BEST WESTERN PLUS SEACLIFF INN - Aptos

The staff was very accomodating. The breakfast was great. Convenient location to freeway, restaurants, ocean and mountain biking. Rooms were clean. Enjoyed the patio. Loved it. Can't wait to go back.

What a beautiful hotel and so affordable!! The landscaping and the layout of the hotel was so much fun. I could relax in my room enjoy looking at the pool or just take 5 steps and be in the lovely pool area. We had a fantastic time and it had lots to do with how nice this hotel was. I would recommend it to anyone.

The heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our boys. They went swimming and we were very comfortable around the pool deck on lounge chairs.

The hotel staff was courteous and the room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that we could barely sleep with the club being right there.....we had drunken guest yelling and screaming in hte hallways until all hours in the mornig!! It was not a rrestful evening

Employees were very friendly and courteous.Food and atmosphere was great.The room was clean and nice except the bed was hard.Their was way to many kids early in the morning screaming and slamming doors,I think the kids where their Because of a soccer tournament.If their were springs on the doors then they couldn't be slammed and wake people up.Over-all […] I would go back and hope it isn't noisy the next time because it is a nice place. We had an enjoyable stay. We loved the grounds especially the waterfall and koi pond. There was plenty of variety at the complimentary breakfast. The state beach that was nearby was amazing, we saw dolphins and pelicans.

The hotel was very accommodating about allowing us to check in early. We arrived around 1:30pm for a 4pm wedding and the Front Desk was very gracious checking with Maid Service and letting us know it wuld be a short wait before we could check-in. Fifteen minutes later, we were unpacking our luggage and getting dressed for the wedding! The room was beautiful […] too, clean, spacious, extremely comfortable. Our visit's purpose was to go to the Capitola beach and have a couple of days with friends who also stayed at the Seacliff Inn. The grounds are fun, the pool is nice and the hot tub hot! They have a koi fish pond and a bridge you walk over, and the complimentary breakfast is well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much, located convieniently near grocery […] shopping, too. Devamı

The breakfast was a bit cold but the room comfortable and quiet, the landscape beautiful, and it was family friendly.We will stay here again.

This was an awesome place to stay. It was recommended by a friend of mine. She and I were old neighbors in San Jose. She now lives in Capitola and I live in Mukilteo Wa. Hotel property was well maintained; nice landscaping. Restaurant was great; outdoor seating area was relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall a nice quiet stay ! The room was a little dusty ! The jacuzzi tub could of had better jet placement n better pressure but 4 the price cant complain ! It was a 3 starr hotel trying 2 make its self look like a 5 starr! Bed was verry comfortable but dont think the neighbors appreciated the bedpost ! This is my second time staying here and I’ve been very happy with it both times. I’m kind of a stickler when it comes to staying at hotels. One, because I am Deaf, I called ahead both times requesting alerting devices be set up in my room. Also, with my service dog that comes with me where ever I go, they have been extremely courteous and kind in providing […] me a room downstairs near a grass area. With being Deaf, I can’t tell you how difficult it is to find a Hotel that carry alerting devices (sadly, some don‘t even know what I‘m talking about), an ADA requirement for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing. The only downfall is that there are no elevators. Which, for people who are disabled and/or have mobility problems, or in a wheelchair, you would need to make sure and request for a downstairs room. Thus far, I haven't had any problems with getting a room downstairs. Devamı

The pillows and comforter felt very comfortable. The "continental" breakfast included, cereal, french toast, waffles, hot sausage links and patties, scrambled eggs, fruits, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, etc. Great selection for "Continental"! The staff were wonderful! The lady that helped us during breakfast was super excellent. The roomed smelled […] like cleaning chemicals which was a bit unpleasant since I had a baby with me. This hotel is comprised of a number of buildings that surround the small but inviting pool and jacuzzi. The layout shuts out the outside world, which gives an air of welcome seclusion. Outstanding, conveniently located, lovely buffet breakfast, gorgeous koi pond. Comfortable & roomy rooms. Very pleasant, welcoming staff. Efficient. Two minor maintenance problems: bathroom door scraped on tile floor significant; minor loosening of toilet seat. No towel bars or ceiling exhaust fan in bathroom. We arrived on Tuesday, half price meals in the wonderful Severino's Restaurant, free cocktail ticket with our meal, breakfast on the house in the morning. Will be back!

I stayed at this hotel to attend a birthday party in the area. When I arrived I was pleased to see how clean and well kept the grounds and rooms were. I had a very tasty, affordable lunch on the patio overlooking the Koi pond. That evening, I enjoyed the live entertainment in the hotel bar. I usually stay at 4 stars or above but because it was Valentine's Day weekend, everything was sold out. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Awesome restaurant, friendly staff, clean rooms, had very practical things (make up cleaner, etc). I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing weekend at a laid-back place.

This was an unexpected pleasure! We live an hour from the property and decided to spend the night when we found out the restaurant we had a gift certificate for was in a Best Western. When we checked in, they gave us 2 drink tickets for the bar and 2 breakfast coupons. Happy hour at the restaurant was 4:30-6:30 with a jazz band starting at 6pm. Happy […] hour was a small set up of veggies and cheese fries. We didn't even expect food. The band was great. The restaurant was absolutely delicious. All the staff were wonderful. The hotel was in an good area. At night it was quiet with little or no foot traffic in the area. You would have never been able to tell you were just off the freeway based on the noise. During the day there was a little more traffic as it is near the freeway, but the majority of the bustle was at the shopping center across the street(which was actually […] very convenient.) The hotel staff was courteous. The complimentary breakfast buffet was satisfactory. A few other members of the wedding party I was in were also staying at the hotel, so we visited the bar/lounge Friday night. We were the youngest people in the bar by about thirty years, but that actually made the whole experience pretty entertaining. We walked to the dive across the street, The Windjammer, for a few drinks as well. That was equally entertaining. As for the room, it was also satisfactory. I've definitely had more nicely appointed rooms for a far cheaper price, but it was Labor Day weekend, so that must count for something. The floor, bed, and bathroom were all clean and neat. All appliances(hair dryer and iron included) worked. The other hotel guests were mostly quiet(except for the lusty pair that woke me up Sunday morning). Overall, I'm glad I chose to spend a few more dollars and stay at the Seacliff; it was conveniently near to the venue I was going to in Aptos, and the hotel was in a great location for someone visiting the area. This was a great hotel for the price! They had great live music and a great relaxing bar. The free breakfast was great too! Also, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It wasn't a Ritz Carlton, but the price was perfect too! I highly recommend this one for a Santa Cruz weekend trip.

We got a room with a pool view although we could still hear the highway in the distance. They had a requested crib in the room for my toddler. The whole inn was very well maintained. It was a great experience.
