Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa - Santa Ana Pueblo

My girlfriend and I LOVED the hotel and the location. The staff made us, and our dog, feel very welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is off the beaten path, on a beautiful golf course, with a scenic backdrop of mountains and desert. EVERYONE was absolutley accomodating.

This hotel is beautiful, the amenities are lovely, the pools are great, and the spa is first-class. I particularly loved the outdoor hot tubs in the women's area of the spa -- so luxurious! It's outside of Albuquerque by several miles, so you have to be prepared to drive to get into town, but really you don't NEED to go into town because everything […] at the resort is so nice. The staff is superb and accommodating and well trained to make you feel welcome and pampered. It's so engrained into each person from luggage handler to maintenance staff that direct eye contact and "good morning" is expected. If only guests were as warm and courteous! I suppose because each guest is there to be pampered! An awkward situation arose […] in the spa whirlpool, saunas. The layout accommodates, at best, 2 people with lounge chairs. Our family had a wonderful time at the Tamaya Resort and Spa in ABQ. The concierge was very helpful and suggested various activities and restaurants to try. They were all wonderful, esp. the Balloon ride is a must! The staff were extremely friendly and very well informed on local history and native american culture. Will definitely be staying with them […] again. The entire resort is filled with locally sourced art and the gallery on the premises was interesting to see. Devamı

I've stayed here before and was so wowed by the service and nice room, my family and I came back for Christmas. Beautiful Christmas decor, plus hotel has nice areas outside to walk and just be or if needed, to entertain 16 month old. Loved that when we wanted to go into Albuquerque it was a hop, skip and a jump.

A very peaceful, quite hotel with a first class golf course (Twin Warriors) with exquisite views of the Sandia Mountains. I highly recommend this resort if you like to wind down. Very quiet at night. There is a shuttle to the Santa Ana Casino that only takes 6 minutes. I had a wonderful time.

Why pay more for beautiful, clean grounds and three pool areas that can accomodate every member of the family. Wonderful, quiet grounds and excellent food. Everyone you encounter will bend over backwards to make your stay a memorable one.

I took a chance and stayed further away and for more money than i thought i should spend, as I am cheap. Let me tell you it was well worth the money over my budget. I paid for the Vallet service and the people learned my name, recognized me when i came in, ran to ge the car when i showed up unexpectedly, opened all the doors...and that was just the […] vallet service. The front desk folk took EXTREEMLY good care of us while we were there, calling me by my last name in a voice that really sounded like they were glad we were there. The resteraunt staff was some of the best that i have seen...a full resteraunt and they still had time to take some of the best care of our every need with almost zero wait time. I have already recommended it to severl people that i know will stay there in the near future. If all hotels were this good, i would find a way to live in one full time. Devamı

We live just down the road in Albuquerque and needed to get away for a night. We got a great rate at Tamaya last minute, and drove up for a relaxing evening. Service and staff were great. The pools are awesome, and the food at the cafe was great, too. The hotel is nestled in a lovely area, isolated from traffic and city life, and gives you a peaceful […] feeling with really beautiful views. It was the perfect evening of relaxation that we needed. My wife andI live in Denver. We recently drove to Albuquerque, in part to checkout the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort ... we are interested in finding a getaway within dirving distance from Denver. The Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort is superb, as my ratings denote. We will be returing in the near future for a longer stay

The Tamaya may be the nicest hotel in New Mexico. Friendly staff, clean room, very nice restaurants, and 3 nice pools. The only drawback is that you have to go to Bernalillo to stay there so there isn't much in that area to do besides hang out at the hotel.

From beginning to end we enjoyed everything at the Hyatt Tamaya. All staff were consistently warm and friendly, and a few went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The facility is extremely well kept. The quality and price of the food in the main restaurant was fantastic, we stayed in each night for dinner. Beautiful resort hotel. We took children, ages 9 and 5, and despite the elegant surroundings, we found it extremely family friendly---from staff and restaurant (the Santa Ana Cafe), to pool bar/service. It was wonderful, and we will be back.

This is a great place to stay, but is starting to fray a bit around the edges. The hallway carpets are showing their age & the wall hanging in the room was stained. Not a huge deal, but not the pristine experience I'd had in prior years. Staff & service were a delight!

I felt like I had entered into a wondrous vacationland! We live in Albuquerque and found a wonderful last minute special on hotels.com. TO my delight...I had a luxurious vacation! It exceeded all expectations!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The golf course is beautiful and chalenging.

The resort and service were both wonderful! Plenty of water and fruit set up in the lobbies, which was great! Make sure to bring plenty of moistuirzer as the air was very dry in the hotel. (and everywhere else)

Very nice. Comfortable rooms, nice swimming/hot tub area, resort location. Nice place to relax. Room was clean and staff was extremely nice and respectful. Santa Ana Resteraunt is a bit pricy, but well worth it. We had a buffet one night there that was literally one of the best meals and deserts I have ever had. My family loved staying here. The kids really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and water slide, even though the weather was a little chilly they thought it was great. My only disappointment was that the steam room, and sauna was closed for repairs while we were there. I would love to come visit again sometime and perhaps next time we can "spring" for a suite […] with a little more privacy from the kids! Devamı

Room was OK. Got in late and went straight to bed. So didn't have opportunity to check the resort out. The next morning at 8 a.m. I was in the shower and staff came knocking at the door and even opened the door. Luckily I had the latch in place. Eight a.m.? REALLY? Not impressed.

This is a fabulous resort with lots to do. The Spa pampers you and makes you feel like a new person when the services are finished. The staff is just the best...very caring and friendly. I want to go back for leisure with my husband and relax and enjoy the native setting!

Very nice place, but it's further from Albuquerque than we realized. What we liked: Very nice grounds, with grasslands and woods next to the Rio Grande; warm lobby with chess/checkers/fireplace/live music; 1 open pool has a slide which kids loved; very friendly, helpful staff. What we didn't like: long distance between self-parking and room, 2 of 3 […] pools were out of commission during our stay, very isolated from nearest services. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if we could get the same rates (probably low due to the season). Would be really nice to see in the Spring through Fall, but we probably can't afford it. Devamı

My sons and I met there for a brief vacation. I really liked the resort and location. The views are terrific. It really does not feel like a hotel. There are a couple of golf courses conveniently locationed. The only annoying this was the $17 per day "resort fee" added to the Hotels.com price. My husband and I stayed for just one night, but we enjoyed it very much. Room was clean and comfortable, outdoor heated pool is open year round as is the outdoor jacuzzi modeled after a natural hot springs. But our favorite part was the grounds of the hotel -- there is a lovely path through cottonwood trees down by the Rio Grande that we found totally […] relaxing and peaceful despite proximity to main roads. Only downside for us was having to pay extra for things like wireless internet in our room (the $10/night fee only paid for one device at a time ). We loved staying here - we did not want to leave! The Corn Maiden had AMAZING food and the rooms were just so comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was cozy and elegant and the staff was fantastic across the board.

Excellent resort! Private, quiet and serene with a beautiful balcony view of the Sandia Mountains.... The restaurants were supurb, as was the room, staff and service.

We stayed here at the end of a week's vacation through the southwest and it was incredible. The Hyatt Temaya is an oasis north of Albuquerque. You drive windy roads to get there and there is literally nothing else you can see from the hotel besides grassland, golf course, and forest. The hotel has incredible heated pools and a waterslide that is fun […] for everyone. It's not terribly convenient if you need to go anywhere but the resort since it's so far out of town so don't stay here if you need to be downtown. Otherwise, if you're looking for an escape, or some R&R, it's perfect. Devamı

Located on the Santa Ann Pueblo grounds, the Hyatt Tamaya is a full service resort. Long walk from parking lot to your eventual room but treated nicely by staff during the walk. Star dining room left a little to be desired but a serioius attempt was made to present a better than average meal. It just did not hit a home run but was probably a long hit […] double. Resort had great ameneties...golf course, tennis courts, three pools, spa, even horseshoes and a riding stable. Would be a wonderful location for a family outing. Devamı

Everything about this hotel was great. Beautiful area. Enjoyed nice nature walks.

The hall rugs are extremely dirty. The rate we paid per night was 5 times as high as a Motel 6 but the Motel 6 offers free internet?

This hotel is fantastic. The spa is wonderfully relaxing and impeccably maintained. The restaurants on the hotel grounds are some of best I've ever had the pleasure of visiting at a resort. Stay here, you won't regret it.
