (dirty, smelly, felt I was being a pain when I had a question for front desk or checking in), I decided to give MICROTEL INN a try. I must say, I was VERY IMPRESSED and beyond satisfied, I was treated as I was the only guest while I was at the front desk. Check in was a breeze into a warm […] welcoming lobby. The staff was very friendly, accomodating to our each request and the shuttle driver went extra mile to make sure we were able to get where we wanted to get. The room was super clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast in the morning was more than the usual continental breakfast, they had eggs, waffles etc. lot of choices for both old and young travelers. I am in slc 15-20 days out of a month for business trip and I couldn't be happier with my stay. I would personally like to thank the management and the staff at MICROTEL INN for taking such a good care of me and still believing in the old golden rule of good customer care. Only complaint is that the shuttle was not running. Make sure and call the front desk to schedule a pickup and drop off prior to arriving or departing the hotel otherwise get a cab and have the front desk reimburse you.

Amazing place. Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly and safe. Checked in was quick and super easy. All requests were honored. Front desk was friendly even after check in. We were greeted every time we passed by the lobby. No noise from the airport even though they share a fence with the airport boundary. Breakfast in the morning was well stocked, area was […] clean and tidy. Lot of choices for breakfast compared to other budget hotels. Great value for money. Beds were super comfortable and extra towels are always a huge plus. Will be back to see you guys again in few months.
