Good hotel close to the airport. Good food and breakfast in the hotel with a nice bar lounge where you can get some snacks and small disches.10 min walk to Zaventem center where you will find lots of restaurants and bars if you want to get out of the hotel for a while. Free transportation to and from the airport.

OK hotel, close to the airport. Shuttle bus with frequesnt tours back and forth between the hotel and the airport. Good breakfast. The standard of the hotel is medium.

This is a very clean, modern hotel that is convenient to the international airport in Brussels, that even has a small fitness center with an elliptical machine, treadmill and stationary bike. However, you can […] grab a pre-made sandwich near the check-in counter if you just want something to eat in your room. Otherwise, pick up something at the airport. We checked in late afternoon because we had an early flight the next day. Hotel was very quite, a little old but correct. Choice at the restaurant is not very big but good service.

Nice hotel with nice staff but very old site in need of modernisation and needs free wifi in room! Staff very friendly location not so good , stayed with family one night but I guess not upto the normal standard of four star of other Novotel hotel sites.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Food (dinner) is a bit expensive but very good! Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. Everry 20-30 minutes arrives a shuttle bus to/from the airport starting at 6am.

If you want to explore Brussels, this is not the hotel for you - it's quite a distance from the city, and requires a shuttle to the airport followed by a train or bus to get to any of the sights. However, it's extremely close to the airport and there are restaurants within walking distance as an alternative to the hotel restaurant. Room was exceptionally […] comfortable - however, the noise level on the ground floor made it nearly impossible to sleep until well into the morning hours. I would think the other floors would have been quieter - which would make a difference in my recommendation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free wifi internet in the public areas. Room was not quite ready when we checked in, because tissue paper was missing. Coffee,sugar etc. Were not placed properly, the floor looked like not sweeped for a while, and the bathroom sink was not cleaned around the drain area. What else to say?

typical Novotel. Sleek and clean. Not far from airport. Hotel shuttle is a bit hard to find as there is no sign in the airport to point you to the right direction. It's at platform E3 of the airport bus terminal.

If it's not included in your room rate it'll cost 20 euro. This is very expensive for a mediocre breakfast and comes as a surprise when you check out!!!

Nothing fancy here but is reasonable for a late arrival and early am flight out. Seemed clean and not so badly worn like some European hotels. Shuttle to airport is good but don't plan on going anywhere else without a car.

This was a well appointed hotel for the overnight before or after a flight. Nice sheets and firm bed in a big room. 24 hour shuttle to airport is convenient. It's about 25 mins or so from the city so I wouldn't stay here if you are trying to see the sights. Although we did have some extra time and we took the free shuttle to the airport to take the […] train in to the city and then back so that was a nice way to cut cab costs out. Bon hôtel avec un service de navette bien utile à côté de l'aéroport de Zaventem.

Trevlig personal. Smidigt med läge nära flygplatsen och mycket bra shuttleservice.

Le système de navettes et le parking à l'hôtel pendant nos vacances à un tarif parfaitement compétitif nous inciteront sans hésitation à reconduire notre choix

Første gang jeg har bodd på Novotel og jeg er generelt godt fornøyd. Fin standard på hotellet, både rommene og fellesområdene, og praktisk så nært både flyplassen og alle firmaene/organisasjonene der ute. Litt dyr frokost om man ikke har den inkludert (gitt utvalget på frokosten). Det jeg nok savnet mest er en shuttle service til området rundt, slik […] NH Brussels Airport har. Man må ta taxi. Dette siste punktet medfører nok at jeg kommer til å foretrekke NH fremover... Devamı

Le prix est exagéré par rapport à l'offre, d'autant plus que le parking est payant si on reste plus de quelques heures. Le petit-déjeuner est en supplément;

Hotellet er OK, men morgen mad er for dårligt. 20euro buffet er ikke noget specielt og er for dyret. Single breakfast for 9 euro inkl. EN KOP kaffe of 4! små usunde croassaner.

Un hôtel très propre, très bon rapport qualité / prix , Le restaurant est vraiment bien, alimentation très variés, très bonnes, très beau buffet .. Chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants très spacieuse . Navette gratuite jusqu a l aéroport . Nous avons ete tres heureux de passer une nuit dans cet hotel de tres grande qualite. A quelques pas de l'aeroport et dans le calme. Le chambres etaient tres confortables. Les lits d'une qualite irreprochable. Excellent service. J'y retournerai volontier et je le recommande.

Selvom vi kun havde en enkelt overnatning på hotellet oplevede vi en super service fra personalet. I restauranten var de meget fleksible og imødekommende, hurtig check-in og super med gratis transfer-bus til og fra lufthavnen.

tæt på lufthavn og centrum, lille svømmepool som dog var lidt beskidt. Lækker buffet både morgen og aften med alt hvad hjertet kan begærer

Das Hotel hat uns geboten, was wir suchten: eine Uebernachtung in Flughafennähe mit einem gut organisierten Shuttle zum Terminal. Automatisch ist die Lage nahe Flughafen und Zubringerstrassen sehr lärmbelastet und die Umgebung des Hotels dementsprechend nicht attraktiv. Hôtel moderne et très confortable. Aucune critique à formuler. Seul le dîner était de qualité moyenne, mais le buffet du petit déjeuner était varié, copieux et excellent.

Tres pratique pour attraper une correspondance, joli cadre avec jardin et piscine, terrasse agreable pour diner.

hotel confortable, PROPRE, INSONORISE, (en rénovation), prés de l'aéroport, navette à disposition des clients. Personnel agréable Petit déjeuner correct Rien à redire
