I recommend this hotel, It's nice, has nice service, clean, convinient, It's really good over all!

Very clean but otherwise pretty average.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms relatively spacious, and the hotel has all the comforts for a business traveler. My one complaint is the wireless internet has a limited bandwith, and was very slow.

we were there for the USA wrestling tournament and there was a TON of kids there and i know the staff must have been stressed but they were amazing, courteous towards all people in our party. We will be back next year!!

If you are doing anything at the Fresno Convention center or Selland Arena this is the place to stay. It is literally across the street. There aren't a ton of great resturaunts in walking distance but it was a good trade off. I am not a big fan of the "Sleep number" beds but that could be a personal preference. The Radisson Hotel, while located conveniently to those doing business in the court system, was clean but very disappointing. On the plus side, the restaurant's food was good and the Sleep Number beds are awesome. On the negative side, the rooms are poorly designed and need an update. The bathroom is configured poorly. A few suggestions: move the coffee […] pot into the bed portion of the suite, locate the sink in the middle of the vanity, install a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, hang another mirror in the bed portion of the room so that two people could get ready at the same time. Also, a new bar of soap would be appreciated, as would a notepad, a pen, a shower cap. If you decide to visit Fresno, put those items in your suitcase! Devamı

I read some of the reviews that complained about the neighborhood before my arrival. The managers who responded are correct, it is a commercial district. I did not walk around at night, but I didn't see any homeless or, really, anyone else walking around. There weren't really any nearby attractions to which I'd walk anyway. One thing, though, they don't […] usually put Jaguar/Range Rover dealerships in bad neighborhoods (one was across the street from the hotel), at least where I live. Just keep one thing in mind: You're in downtown Fresno, not Times Square in New York. The interior of the hotel and my room could have easily been mistaken for a 3 1/2 star place. The only real differences were the blankets and the bathroom (definitely 3 star). Otherwise, everything was pretty nice. No HD TV, but that is really an exception for a 3 star place, not the rule in my experiences (I travel for business a lot). The TV that *was* there could hardly be described as small, though. The only thing I would add is something I think someone else noted... there needs to be more electrical plugs in the room. I had just enough for myself, but if I was traveling with anyone else, there wouldn't have been enough. Devamı

Inside the hotel is VERY pretty. But I did not get the picture I was shown. I believe they show you the picture of a suite then give you the smallest room. Do NOT get a room near the elevator, you hear the "ding" sound every time and people are not quiet when exiting. The room was clean. But I was truly disappointed in the heated pool being NOT heated […] and 1/2 the staff was clueless about it. My kids and I waited 30 mins for maintentence to show up to give me the 30 seconds of yeah it's broken, sorry. Had I not been mislead by the advertisement, I would have been much happier. Devamı

The surrounding neighborhood was a little run down and at night I didn't feel safe driving around. The sleep number beds are not comfortable. My fiancee and I spent about 30 minutes trying to find our correct number and in the morning our backs were hurting. All the sleep number bed is is an air mattress inside a household bed.

Nice hotel, comfertable room and very comfertable bed. No breakfast at all is problematic. I would expect in this class of hotel to serve breakfast. I will recommand this hotel only on a sale price, otherwise its too expensive for a family.

This place needs to use Obama's proposed tax breaks for capital investments to do several things: 1) put slip-covers over the flowery couches (they look super old and outdated) 2) buy flat panel televisions 3) fix the fire alarm (it went off at 4:30am when I was there--twice) 4) add more plugs in the room -- I had to pull out the bed-side table to be […] able to plug in my cell phone charger. Good things: The hotel has a super-friendly staff (other than the apology letter I received from the Management which seemed to dodge acceptance of responsibility that the fire alarm system needs an update), the bathroom is pretty nice, hotel was pretty quiet. Nice people, The hotel is not new but clean and in good condition. I'm not sure what else is available in Fresno but this was a safe choice.

Room was comfortable. Sleep number bed a definite plus. Restaurant food and service was excellent. Hotel has a nice lobby area where groups can meet.

Nice hotel. very friendly and accommodating staff. We arrived late 9:30 PM. The restaurant had closed but they agreed to serve us via room service anyway. The food was very good too. The one bad thing is the hotel's location... in a marginal neighborhood. On our second night, someone was being questioned by the police at the hotel entrance. Right across the street from the conference center it is the most convenient place to stay if you are attending a conference or show. There is everything you need on site; coffee shop restaurant, gift shop. That being said the there is nothing else in this part of town as far as dining and entertainment is concerned.

Great place to stay. Everything available onsite. Restaurant, pool, etc. No need to leave.

I called to inquire about long distance rates from the room to be told "sir, look in the black book on the desk". Well, I had, and it didn't say. She told me I'd need to call the phone company becuase she didn't know. I spend a hundred nights or so a year in hotels - this was unacceptable. I picked this hotel for its proximity to the courts. When we checked in we realized that we were some of the few sighted guests. The California Council for the blind had chosen the venue for a conference. We were very impressed with the manner in which the dining room staff handled these guests. My husband has a cochlear implant and a hearing aid yet […] the waitress told him exactly where his plate was and where his glass was and when it was time for coffee where his coffee cup was. We remarked about this to each other. A woman at a nearby table explained. Many of the attendees at the conference were both sight and hearing impaired. The waitress had seen my husband's hearing aid and assumed he was also sight impaired. We were told later that this group had stayed at this hotel before. I can see why. The staff on the whole were well trained and helpful to all guests. We did not expect this in a small town and at such a reasonably priced hotel. Devamı

there was a conference of blind people ongoing and the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff was overwhelming

The hotel was clean and had a friendly staff. The only issue was that I had to call the Front Desk to have my thermostat adjusted. It was only blowing in hot air. I called and it was fixed in 10 minutes or less. I little noise from guest in the hall way, but overal this is a very good hotel and the price is reasonable.

They advertise about the sleep number beds, but mine didn't work... a little disappointing.

Stayed for jury duty and it was a nice hotel and very convenient.

A nice hotel with a bit more atmosphere than you'll find in most Fresno hotels. A huge atrium with a waterfall.

Generally a nice hotel with free parking, bar and good sized room. Restaurant wasn't bad for dinner and bar good. Nice customer service on desk. Two things - the bed firmness can be adjusted - don't do it too much or it collapses and has to be unplugged to reset! This feature seems pointless. Also the water feature is nice but noisy. excellent service with very friendly staff, hotel rooms are large and very clean, This is a beautiful hotel, with excellent service and very friendly staff, ready to help you at any given time, my luggage was delayed until next day,upon my late check-in they provided me with basics, untill my luggage arrived next day. On Friday night the hotel was full of church convention goers with lots of children in attendance and many seemed to have no idea how to keep their voices down in a hotel and their voices carried quite far. As a result they kept me up until 1:00 o'clock in the morning.

Although far from restaurants and other activity in Fresno, if you need to be in or close to downtown, this hotel is an excellent buy and has all the amenities to make your stay and enjoyable and comfortable one (although my breakfast wasn't very good). The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the late check out was appreciated.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room service was fairly priced and worth the money. I paid the same for room service as I did when going out to eat elsewhere. The only complaint I have is that the pool water smelled a bit like oil. However, the spa was fantastic, the sauna was clean and comfortable, […] and the fitness center was apt. The location was perfect for my business trip as I was only a short walk from where I needed to be, so parking was not an issue. I feel that this hotel is worth the few extra dollars for the cleanliness, locale, and friendly staff. Devamı

right across the street from the arena so it was great for that but nothing else around but industrial and office buildings. The lobby is nice but our room could have been cleaner.

Groot businesshotel, beschikt over veel voorzieningen, zoals roomservice en redelijk zwembad. Verder bevindt zich in het hotel een Starbucks, een restaurant met Pizzahut en een kapper. Het hotel bevindt zich ook in het business gebied van Fresno. Nadeel is dat er geen leuke restaurants op loop afstand zijn. Luxe hotel, maar je betaalt ook voor elke […] extra. Nydelig rom med kjempedeilige senger! God plass til en familie med to vokse og to tenåringer. Vi spiste middag på hotellet. Veldig god mat med en fantastisk salatbuffet. Vi hadde lagt inn en overnatting i Fresno på vei fra Yosemite til Los Angeles. Opplevde en by uten noe som helst liv på kveldstid. Rundt hotellet var det ingenting! Vi fant faktisk […] ikke en eneste åpen restaurant. I løpet av en 10 minutters spasertur i den retningen vi var blitt fortalt var "sentrum" så vi to biler... (!). Men hotellet var fint og ga oss et avslappende døgn på vei mot LA. Devamı
