Aztec Hotel & Spa - Bristol

Hotel was nice & comfortable, however there was a rugby tour on tour staying at the hotel & we were kept awake until the early hours of the morning with youth running up & down the corridor !

We used the Aztec hotel for just one night, but we found it a really nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was the usual double bed with a sofa bed for the children. The bathroom was very clean and functional with all of the amenities in good and clean working order. We had a very good breakfast in the nicely appointed […] dining room, but best of all was the pool facilities. It was lovely and clean! A very nice pool, a great steam room and sauna. A good sized jaccuzzi pool and a great little pool for children. Towels were provided and dressing gowns were in our room. I would happily go back there again. Devamı

The hotel whilst nestled on a business park between the M4 & M5 is a great escape. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were immediately made to feel welcome. Cookies and Milk for the kids at bedtime a really nice touch. Spa was great and again we were welcomed. We only eat breakfast in the restaurant which was served and more than adequate. We travelled to a family wedding with the bride's grandparents, and found the hotel very conveniently close to the motorway. Although on a roundabout, we heard no sound of traffic. There was work being done to the hotel,but we were not aware of it. The staff were very courteous and efficient, and bags were delivered promptly to our rooms. A wall light […] was out in one, and could not be fixed, so transfer to the next room was effected quickly. Dinner was well served and very tasty, and the breakfasts were all one could wish for. The hotel itself was fine , but we were not told about an advance charge for breakfast , which on checkout they tried to charge us for . The service at meal time was not brill , very slow , we wanted a dessert and waited and waited to be served nobody came , we got fed up in the end and left , wanted to book a massage they were fully booked . If your business is near Almondsbury Interchange, your lodging options are limited and Aztec provides good value for the price. The rooms are decent size and include a bunch of amenities, although not squeaky clean. Fitness room is outstanding and free. Wi-fi and breakfast are extra, but there is Starbucks next door. The hotel was comfortable and well maintained. Staff very helpful. The hotel was a bit isolated. Good breafast.

Very friendly. Staff produced discount vouchers for local children's events. Food is locally souced from local farms. Beautiful pool. Small stream through property. Very large rooms.

Functions, weddings, conferences, business overnighters, family/friends stopover. Suitable for all that. In a business park, but modern. Very convenient for M%/M$ and Bristol, South Wales etc. Italian restaurant nearby and Staurbucks across the road. Dinner stopped at 9pm which was a bit early

Good value and the room is a nice size and very clean. It's very conveniently located for the M4 & M5. They offer other breakfast options than the buffet which makes it more affordable. Each guest is provided with a robe which is a new touch. The spa is small - more like a gym really, apart from the steam room. The jacuzzi was so busy we were not able […] to use it. There are quite a lot of kids staying which makes the spa/pool not ideal for adults looking for peace and quiet. There was a rowdy group of teenagers in the pool at 7pm when we decided to leave. The staff at this Hotel cannot be faulted - they were polite, friendly and went out of their way to help us. The Spa facilities are wonderful and were far more than I expected for the very reasonable price of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable with thoughtful extras such as complimentary newspaper, milk and bottled water, plus free use of […] spa during our stay. The only small downside was that the bed was slightly uncomfortable, but that may be down to me being a fussy sleeper! Overall, highly recommended. Devamı
