I thought the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was great for me because it was close to where I needed to be. 5 minute walk to a mall with a few American stores like Aldo and Guess, a movie theatre, and some restaurants. great Value for your money located on great location i will be back

It was quite a surprise that two days the elevator didn't work so we used the stairs all the way up to the 12th floor. Hope they don[t have this kind of problems in the future.

The service in the restaurant was extremely poor.....I would not go back to the restaurant.

Garbiel and Ivonne were fantastic at breakfast every morning and so helpful with everything I needed!

very nice hotel and cheap. really enjoyed it just the service in the breakfast i believe they need to have more than one of each for example my little brother wanted ketchup but he had to wait because people were using them

I stayed in the European double deluxe room. Overall it's good if there's a sale or deal. The sheets and towels were changed, but there were pen marks on the blanket cover and trash under the dresser. The hallway wasn't cleaned until 2 days later. I arrived at Hotel El Ejecutivo 2:30 pm. The building is run-down and under repairs. I was taken to my room. Some of the rooms on this floor and the one below were under renovation. The sound of the saw and equipment was very loud. I asked them about this and they said it would stop by 6pm. next day was sunday but some guys were on the patio just below […] my room working when I woke up. The internet in the room had a bad connection, wireless but not even encrypted, therefore I didn't access my email or credit card accounts. at 10:13 PM the room was extremely cold. I called the front desk to turn on some heat and they informed me there is no heat, and no heater available. It was 53 degrees Fahrenheit outside and I don't think it was more than 55 degrees in my room. I asked several times for a blanket and they said in just a few minutes. about an hour and a half later I call again and really complained. I demanded 3 blankets. the room was nice looking but small. the TV was nice. I had to sleep with my coat on and the old light bulbs on for heat. I even put my pc under the blankets for some extra heat. The hotels.com website said a breakfast is included, but it was continental, and the service was really bad. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Mexico City, and not the least expensive. I called hotels.com fivestar member number to move out in the morning. I couldn't stay the 3 other nights I had booked. I'd rather stay in a hostel than this place with no heat, bad internet and bad service. I expected better, at least 2 stars or 3 like the website advertised, but it's more like 1 star. I couldn't even work online, so even the name should be reconsidered. I could think of a few names for them. I'm not going to be sick because they're too cheap to turn on some heat or provide a little heater for the small room. only good part was the location. maybe if they ever get done with the renovation and train their staff in common courtesies they'd get a better review. THIS HOTEL NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT

for 3 years i has been using this hotel , but last december on my last visit I was a robbe on the room the problem was no body want be be responsible incluiden a security manager, from my romm desapir my wallet with 800 dollars plus all my ID's and no body even pay attention on what happen they egnor me they just said call the police and i dis but nothin […] change . so am really not recommend this facility Devamı

No real complaints about the condition and standards of the hotel, if you get it that cheap you gotta expect it's not high end. However what you never expect and hope never happens is something being stolen from your room. There are no safes/security boxes and although my mother and I were always sure to take all our valuables with us during the day […] we popped out one evening to get a bite to eat and she left her camera in her bag, and closed it. The room was extremely well designed (we asked for a renovated room based on the previous reviews): king bed, nice bathroom, flat screen, etc. HOWEVER; the AC was way insufficient for the room and the 2 night we spent in the hotel were horrible as it was too hot. It's really a pity that the AC did not work, as the hotel seems to be very customer attentive […] (it is one of the few hotels that actually provides an answer to the negative reviews they have). Also, though the breakfast is buffet, it is not a self-service. We wished we would have been allowed to choose the pastries we liked. Very friendly and helpful staff! Devamı

They are renovating the hotel. They've completed the top 5 floors. They look lovely! Loved it!

was there for work for 4 nights. Not bad for teh price. You can hear absolutely everything next door, though. Also, the wireless did not work on the fifth floor.

This hotel is very well located and the value they offer is very good.

The pictures that they have online are not even close to what the hotel really is....it is very old no AC...the first two day I was there the elevator did not work and my room was on the 8th floor....I had to use the service elevator to go up and the stairs on my way down....room service only left 1 towel...I called the front desk twice to get another […] towel...which ofcourse never came...I had to go get it myself....I needed some ice and they charged me $15 pesos for a bucket of ice....terrible service....terrible over all Devamı

I paid very little a night; can't complain. I'm not sure if this price was due to the work going on in the upper rooms. Since I was out on the street all day, the hammering did not bother me. I stayed in Room 1102. The room was large with two double beds and a twin bed. The room had a balcony as big as the actual room. All the room on this floor that […] faced the street had these balconies. The view was quite nice, as I was able to even see the mountains. The location was fine for me. However, It was a block off La Reforma. Approaching the hotel from General Prim was fine; it was a short half block and well lit. Approaching from the other street, it was a bit more daunting, as that block is longer, tree lined and not very lit at night. The Room itself was cleaned very well everyday. The tiled floor and bathroom was sprayed with a disinfectant everyday. There is no coffee maker, but Starbucks is everywhere. (I travel with my own cheap expresso machine.) And there is 7-11 on the corner where you could buy a cup if needed. There is also a man who sets up a fresh juice stand in the mornings. The front desk was very friendly, but I have no idea if they speak English. I would stay here again, but I'd ask for a rrom on the 11th floor that faces the street; I like to be able walk outside and sit and have my coffee or drink a beer. i had to go up to reception to ask for my room to b cleaned as i came back at 8 pm and it was still messy, no iron board like they advertise i got a broken iron, shower was rusted, no safety deposit box it was very cold due to the windows not closing properly your room doesnt get cleaned and dirty sheets are in the hallway from cleaning people cleaning […] all other rooms, staff not so friendly . hence i would not recommend this hotel as i believe their service is not very proffesional and nothing is nearby. I would rate this hotel a 2 star for good location and the price I paid. Did not like the hard beds, the rooms wern't very clean, the front desk did not give you much information how to get to places.

Spend a bit more and get a nicer hotel. Furniture was old, bed was hard. Large room, very fair price but overall not a great experience. Good wireless in the room. On a quieter street then on the larger main streets so that was a plus. Staff was very nice.

Für den von mir gezahlten Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet, zumal ich fast deutsche Preise gezahlt habe. el hotel esta bien situado en el DF pero aparte de un piso renovado las habitaciones son antiguas, tenia un vidrio roto la mia, el centro de negocio es una sola computadora, la atención no es muy buena. correcto pero no mas.

O hotel é bem localizado, foi recentemente reformado, o ambiente é agradável, mas o serviço deixa muito a desejar: a limpeza do quarto era mediana, sempre faltava alguma coisa, como toalhas ou sabonetes; o café da manhã, com opção de buffet ou café continental, era muito mal organizado. Encontré la habitación sucia, con ventana, ducha y sanitario averillado. Al reclamar la respuesta fue: "Esa categoría fue la que pagó!"...cuando nunca me preguntaron!!! Es mas, me dijeron que me había ganado un 50% de descuento! Al día siguiente se disculparon y nos dieron un desayuno de cortesía y un descuento en otra habitación de mejor categoría, […] pero que yo no disfruté... sólo mis padres que fueron quienes se quedaron. El hotel està oficalmente "en mantenimiento" aunque màs parece estar en abandono. Me quedè atrapada en uno de los elevadores, y al dìa sigueinte el otro no estaba fura de servicio, asì que bajè 10 pisos cargando mis maletas...una experiencia aterradora.

Estuvimos en las habitaciones deluxe son muy cómodas,limpias, modernas,el personal muy, muy amable, te resuelven cualquier demanda o dificultad. Nos sentimos muy a gusto, seguros,tranquilos y cuidados tanto por el personal de recepción Janet, Mauricio, Daniel, Fernando el ascensorista, los mozos del restorant, las empleadas de la limpieza, los choferes […] de taxis del hotel.Lo pasamos muy bien, estuvimos 7 dias y todo fue un placer. el hotel es como tiene habitaciones grandes, le falta alguna ventilacion, pq las ventanas son de las que no se abren pero bien . el personal muy amable , sobre todo Mauricio y queda a una cuadra de la avenida reforma, podes ir camnando al zocalo y tambien a ala zona rosa.

muy buena ubicacion pero el hotel en malas condiciones, aunq me informan q estan bajo remodelacion, desafortunadamente me toco una habitacion vieja, en malas condiciones, sin aire acondicionado y ruidosa, creo q deberian advertir en el sitio de reservas para q no nos tome desprevenidos.

Bom, o mesmo está bem localizado, perto das principais avenidas como: Passeo de La Reforma e Insurgentes e a cerca de 2,5km do Centro Histórico. Mas devido a grande rotatividade das pessoas que circulam pelo hotel e a poucos funcionários para lhe ajudar, então fica complicado obter de alguém do hotel algumas informações importantes para o turista que […] está pela primeira vêz na cidade. el segundo dia de mi estancia en el hotel llovio, y toda el agua entraba por lacanceleria hacia dentro de la habitacion. Esa noche, estubo callendo una gotera del plafon directo de la habitacion delpisos superior y abrio un pequeño agujero en el vestibulo de la habitacion. Las cortinas rotas y se caian por falta de ganchos.

Muy agradable, el personal muy amable, super amable diria yop!!!... el desayuno rikisimo y sin contar ke está super cerca de todo... :) :) fue muy agradeble hospedarnos en este lugar!!!

el lobby y la calle donde esta es muy feo, el elevador principal no funciona y cuando funciona se traba. El internet comunal es muy lento y el desayuno muy malo.

EL ELEVADOR NO SIRVIO TUVIMOS QUE BAJAR NUEVE PISOS CAMINANDO Y SUBIRLOS NUEVAMENTE

Estan en un proceso de renovacion de las habitaciones. Nosotros estuvimos en las nuevas (de luxe) y eran excelentes.Tiene un precio muy bueno. La atencion del personal es la mejor y está muy bien ubicado para conocer la ciudad o ir de viaje de negocios
