Pool and hot tub was great! as was whirlpool in room!

Pool was out of service and when I checked out I asked if the coffee was fresh,clerk replied that she thought it was.not getting a clear answer I asked her when it was made,she said it was made before her shift starting at midnight.5hr coffee is not fresh.

People were nice, room was clean and the location was good.

We checked in at about 10PM local time. It is about 1.5 hours from Chicago and right near all the things to do in Michigan City, IN and New Buffalo, MI. the room was clean and in order. the staff was friendly(although very limited interaction with them), It's a little difficult to find at night, but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Maybe it was just a bad day for the staff, the first room was dirty with beds not made and towels on the floor, so we called and we were given a different room on a different floor, we setteled in then realized the air conditioner was broken! The staff was apologetic but in the end only gave us a little less then 50% off our bill!

hotel was ok for price but the bed sheets felt damp the carpeting was dirty we kept our socks on to walk in the room breakfast was ok that is about it

Good value for the money. Hotel was clean, service was excellent. Nice pool. Continental breakfast was good.

It is good to hear from the reception that Michigan passes a legislation to ban smoking in all hotels. The room and hallway is really smoke free. The bathroom is clean and queen size beds are comfortable. I like it. Instead of staying over in Chicago, New Buffalo is a good overnight stop before driving back to Toronto.

Good location. Staff not friendly at all. Room seemed clean enough, but had a very bad smell to it. Over-priced.

Nothing fancy, seems clean and the price was right. I'd stay there again.

Really poor customer service

This hotel is located behind another hotel and a little hidden from the road. It offered quiet a bit of privacy. The staff was friendly and the room clean. Everything was perfect until bedtime. We felt every single spring in the mattress; and although there were only about 3 or 4 guests in the entire hotel at the time of our stay, we ended up hearing […] the guests above us stomping around all night long. Staff very helpful, breakfast enough, and location good. Clean and new. Would stay there again, definately.

This was our first time staying here. We enjoyed the pool area and thought that the room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast and free coffee. We would stay here again and have already suggested it to others.

We were there for a one night stay while attending a wedding. Hotel was nice and clean. Would stay again. The price was a bargain.

Great location and friendly service! We arrived Saturday night late. Easy to find location. Casino is close by. Not a problem at registration. Rate was a fair value. Clean and quiet. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and everything was available. We reccomend this hotel and will stay here again.

A little off the beaten path but the town is small enough where it doesn't really matter. Pool was very nice and hotel was clean. Also a shuttle picks up at the comfort Inn next door and takes you to the Casino which was very convenient. Doesn't have the location or the view of the hotels down town but I would stay here again anytime.

A little noisy at times -- breakfast buffet did not look very appealing or appetizing

Everything was fine/expected for this 3-star hotel except the awful smell of smoke that was caked in both rooms I booked. The problem was that I think the cleaning staff might smoke while they change the rooms out. The other issues were that the plumbing didn't work very well and there were some obvious "we'll fix that later" types of holes and other […] "isms" to the room. Otherwise, if you need a place to stay for a bachelor party, this would work just fine. You're only there to sleep any way, and by sleep I mean pass out. Devamı

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. My only complaint is that their internet access was not working and that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. I was pleased with how close the hotel was to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

My only main complaint was that the TV was having major issues and we could only get a few stations - and none of them were major network stations. Plus the reception was bad. Otherwise, there were a few things knocked off of the wall - (trim hiding the lamp cords) and the lamps beside our beds were unplugged when we got there and we had to move the […] night stand out to plug it in. Not overly impressed with the price we paid for the room. Should have been much cheaper. Otherwise, quiet, clean, and would stay there again, but at a much cheaper room rate. Devamı

The Hotel was very nice and clean. We had a good time during our stay and would stay ther any time. Great value also.

this hotel meet all my needs. clean,quiet,and very close to casino. my tip to all of uzz"z is if it's late don't expect to get something to eat in town the town close's up at midnight

Was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Was barely a step up from motel 6. And the hot tub in the room was a joke. Thin walls and woods behind my room. Hotel reaked of smoke and a lot of creepy people walking around. Hated it and will never ever go back!

Nice hotel, great location and price. Would stay there again if needed. Better then most and I have stayed at three others in the area. Enjoyed breakfast and easy in getting around. Hope to stay longer next time. Rob

The hotel was nice and very clean.We were able to check in a little early which was nice. I forgot a razor and was able to get one at the desk. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The heating unit in the bedroom was loud making it a little difficult to sleep . I also left a pair of dress shoes in my room after checkout and somehow they disappea […] red. Devamı

This hotel is very close to the casino, but way over priced for the condition of the rooms. They are very outdated and the hotel has a smoke smell everywhere we went. We were quite dissappointed...
