Very satisfied. I will stay again, but there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to go to the office to get some!

The bed was very uncomfortable this time....

i got a great price, but that might have been because of a parking-lot resurfacing.

The hotel allowed for multiple parties on multiple nights. The air conditioning in my room was broken. They said they would send someone up to fix it and never did. The started a construction project in the parking lot a few days into my stay, and started work at 7am. There was inadequate parking and the whole experience was upsetting.

After a long day at sea world, we came back to find the room had locked us out! The security lock that is supposed to only be able to be locked from the inside locked itself when we closed the door (the air blew the curtain which moved the lock). The front desk person was alone and had no idea how to help. An hour later, the maintenance guy sawed through […] the lock! Worst part, they both said it was a common problem! No apologies were offered for the inconvenience of this problem they knew about. My advice, dont stay at this motel. Devamı

STAFF WAS VERY NICE EXCELLENT SERVICE!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and every time I am always satisfied! The customer service from the lady at the front desk was outstanding. She was so friendly and personable. The room very extremely clean and had that fresh smell to it the minute I checked into it. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Accomodation was an excellent value! Pleasantly surprised. Across the road from marine salt marsh refuge. Close (within easy walking distance) to several restuarants (Angus Steak, Denny's, Taco Bells, etc). Relatively close to Balboa Park & San Diego Zoo. Provided juice, coffee and muffins for breakfast.

This is the finest discount motel I have stayed in. Several notches above a Motel 6 and slightly less expensive. Newer room furnishings, very friendly and helpful staff, great location due to it's location by the e street trolley station. Small amount of noise from traffic but nothing serious. A great value.

Great place for the price, people were friendly and accommodating. Only downside, no free wifi.

It was less than 20min of many places we wanted to visit. Surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room did have a closed room scent. I stay there whenever I'm need to be on that side of town, only problem I had was WiFi didn't work but manager was very kind about it

nice, but have to pay for internet, plus they have limited TV channels.. kinda chintzy

Recently renovated rooms. Have stayed here on numerous trips to the area. Clean and comfortable at a great price. Only issue is there are no longer any hair dryers in the rooms now. Limited cont. Breakfast but otherwise nice for a good nights sleep.

Great customer service....but there were some shady people hanging in the parking lot, the mattresses were very uncomfortable.

The motel is conveniently right off the exit from I-5. It's clean, cheap and has helpful staff. But when you book, request a room that is on the opposite side of the freeway, if possible. Will use it again if i go down to San Diego.

The room was average, fairly clean. The only downside was the two rooms below us has probably close to a combined 12 people living in them. Not sure what exactly was going on, but i am pretty sure they were not on "Holidays" For that reason, i prob wouldn't stay here again.

Good as expected

Overall god hotel to stay at. Fair priceing. Although u can hear a train around 3 am. Otherwise great place to stay.

Clean ,easily accesible to major freeway, very quiet reasonable rates

Although the description says complementary internet access had to pay $4.95 per day to get access. It was ok considering the price. but better we know in advance.

The value for the money was good. Rooms were clean but during the night the outside can get noisy because of the high-way. The staff was friendly and resourceful. I wish they would have free Wi-fi that is always such a convenient amenity to have.

The hotel room was great, very clean and the bathroom was spotless however, the chair in our room had a really ugly stain on it, kinda made me queasy, but other than that, the stay was superb, and the staff is great there.

I actually had a good stay here. However, the front desk computer system was crashing and the lady was herself irritated and wasn't very fast in expediting the line of people in the lobby. Overall not a bad place.

The bed was very rock hard and stiff, there were stains all over the floor. There was a spot for a refrigerator but one was not in there. Having to pay for internet at 5.00 a day was absurd. The continental breakfast was a muffin and orange juice. The noise that came through the doors into our room was very loud. And we did not feel safe at all.

Very good value for our 3 nights stay with quick transportation to sites in and around San Diego. The Trolley system with frequent trains around the city and to the Mexican border, was excellent, and a daily ticket throughout the system only $5. The Trolley was a short walk from the hotel as were several good eating places. The reception staff were […] most helpful in making copies of maps and giving advice. Visted San Diego for a last minute family visit, the motel was clean an very close to where the family lived, the only problem we had was that we wanted joining room and they didn't have them, and the security gate gave us issues everytime we used it.

The room was clean and adequate for a short stay. Only problem was the shower was old and did not hold water pressure.

THE GOOD NITE INN WAS VERY CLEAN, THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND INFORMATIVE.FOR WHAT WE PAID IT WAS VERY MUCH WORTH IT.DEFIANETLY WOULD VISIT AGAIN.LOCATION WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE FREEWAY AND THE MAJOR NECESSITIES. WAS EXPECTING THE WORSE AND GOT AN AS CLOSE TO GREAT AS YOU CAN GET WITH OUT PAYING AN ARM AND A LEG

Hotel price was good for a quick getaway. Small but comfy. No real room service, you have to go get your iron and extra towels yourself from the front office, which is a little inconvenient but other than that all was good.
