Nice rooms on inside, mattresses were very firm. Pool was very small but recently renovated. Seems like this used to be a Kelly Inn. They seem to be fixing the place up. Now the outside needs some work to match the nice interior. Good for the low price.

Good location to get to downtown. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were there Mon-Thur and they ran out of fruit and waffle mix so the breakfast was slim pickings but still enough to satisfy. We were able to use the breakfast area for games in the evening which was very nice. Good price for what we had.

Outside of hotel needs paint, looks shabby. Inside is clean and neat. Our room was great. The stairs needed to be vacuumed, but other areas were fine. Breakfast was nothing special.

We stayed here for 2 nights and found our overall experience an acceptable one. Don't let the outside of this hotel scare you, the inside is much better. The room was spacious enough to put up our 2 portable toddler cots & still have plenty room. The bed was comfy. The continental breakfast was sufficient with the basic options. Hotel was at reachable & good location, however the cleanliness was an issue. Hotel staff was not too great, we arrived at 1.30 AM in the night and the response was colder than the weather outside. It was below par room maintenance

It's old, rundown and loud. The price was the same as new hotels in the area. We were supposed to stay two nights, ended up checking out after the first night. I would say it's a bed for the night, but at the price point it's not.

We did not take advantage of the breakfast but I did use their treadmill & pool. Fitness Center consisted of 2 treadmills & 1 recumbent bike. It served my purpose as they were not busy either day I needed to use them. I enjoyed a relaxing swim by myself in their small but adequate pool. I will stay there again whenever I travel back to that area.

If you have a guest room on the first floor, there are doors from your room that lead out to the parking lot. Probably would not have booked this hotel because of this. Otherwise, room was clean as well as lobby.

Checked in late for one night stay. The room was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. Nothing fancy. There is NO elevator, so make sure to ask for a main floor room if you can't do stairs!

Older property with associated maintenance issues but service was excellent. Lovely new bed linens and great to have microwave and fridge as standard. Easy to find but lots of construction going on in the neighborhood.

This ranks as one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The beds were horrible I had a urine stain on my box spring. There was long hairs in the shower. The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything. It was by the interstate so we heard traffic all night long.

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed in. The outside is very rough -- in need of some paint. The rooms are odd. If you are on the first floor you have a door to the outside and then a door from the corridor. The first room they gave me the door to the outside wouldn't lock after you left the room. They gave me another room, but […] it smelled really bad. It was late and I had been driving all day, so I went to the dollar store and purchased some disinfectant and room freshener. It helped a little. The hotel needs to do a complete update of their facilities. The only positive thing about this hotel was the water pressure. I would never stay there again!!!! Devamı

Very unhappy!!!! Customer service was horrible and unfriendly, the pool was full of nasty hair and the employees told us it wasnt there problem, the pillows on our beds were filthy, as well as having standing water in the bath tub...we also noticed drug deals, & prostitution going on in this hotel for 2 days...never ever recommend this to anybody!

In need of upgrades. Beds were comfortable, appreciated the fridge, but front desk man seemed irritated when I ask questions at check in. I had requested a first floor room here at HOTELS.com and when I checked in we had 2nd floor. I asked if they were full on 1st and he said no, there was room. When I mentioned that I had requested 1st for my 85yr […] Mom, he said "Well we never really read those requests". he did get us on 1st floor. Our outside lock didn't work with key card, but the inside/hall did. Breakfast area unkept. No one attending, tables with crumbs, and selection not much. For a reasonably price hotel, it had a fridge and microwave. Great pluses in my opinion. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were a little leery when we pulled into the parking lot. The hotel could use a coat of paint on the outside. The inside was a different matter. The hotel was clean, everything worked, the staff was very courteous and helpful. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows and the "continental breakfast" was very good.

It was ok except for the man who seemed to be drunk and was yelling in the hallway around 11;30 and again at 3:00 am.

The staff was superb; very friendly and helpful. The building is older, but kept clean. The pool was too cool to swim in. The best part was the staff, the price and the comfortable bed. The hotel is next to one of the best restaurants, so that's convenient. Yes, we would stay there again. The price was right.

We were welcomed by the check-in staff with big smiles and a genuine warmth that made us feel like honored guests! They even called us right after we got to our room to see if there was anything more that we needed. The room we were assigned was clean and had a great bed and new bedding. We were on the main floor and had a door to the outside as well […] as to the inside. This made unloading and loading luggage very easy. Cons: Bedding worn, bathroom fixtures and wallpaper dirty, outdated decor and TV, doors loose and dont lock properly, and breakfast very limited and easily could be improved. Pros: refridgerator and microwave in every room, outside and inside access to first level rooms, and inexpensive.

We booked this for a swim staycation. The pool was microscopic and the water was freezing. The beds were thin and hard and the room smelled musty. We didn't even bother to sleep there, electing to go somewhere else.

we booked a king bed on-line, when we got there we got 2 queen bed at the one in Sioux falls, SD. they couldn't fix the problembut it just seemed that they didn't really want to be bother by it. the room had dust cobwebs on the ceiling. no one vacuum behind the furniture. it seemed like they didn't move things to vacuum. the bathroom shower curtain […] had snot on it and the toilet wasn't sealed to the floor. the only good thing about the place was that it would let you have pets. it felt like they don't take pride into their place and it showed. It was very convenient... off the highway. Outstanding service from the 2 girls at the desk..I think one was training another. The free breakfast was very adequate, free internet and parking. Suggested by the staff ..."Roll'n Pin" next door had the Best Fried chicken....and buffet .I would recommend for an overnite stay. The price was right.

The room was OK, not as clean as I had hoped, there was mold on the walls and corners of the bathroom, and some red, mucky looking stuff on the wall by the door. The staff were wonderful, and very friendly!
