Bostonda üç gecelik konaklamamız sırasında otelin şehir merkezinde olması ve konforundan memnun kaldık. Ücretsiz wi-fi hizmetinin olmaması bir eksiklik.

Son derece kibar ve aktif ekib mevcut . Sabah kahvaltısı almak istemezseniz , bedava çay , kahve servisi var . Çok güzel bir cadde üzerinde , etrafta çok güzel restaurantlar ve alışveriş merkezleri bulunuyor. Tavsiye ederim .

Small and cozy, easy to get to off the highway. there is a resturaunt less than 200 feet from the place with good food.
"A nice place to sleep"
The hotel was fine. I was a bit worried when I walked into the lobby and the receptionist was literally yelling at a customer into the phone, but other than that the hotel was OK. The breakfast was not super -- the bacon was flimsy and not good and the eggs were little egg disks.

I liked the big size of the room, and the king bed quality and pillows was not bad for a 3-star. Good deal in general for a 3-star in quality and price. Only thing is it is a hike from the Boston area, a minimum of 30-35min.

Easy access to major roads. Convenient to dining locations. Large spacious, clean room. Very satisfied.

The main good thing is very close to highway and easy to find. A good restaurant is just next to the hotel.

"Best Western Chelmsford"
We chose to stay at this hotel for the convenience of its location and its reasonable price. We booked a few weeks in advance. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that we were on the first floor right next to the breakfast cafe and ice machine. In retrospect, I should have complained and asked to have us moved. The early morning noise […] was very disruptive. Also, the heating unit in the room was very noisy. The remote control for the tv did not work well, and we did not get many channels. "The "Best Western" quality was not worth the price"
For the price, This “Best Western” hotel was not a very good experience. Carpet had stains, hotel looked old and not very well maintained. For the same price I checked in different hotel that was very presentable, clean front office and clean rooms.

From begining to end this hotel sucks, the room location, safety, condition and maintance and breakfast all is like cheap model by the side of highway. this guy charge like Marriot but doesn't provide any such service, the receptionist was rude lady. i will not recommend anyone to this hotel in this price

"Nto what was expercted"
I did a serch to get a hotel near the airport...I found myself 20 plus miles away in a run down hotel...children running up and down the hall all night. In the morning I went to use the 1 computer available and it was being use and the Beotch wouldn't get off for one min for me to print something...I then asked the front desk if I could use one of there […] computers real quick adn they told me NO!!! very rude and unfriendly HORRIBLE EXPERENCE!! "Mixed Bag"
Excellent staff service--friendly and helpful with suggestions for local restaurants. The front desk offered late checkout for those participating in the Baystate Marathon and that was very much appreciated. Lots of dining options nearby and the hotel is convenient to the highway. On the down side, we were required to sign a form for a non-smoking […] room but it reeked of leftover cigarette smoke and the rugs had cigarette burns. We could barely stay the night the smell was so offensive. The location was good and the price was okay; I'd find another place next time rather than sleep in that room again. Devamı
"Good service, good room for the money,"
The hotel service was excellent and the room was clean. The bed was not very comfortable, in fact it felt lumpy and hard. I don't know if it was a real mattress, but the "king sized bed" seemed to have blankets piled on one another under the sheets to hide something. I didn't look.
